Great small clinic quick and very nice and informed doctors. The male nurse there is great my family really likes him.

I have been here for quite a few different things. I have taken my daughter a few times and usually just before closing time. The staff is always friendly. They stay late to accommodate our needs. They explain everything. They take the time to answer questions. I have never felt rushed, or out of place. They know us by name. Recently, I was seen for something I have dealt with for many years, in many different states, with many different specialists, yet the doctor I saw here was more thorough than any doctor I have Ever dealt with for my specific medical issues.There is never much of a wait.. They are so clean and take such measures to keep from getting Covid-19 in their building. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I do not go anywhere else, if I can help it. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks guys! Youre the best!!!

I cant say enough positive things about NTC. This facility is so much more than just an urgent care clinic. The staff goes above and beyond to do a full work-up of every patient who walks through the door. Though they may be small, theyre efficient and treat you like a real person instead of just a bunch of tasks and stuff to document. I want to shout out Shawna and Fidel - they make an awesome team and are always proactive in teaching patients and sending them home with answers. The providers wont ever turn a patient away unless its an emergency. Thank you to NTC for all you do for the community!

Amazing!!!, Love their staff and Nurses. Been coming here for years and always get the best medical help, a bit of a wait especially in the mornings but beats the ER trip, Young Man there I think is a nurse is always so kind and caring, thank you guys.

This staff here is amazing! Everyone works together to get you the best help you can. Everything is clean, in order, and very professional. From the second you walk in, everyone is really kind and understanding.

I when to this clinic on 2/11/20 i call before and ask the cost of the consultation the say $50 and have to be prepaid i show up register and pay the $50 had the doctor consultation and leave 3 moths later they send me a bill for $19 and i ask why this bill if they tell me $50 and i pay $50 looks like someone try to make more money they already send me to a collection agency so be carefull about this people they like to get more money from their patient

Great staff who care about their patients. Having somewhat of a wait time is expected for a walk-in clinic, and it does get busy because of the location. But they can see you for just about anything you need as long as it isn’t emergent. Nice to have an accessible facility for those of us with no insurance.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. There was someone that came in after me that needed immediate help, the staff explained why they took him in before me. I will definitely refer them to people.

Saw someone right away when my child had cut her head. They were so kind and helpful. Didn’t give an unnecessary stitch. So grateful. In and out in 20 minutes. Thank you!

Doctors are so caring they go an extra mile to make sure all of their patients are taken care of, need more clinics like this!

My daughter cut her hand, Doctor gave her 3 stitches, told us to come back in couple days to follow up, doctor said she might have a piece of glass in side 3 days after he did stitches, send her to do x rays, results must be available within couple hours, We called 1 day later and they dont have the xray results yet, that is unprofessional. Never go back there

Never ever come here. You have better luck going to your local Shawman. The people upfront are incompetent. I brought my daughter in for bronchitis and we waited an hour and a half in the lobby and two hours in the back for her to be seen. The funny thing is there was no patients left but us. They tried to test her for kidney stones and the doctor finally told her she just needs cough medicine. Turns out she had strep. We took her somewhere else for a second opinion.

Had a bit of a wait, but other than that, the staff was kind, I got the help I needed, and the doctors were very understanding, and helpful. Small building, big hearts.

Front desk ladies are usually nice and tell you how the system works to get medical attention there. Usually clean. Its in a not so nice part of town but Ive never had any problems there.

Worst customer services ever. This big and mean lady, Susan, did everything for Mexicans and ignored white people. She passed all the Mexicans before me and made me wait for 2 hours even if I was in excruciating abdominal pain. I WAS AT THE CLINIC BEFORE THEM. HEARTLESS. ZERO STARS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

The receptionist was so kind and polite. Other than that, they do not care about you here.They also treated me like I was an idiot.When I called to see if my results for strep had come back the first gentleman I talked to was nice. The second person, I wish I knew her name, was rude and inconsiderate. In the future I will be going straight to the emergency room instead.

Receptionist was very polite, however three nurses and doctors seem to chat and laugh about stuff for more than 20 minutes rather than taking their clients serious... I didnt pay to sit in there for an hour and listen to you guys tell jokes! I went to an URGENT CARE to get urgent care.

Im only giving it a one star because it doesnt let me give any less l! Seriously worst FNP Ive ever been in to see!! I was in there today for a possible UTI for my 21 month old.. they tried to get a urine sample to do a test and anyone with a toddler that age knows how difficult that can be, after about 15 minutes of waiting for him to go the fnp comes in not even indroducing her self trying to force my sons bottle in his mouth, trying to force the water bottle in his mouth for him to drink you can tell she was frustrated, she left the room without saying anything to me, comes back and says I have a Prescription for him so I asked what was it for? And she looks at me like I asked her something I wasnt suppose to and she says well youre telling me he has a uti right so Im treating it in the most unprofessional manner! So I said okay and she went in to check his privates and finds something and I ask if its normal for it to be like that or what it was her exact words were Well cant you see, you see what he has Im going to give you a cream and that will take care of it not once did she ask me what was going on with him, or if I had any questions not once did she say what that was what she found all she gave me was something to treat it. Definetly taking him to his PCP to get a second opinion and never again will I be back to this place!

MAYBE YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR PATIENTS CORRECT INFORMATION!!!! THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCREDIBLY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND HAS GIVEN ME INCORRECT INFORMATION SEVERAL TIMES WHICH HAS MAJORLY SCREWED ME OVER! THE NURSES DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING, THEY COULDNT EVEN DRAW BLOOD CORRECTLY AND NOW I HAVE A HUGE BRUISE ON MY ARM FROM HER MISSING OVER 5 TIMES AND ITS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK SINCE I WENT THERE! DO NOT COME HERE!!

Waited over an hour and a half- still was never brought back. Brought back everyone before us- so unprofessional terrible experience.
