I made a appointment online with Gina but when I arrived she wasnt there. Another masseuse took her place but she was more interested in what I was going to tip her then the massage she was giving me. She left the room twice during my massage to handle other customers coming in. When returning to the room she started up again asking about her tip. I was planning and on tipping her but wanted to wait and see how the massage was before committing to the $40 tip she kept asking for. Once I was dressed and ready to leave she was already in other room with a customer so I left. Boy was I surprised when she came outside yelling at me for her tip. Very bad customer service and they made me fill more like a bank then a costumer. I would be willing to return to Q Spat and try another masseuse because I dont want to judge the business by one employee. Ill wait to see how they answer this review.

This was my first time here, a very beautiful Asian girl took care of me and gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. She had a personal touch that won me over. She did several things that will keep me coming back. She cares about her job and she cares about making the best experience possible for me. I am very impressed and for sure will be going back. Don’t waste your time. You’ll show up and no one will be available. We booked for 3 and they didn’t even have 1 available therapist. When you book an appointment in advance the least you can do is have therapist show up.

I just want to make sure you know that the massage is $60 for 1 hour, but you’ll be told that the mandatory tip is $20 minimum. (33%)I will concede that the massage was nice. I went in specifically because my shoulder was bothering me, and my therapist made a point to focus extra on that shoulder and even included some hot stones to help relieve the pain in my shoulder. In the end, it didn’t work and my shoulder still bothered me, but not from lack of trying on her part.However when I signed the receipt for the tip, I began writing $12 (20% of $60) and as soon as I drew the 1, she said “oh no, I’m sorry the tip is $20 here.”I’ve never been anywhere that requires a mandatory tip amount, and that’s not a tip by its nature.If you feel your services are valued higher than $60, then charge more for the massage. I shouldn’t have to pay you a 33% mandatory tip.Won’t be back without an apology from management

What is best massage thst you offer for the price . Ive got a massage there once before and it was good but i asked if they did other types and she told me no but your but your site offers different types.

I called ahead to get a hour massage fo $60. When I got there all she would do is a 30 minute massage. She rubbed my back with a towel for a few minutes then said she was done. When I was leaving she wanted a tip. When I refused do the poor massage she got mad and yelled. Thats the last time there.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE I DID.
