So, in my hometown we have one of the smallest Whole Foods, it’s even smaller than this one, and the selection is so much better. This store just seems like they are carrying barebones, the staff is not particularly friendly, the garage is always tight, and the elevators are nothing short of gross. Send an associate to sweep, mop, and wipe down the walls. Also, can you put a sanitizing station in the elevator bays on the garage levels?

The employees here have terrible customer service skills. No greetings or anything. Instead of handing me my receipt, the checker laid it down on the counter as if she didn’t want to risk touching my hand all while she didn’t even have a mask on. First and last time I will come here.

Please dont shop here. When I was a worker I would regularly go home crying from the stress of this job, and the lack of basic human dignity Amazon affords its workers. This job is awful, and while it pays well, it crushes your soul.Supporting this place is supporting an evil corporation.

This is one of the only places where I buy meat. Most of Whole Foods meat is certified by the Global Animal Partnership (GAP) and I haven’t seen anything below a level 4 (the animals live their entire lives on a pasture). Even with the high standards that GAP requires the prices are competitive.

I almost never write reviews, but felt compelled to put one in for this neighborhood market. On a surface level, I think this quaint little business is accurately named. Tons of whole, entire foods. Apples, onions, soda waters, some sorts of maybe what I think was squash. But on a deeper level, I think these people just care about the community, just look at their cheese case. You wouldnt have all those cheeses if you didnt want to help people. This is a nice place to shop if you dont want to avoid entire aisles because there are goblins licking the boxes of crackers like at Smiths. Also nice because it is like a normal grocery store, but more expensive, so it makes you feel a certain sense of luxury. Good work guys, this could really take off.

Ill be totally frank. I read a lot of the negative feedback here but most of them complain about the hot bar or the deli food. When you go shopping in here. They have an incomparable range of balanced foods. From my house I have natural groceries down the street. Someone who says you can find it cheaper at natural grocers is lying to you. Natural grocers have excellent goods that dont get me wrong but in the organic food market, Whole Foods tends to be competitive in price.

This is my favorite Whole Foods store in The Valley. I go weekly to buy my staples. The store is spacious and organized. We love their sourdough bread! So yummy! The staff is friendly. Lots of options for dairy free peeps (DF yogurts, milks, etc) as well

Bought a cake from here but they told us they wouldn’t be able to write happy birthday on the cake for my girlfriends grandpa. Said they didn’t have a cream tool to put it on since it wasn’t vegan. Which is a lie since we have done this before at this Whole Foods location. Dont know if they were lying or what but for a simple happy birthday message, we didn’t care if it was vegan or not.The cake did have flowers and they told us that would be a problem. But we didn’t mind if the message was over it. Very disappointed, how does a bakery not have that option. They really did not seem interested in the whole process helping at all. What do you guys think? Was there enough room to write a message ?

I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the Bakery, which apparently has a poor track record (see below). The people working in the bakery do not have any idea of whats going on, period. Place an order a week ahead, get confirmation texts and emails. Show up at the time to pick up, not ready. No cake. Total shame considering the rest of the store is top knotch.

Im not a huge fan of Amazon, but I was excited when they bought Whole Foods thinking maybe they could lower prices & make eating more healthy & sustainably more affordable. They could definitely afford to cut their pricing, but it remains hardly competitive to local grocery store chains. Its also just the Wal-mart of health food stores... very commercial, corporate, soulless, and impersonal. For being a big store, they are missing a lot of good products, too.Id recommend shopping at Sprouts or Liberty Heights Fresh if you want cheaper/fresher produce. Support Local

Well staffed. Kind employees who like their job! Great tasting produce!! Delicious cold pressed OJ. Great buffet and fresh pizza by the slice! A great place for a filling, nutritious $8-$20 lunch. Plenty of options! Inside Whole foods you will also find a high quality butcher shop. Variety of products in their health and beauty isles. Some items are a bit pricey, however, some sales are phenomenal!!! I loved the organic gummy candy, coffee and the pretzel bread! Ketchup alternative was pretty good too. Very clean store and restrooms. Short checkout lines. (If existent) Wheelchair accessible. (Everything except the watertower) :( I gave 4 stars because I would like more sales/bargains. I would recomend this store to ANYONE!

I placed a couple of orders on Amazon and asked to have them delivered to the Amazon hub at the Whole Foods location in Trolley Square. On Amazon it states that the hours are 7 AM to 8 PM for the hub. I get to the store this morning at 7:15 AM and the girl tells me that they are not open until 8 AM. They are letting seniors still go in at 7 AM which technically by definition I qualify to shop but they wouldn’t let me get my Amazon hub order. If I would have shopped in the store I would’ve walked right past the hub when I was walking out. What the heck difference does it make? Poor customer service and overpriced food. Not only will I never shop here again, but I will never have my Amazon orders sent to this hub. Shame on you!

Used to be my favorite grocery store but my experience yesterday really changed my mind.1. The cashier charged wrong price on one bag of Brussels sprouts and when I asked them to return, they just threw the bag of food away, due to the COVID. I understand this.2. There was a guy who was hanging around without a mask, talking super loud over the phone in the produce area, but no mask. Should you consider throw all the produce away after he leave? Why no one talked to him or gave him a mask?

Great first experience. I went in today, parking in the parking structure. There is easy access to the store via elevator. I found corn on the cob, shucked and wrapped cheaper than my regular store. I only went in for shampoo and deodorant for my daughter, but found a few other things at a reasonable price that my family needed. Plus we got a discount for being Amazon prime members. I will shop here again.

I love Whole Foods, but I agree with the reviews that the floor arrow system in this store is defunct. It leads you in one direction with no opportunity to turn around. That is fine if you know exactly what you want and you know your way around the store and you never change your mind and you want to walk down every aisle, but if any of these things is not true, good luck finding your way back. This is not as big of a deal if you go when the store is not crowded, but much more difficult when it is crowded. Honestly, if there was just a designated space for going in the opposite direction, this would not be a problem.

Im going to be completely honest. Ive read a lot of the negative reviews on this place but most of them are complaining about the hot bar or the deli food. If youre going here to shop. They have an unparalleled selection of healthy food. I have a natural grocers down the street from my house. Anyone saying you can get it at natural grocers cheaper is lying to you. Natural grocers has great products dont get me wrong but Whole Foods seems price competitive in the health foods market. I usually order my groceries for delivery from this whole foods. Ive never had any problems with the food. Ive never had bad meat quality in fact the meat quality is superb. The smiths by my house has a butcher section and whole foods has better cuts at relatively the same price. If youre a home cook, and youre willing to pay a little more to get better ingredients and better produce in general. Shop at Whole Foods.

The cakes here are marvelous, and if you need a nice water bottle, they have what you are looking for. Really. They have every water bottle over $10. Selection isnt the problem, its getting out once youve got what you came for. You see, there is a wall of boxes at the moment, which blocks the front registers from almost every isle. You have to weave your way through the store allong the caution striped arrows in order to get to the guard at the end that directs you to a lane. Im not sure why Whole Foods needs a wall of boxes while every other grocery store from bulk stores to convenience stores can manage without, but I did not enjoy being treated like cattle in a pen, covid or no.

Shop at WholeFoods all the time and nearly exclusively at this location. I buy there prepared food (behind the counter) at least 3 times a week sometimes more. There is a new employee back there (yesterday Oct 8th late afternoon) who was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. Very disappointing, and probably the WORST customer service Ive ever received at a WholeFoods (or most other establishments to be honest). If that particular guy is there the next time I go, I will most likely leave and jus start frequenting the WholeFoods in Sugarhouse instead. I have no interest in being belittled while buying dinner.
