Ive known Dr. Jim Chamberlin for a while. Hes down to earth and relaxed. Hes unassuming and caring. He makes me feel comfortable with every visit. Hes what you want in a professional.

I have been a type one diabetic since I was 18 months old. I have two diabetic doctors total so Im pretty picky about my doctors. Dr. Chamberlain has been my adult endocrine since I was 19 or 20. Its amazing having a doctor with the same disease. He is a no excuse doctor but works well to get issues solved. I remember one time I had trouble with my insurance for a continuous glucose monitor and he gave me the phone of someone to help with the situation and was willing to write a letter so they would cover it! He books quickly so you know he is good.If you cant see him he does have an amazing Nurse practitioner named Kacie Doyle-Delgado that has worked in his office for almost a year I think. She is also a type 1 diabetic! I feel like you hit the lottery in his office between the two of them. Kacie is amazing I have seen her for a few months because of my pregnancy and she is great and I will continue to see her after my pregnancy as well. She is very kind and understanding and is a great listener. I told Dr. Chamberlain he might have some completion with Kacie.

Dr Chamberlain is hands down the best diabetic specialist I have ever had. Having been diagnosed with diabetes 35 years ago, I have had several different doctors, so I have a good deal of experience. Dr Chamberlain is thorough and knowledgeable, and wants to help his patients have the best possible outcome from their diabetes treatment. He is a good listener and spends an appropriate amount of time answering questions, all without making the appointment feel rushed. And on top of all this, he is always right on schedule! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment time! His physicians assistant, Maria, is wonderful, and the office staff is great. Everyone I have come in contact with there is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

These five stars were aligned when I was placed in the care of Dr Chamberlain. I arrived in his office after being poorly treated by a doctor who had no knowledge of diabetes. From the beginning he confirmed I was now in the right hands of a ‘Specialist’ and have ever since been motivated by his expert care and kindness. Never met a more qualified physician!

Dr Chamberlain has helped me get my blood sugars under control. He is kind, caring and doesnt let me get away with excuses. He understands the trials of diabetics as he is one also. He knows all of the excuses. He has been my doctor for many years now. His nurse practitioner is also amazing. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. Dr Chamberlain and Kacie are a wonderful team.

Dr. Chamberlain is by far the best Diabetic doctor I’ve ever had. He gets it. I’ve not once gotten a lecture from him, and believe me I deserve a lecture. He not only knows the disease inside and out but he lives and breathes it. I have teased him for years when I move back to Washington State he has to relocate as well. That’s not happening, but I’ll still fly to Salt Lake City to keep him as my doctor. He’s invaluable. His staff is amazing too. You can not go wrong with him. He as well as his staff, are wonderful. I use to work for an Endocrinologist and that doctor has nothing on Dr. Chamberlain. I use to send patients Dr. Chamberlain’s way when they were denied by the Endocrinologist. I can’t say enough how great Dr. Chamberlain is.

Dr. Chamberlain is the best! Every time I have an appointment, he takes the time to listen and answer questions. Im always impressed by how quickly he responds to emails to help with prescription needs or adjustments to diabetes management. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with fine tuning my insulin pump to manage my blood sugar levels. All of his staff members are very kind and quick to respond to requests.

Dr. Chamberlain and Kacie Doyle-Delgado Have made the most positive difference in my health, in my whole life! They both take all the time i need to talk and have given me the best help and tools to improve my diabetes. My a1c went from 9 something to 7.3! I always leave their office feeling encouraged and cared for, I look forward to my appointments there and I cannot say enough good about them!! I love them both!

Dr. Chamberlain,Kacie Doyle-Delgado, and the rest of his team are absolutely fantastic. Up to date on all the latest diabetes info, excellent interaction skills, and they are all there to truly listen to, and take care of you. I think it is also extremely beneficial that Dr. Chamberlain is a type 1 diabetic just like I am, so he truly understands what I am going through on a daily basis. Kacie is fantastic, and a real pleasure to interact with. 5 stars plus to Dr. C., Kacie, and the entire team.

Dr. Chamberlain is great! He knows a lot about diabetes and has a friendly demeanor. He makes himself very available to patients and is quicky to reply to prescription refills, test results, etc.

Dr. Chamberlain and his P. A. Kacie are extremely knowledgeable and make living with diabetes manageable. They have brought down my A1C levels, and I would recommend them to anyone who is needing treatment and a fresh start with diabetic care no matter how long you have had the disease. They are truly the best!

Dr. Chamberlain has been a very important part of my health life since I was diagnosed with diabetes over 6 years ago. He is super knowledgeable with years of experience in this subject which helps me look forward to a future. He gives smart and caring advice and even diet suggestions when Im in a slump. He sets goals with me at every visit to assist me in staying on track, which I really need. I honestly couldnt cope without him.

I have been seeing Dr. Chamberlain for years and I absolutely love him and his practice. The Internal Medicine Clinic at St. Marks is wonderful. They are always willing to help and answer any of my questions. Maria, Dr. Chamberlains nurse, is fantastic as well. She always treats me with kindness and is very friendly. Since Chamberlain is also a diabetic he knows about the trials and maintenance of being a diabetic. Hes very understanding and always wants whats best for his patients. The whole office is amazing!Kacie Doyle-Delgado is the Nurse Practitioner who works with Chamberlain. She is wonderful. My father started seeing her recently and she is great at keeping up with all of the latest technologies and answering any questions my father has about his CGM. I would highly recommend seeing her or Chamberlain.

Dr. Chamberlain is the best doctor I have ever been to for my diabetes. I highly recommend going to him if you have diabetes. He has been so helpful and I have never been healthier. I have also heard really good things about Kacie Doyle, so check into her too. :)

5 star no doubt. He also has diabetes and can relate to what his patient and I are up against. He helps and listens to any concerns you may have and willing to help any way possible. You never feel rushed in an appointment. Great Dr and well worth the 45 minute commute even when I have other Drs readily available closer to my home.

I struggled to find a doctor to follow my diabetes after my insurance dropped my provider of 10 years. I am glad I landed with Dr. Chamberlain and his medical team. They are very knowledgeable about diabetes and the best, most up to date ways to control the disease. He is also very kind and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Chamberlain.

Dr. Chamberlain is the best doctor Ive had manage my Type 1 diabetes. He is supportive, knowledgeable, and he understands fine tuning to improve your numbers and your health. His office understands how important it is to quickly finish paperwork for insurance purposes, such as for insulin pumps and for CGMs. You can count on the office to submit drivers license paperwork when they are asked, as well as to fulfill Rx needs. Patients who visit Kacie Doyle-Delgado have the same positive experience. They both get what its like to have diabetes. There is an expectation for patients to be on time to appointments, and this helps everyone.

I have been going to Dr Chamberlain for 15 years now. I have been Type 1 Diabetic for 25 years. He is hands down the best doctor I have gone to in my diabetes journey. Personable, relatable (he also has Type 1), and not afraid to give you some straight direction when it is needed. Also can I just mention that even if he was lousy at his job I would still go to him since he has a policy of never making me wait more than 5 minutes. Best idea ever. Customer service in a world where it otherwise doesn’t exist.

I highly recommend Dr. Chamberlain. He is very attentive to detail and listens to your concerns. He is responsive to email when you have questions. He has helped me make adjustments when necessary and has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of diabetes.

I’ve worked with Dr. Chamberlain for many years and have been very happy with the care I’ve received. Both he and Kacie know a great deal about type-1 diabetes both from first-hand experience and from treating many patients over the years. My appointments consistently run on time almost to the minute, but I never feel rushed during the visit. Dr. Chamberlain has been prompt to respond via email when I have questions between in-person visits. I appreciate that he stays up-to-date with research, is well-versed in a variety of diabetes management systems (pumps, CGMs, etc.), and always gives me a few clear takeaway messages and goals at each visit. He has helped me with diabetes management through a few pregnancies and surgeries and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Even after moving out of state for a few years, I chose to jump right back in with Dr. Chamberlain upon returning to the area.

I had horrible experiences with this provider and his assistant Casey. She changed my settings on my pump and caused one of the worst lows I’ve ever had. I called the on-call number once and did not get a call back for days. I was treated like garbage when I was late for an appointment and the doctor refused to see me. Then I had to fight them to take the “no show” $40 fee off. Fortunately they did after a week of fighting them. Never once did anyone apologize for causing my low or not calling me back or for treating me like a paycheck. I did not feel valued or cared for as a patient. They were rude to me, from the receptionist to the office manager to the doctor. Shameful!

I have never felt so confident in a doctor before. Dr. Chamberlain listens to me, advises me, and simply adds from personal experience the hope a diabetic needs. I have found from he and his staff that diabetes does not have to rule every second of my life if I will just work hard to get my diet and pump settings right and then learn to stick to the plan. Soon it becomes more habitual than a thought process and life can be so much closer to normal than you ever thought possible. He definitely knows the medical end of diabetes; but his knowledge personally with diabetes in invaluable!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Chamberlain for years. He corrected my diagnosis from my family doctor. He has been super helpful in helping me to control my Type 1 Diabetes. Hes the absolute best!

Dr. James Chamberlain and Kacie Doyle-Delgado are amazing, an all-star Diabetes Management team!I’ve been seeing them both for several years and I’m thrilled they’re now together under one roof!Prior to them, I was seeing an un-named endocrinologist in the SL Valley, who has a huge practice.Problem was that I felt like a number there was no investment in my personal health.It was like I was paying just to get test done… and that was it!Thankfully, I found Dr. Chamberlain and that changed everything.He’s a T1 diabetic like me and very successful at his own diabetes management.Bonus - so is Kacie!This is awesome because they treat from personal experience, which has made a HUGE experience.Another thing I love about both of them is that they are open to trying many different options to help you manage your unique situation.Pump, CGM, old school manual shots, Keto, Mediterranean… you name it and they’ll support you in what you want to accomplish!They are a great team and the best diabetes doctors I’ve had in the 25 years I’ve been a T1 diabetic!

Im so thankful for Dr. Chamberlain. Hes been a huge asset in helping me manage my type 1 diabetes. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest. Truly a blessing in my life.
