After 3 years on a low carb diet I thought that I had finally found a way to add some variety back into my meal plan when I found the WIO foods.I was so excited when I got my first order, the tortillas, and even my boyfriend (who doesn’t eat low carb) thought they were delicious!I devoured the first bag and then on my second ordered got two more bags of tortillas and one bag of burger buns.Well, we had burgers tonight and again I was AMAZED at how good they tasted. Kept saying it’s like eating bread!After dinner I was thinking how this was too good to be true so I was reading the labels on the packing for the umpteenth time and noticed how there were two nutrition boxes, one with the 2 carbs and one with 32!!!After a bit of digging online and speaking to a few doctor friends I’m fully convinced this is a scam and I’m so disappointed.I have worked VERY hard over the last few years losing over a hundred lbs by maintaining a low carb lifestyle. Products like this pander to folks like me and I feel bamboozled.Suffice it to say all of my wraps and burger buns are in the trash and guess I’ll just go back to lettuce wraps.

They have terrible customer service. Also at the manufacturing plant they have a dog only feet away from the products being packaged. I’m sure that’s not ok with the food license they have. I asked Jason the owner to call and he didn’t. They are not what this company used to be. I will never be supporting this company again. Sad because I came in to get started again. Sad that they don’t care. Just be smart and careful when purchasing the products.

I have tried the pizza, tortillas, hamburger buns, hotdogs buns, pecan pie and chocolate chip muffins. Everything was fantastic except the hot dog buns seemed a little stale. I toasted them and they were much better!

Im a huge fan of the wio diet products. The starter kit is delicious and the trio trim works so well for our patients too. The food is absolutely the best keto you can find, it actually tastes like real food! - Highly recommend it!

I will NEVER EVER buy from WiO smart foods again. I received my package which my family of four were excited to finally get. When I open the package inside there were ants everywhere! Inside the bread inside all my other items, over $100 worth of food product completely ruined. I sent an email to customer service with a copy of my invoice and a video I took. I heard nothing so I called and no answer after three tries I finally get an answer. I explained the situation and the woman over the phone apologized and said sorry I’ll resend you an order. I asked if it can be sent express because my family and I were waiting on this package. She said no they don’t do that then I asked may I speak to someone who can help make that decision she said no that no one was available. I said that can’t be possible and she said would you like a refund or resend your order. I said wow so there’s nothing you can do, she said they don’t do that at the company. I replied with well I’ll take my refund. WORST customer service. To all buyers beware of what’s in your food when you get it, bugs!
