7 days after MRI completed the results are not posted. Three phone calls did not help with timely results.
Amy needs serious training in servicing patients. I waited four days for a call from this office, no one called. I called them and she was short, snippy and had attitude. Ive worked front desk and set appointments before in my life and Its not a hard job. At a doctors office its good practice to know what insurance companies you accept and who to recommend a patient go to if you do not accept them. Ive never had someone not accept my insurance before. Its a good thing I double checked with my insurance before assuming Amy knew anything about her job. I could have ended up paying a nasty bill because your receptionist isnt competent. Hire someone else or train your staff.
Complete incompetence- from difficulties just trying to book an appointment, to failing to send the results to my doctor until I followed up 10 days later. Avoid.
I have had MRIs, dexa scans and CT scans.I have been quite pleased with how I was treated by the staff. I prefer to use this imaging service over going to a hospital.
