Right at home is a classy business. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the care-givers are kind and patient. Our family used Right at Home daily for five years for our mother suffering with dementia. The home helpers really cared about her as they served her (and my difficult-to-deal-with stepdad). We added in night staff the last two months of our mothers life, and they were also wonderful. We included their business on our mothers obituary to thank them for all the hours they helped our sweet mom. I recommend them for any family needing extra help with a loved one.

My mom has been a recipient of their services for 20 months. The company has been very professional. I have the highest regard for all they have done to provide essential and loving service to my mother, especially during Covid-19. It is with gratitude and appreciation that I write this review. My mom 96 yrs. and my uncle 92 yrs. of age are at the Cottonwood Coventry West Assisted Living. Two days ago I was told that family members are no longer able to visit in attempts to keep all residents living there safer from the virus. Wow, I panicked. Only healthcare workers are presently allowed in the building. I wanted them to have more individual care so I contacted Right At Home, who weve used in the past, and they quickly arranged for a wonderful health caregiver to come at night for a few hours to do all the little things. It set my heart at ease and totally helped them both to not panic over not being able to see family. They are easy to work with and readily address family concerns. They personalized the care plan that we want. Awesome company! If you are nervous about your loved ones give this company a call. Then you can rest easy.

The good people of Right at Home truly did a phenomenal job of helping my brother and I care for our Dad in his home in his last days of life. And in fact Pat Maloney was the only one willing to answer the call of duty on a Saturday morning and within 18 hours provided around the clock care for our Dad. The caregivers came right in and started cleaning and sanitizing as well as caring for all of our needs. We couldnt have gotten through those difficult hours without your love and compassion. My dad hired Right at Home for grocery shopping and light housekeeping. After mom died, Right at Home scheduled (without checking with us first) a girl to come over to clean. The cleaning lady showed up but we could not let her in the house because we were leaving to make funeral arrangements. They charged us for the cleaning anyway. I challenged it, but they would not remove it from our bill. I thought they would be more understanding given the great loss we just experienced and all that we were dealing with. They knew that we would need a quote for more extensive home care (for the surviving spouse). They should have waived that charge in order to gain our future business, but they didnt.When they came to the house for the quote, one of them was very rude and implied that she knew what was better for my dad than I did. They came in as the highest quote for in-home care.

A great team of people, exactly what you would want for your loved ones. They are compassionate and reliable but most importantly professional. Im so happy to be part of the Right at Home team to provide excellent care.
