Pass on this one. My husband visited this office and we ended up owing after insurance over $500. They will send 3 statements and then a collection “text” and then charge you outrageous collection fees after we had already paid half of the bill off. I am not one to write bad reviews but after this experience be careful what you sign in this office or make sure you fully understand the “collection policy” if you haven’t paid off your bill in the 3 statement time period.

I have trauma induced arthritis in one ankle.I have had Dr Anderson do 2 of the 3 Cortisone shots in that ankle in the last 4 years. I probably waited too long until my third, because the relief was incredible. I had not been anywhere that required walking all summer, and I was feeling pretty defeated.The Doctor and I discussed if I should do the injection. He was open and honest about my options. Ultimately, we went through with it.I walked out of the appointment with not-even a limp! It’s been 2 weeks of pain free days since I was in his office.I am so grateful to be back to myself and felling less limitations.

Hello! I just clocked out of my last shift as medical assistant for Dr. Mikol Anderson, so, rest assured, I will be in no way compensated for what I am about to post here. I worked as Dr. Andersons sole full-time medical assistant for two years, so I would venture to say that if anyone can speak to Dr. Andersons demeanor, his professionalism, or the care he provides in his clinic, its me.In Dr. Andersons clinic, his patients come first, no matter what. I was carefully instructed regularly on how to make sure that what I was doing put the patient first. While we werent always perfect, Id say about 95% of the time our clinic ran in such a way (under Dr. Andersons direction) that our patients waited no more than 5 minutes past their appointment time, if at all. Same day appointments were almost always available. When they werent, emergent cases were either double-booked to be seen the same day or within 24 hours. We did all we could to meet our patients needs in a timely manner and strove for excellence in patient care. This continues to be the standard in Dr. Andersons office, and obviously, the other reviews posted here speak to that effect.Dr. Anderson is up-to-date on the latest research and he uses it every day to treat his patients. His recommendations are backed in research that is current and applicable, and, as a result, his patients get better.Dr. Anderson is conservative. While he is an extremely talented surgeon, he never, not once, steered a patient toward surgery who had other treatment options available. He always tries the most conservative approaches to begin with and only proceeds with surgery (or urges patients to do so) if it truly is the best plan of care for them.Dr. Anderson is a fabulous teacher. He is extremely humble and confident simultaneously. He helps his patients understand their conditions and explains in detail his care plan for them without ever making them feel talked down to.Dr. Anderson is a people person. I watched him connect with people from every walk of life and treat each person exactly the same across the board.The positive, friendly atmosphere at Anderson Foot & Ankle is obvious from the second you walk through the door. This is largely due to the above qualities Ive listed as well as how kindly he treats his employees. You would be hard-pressed to find a medical assistant (the employee lowest on the food chain) who can write a review like this one for any physician.So, if youre in the market for a podiatrist and you would like to see someone who will treat you like a friend who gives clear, conservative advice, schedule with Dr. Anderson. If you want your doctor to talk TO you, not down to you, schedule with Dr. Anderson. If you want to entrust your care to someone who is current on the latest research in foot and ankle, schedule with Dr. Anderson. If you want to see someone who is a kind, friendly person behind the scenes, schedule with Dr. Anderson. I know you, like the thousands of patients of his Ive met, will be so glad you found him.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to seeing the Dr. From walking in Dr Anderson office I was greeted with a smile which made me feel so comfortable. His nurse took great care of me, and continued to make me feel good to be there. Meeting Dr Anderson for the first time was great. Very professional atmosphere. I was given great instructions to help my foot problem. Thank you Dr Anderson.

Dr. Anderson is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! He took such great care of my son who needed treatment for multiple, severe ingrown toenails. He and his staff were incredibly patient and understanding of my son’s fears about the treatment and procedures, and took extra care to ensure his comfort. Dr. Anderson also has a really great sense of humor and he puts patients (and their moms) at ease — I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Anderson Foot & Ankle and Dr. Mikol Anderson!!

My son has had problems with ingrown toenails. He went to Dr. Anderson to have this taken care of. I went with my son and just walking into his office we were kindly greeted by the staff. After a short wait we were taken to a procedure room. Dr. Anderson was kind and comforting. He took care of my sons toenails and gave him clear instructions on caring for it. He is very professional and also very kind. I would highly recommend him!

I cant say enough about Dr Anderson! As nervous as I was to get surgery on my busted up ankle, he explained everything really well, all while keeping things light and humorous. Hes extremely knowledgeable, but also wouldnt recommend unnecessary procedures. Im back to running, being active, and doing the things I love to do outdoors- all thanks to Dr Anderson. His staff are all really professional and kind as well.

For about three years my husband went to Dr. Anderson and his visits were always enjoyable because Dr. Anderson was always so easy to talk to and he was very good working with my husbands very sensitive feet. My husband passed away about 2 1/2 years ago and now I find myself going to him. I had several concerns and he took the time to explain many things to me which was so appreciated. His nurse or assistant, Natalie, took wonderful notes so I could return home and not forget anything. Natalie is also a joy to be around. I recommend Dr. Mikol Anderson to anyone, any age, but, my husband and I, being older seniors, I can highly recommend him to seniors because not all doctors work as well as he does with seniors. He is friendly and concerned about you and gives you the best possible attention. He is quite the expert in his field.

Dr. Anderson has done an amazing job. I had some corrective surgery on my foot, through the whole process he has been caring and very informative kept me up to date on everything I had questions about and the procedure itself went perfectly with no complications.Everyone at the office are very kind and compassionate and ad a bit of a personal touch to make you feel as if you were family.I would definitely recommend Dr. Anderson to all my friends and family. Made my problems and pain seem to dissappear. Definitely worth giving them a call.

I was referred to Dr. Anderson by two completely separate people so I figured he was a good option. I have been so happy so far. I have never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen. All the office and medical assistants have been very helpful and pleasant. The treatment has been effective thus far and I love that Dr. Anderson gives me treatment options that doesn’t require medication. He is friendly and professional and has made my visits totally comfortable.

My husband, my son and I have been patients of Dr. Anderson for years. He has always had the answers and treatments we needed and is even helpful in cutting cost in some cases. We all love him and also his staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate the timely manner in which I am seen by Dr. Anderson. I never have to wait very long. He is very knowledgeable.

My treatment at Dr. Andersons office was exceptional. I only went in for an ingrown toenail, but it was extremely painful and I was worried about the procedure. He not only assured me he could make the procedure pain free, he did exactly that and gave me excellent, efficient care. I could tell he was an expert on feet, and he helped me with other questions I have with my feet, as I am seeing issues arise as I age. Last, he was extremely caring, listening to all my concerns and attending to each one. I know I dont have to look anywhere else for excellent, highly professional podiatry services.

The staff at the clinic - Kenzie and Jessica particularly, are wonderful. They always remember me and are very friendly to me and my 6 yr old daughter who sometimes comes too. They talk to her and make her feel welcome. Dr. Anderson has always done a great job at diagnosing and treating me. I fractured my heel and also have bone spurs and arthritis in my foot. He has always been caring and kind, and funny when we talk. Im very happy with the clinic.

Dr. Anderson did a wonderful job of helping me understand what was going on with my foot. He gave me treatment that I needed and explained why he was doing what he was doing. He then gave me some optional things for me to do on my own and explained exactly what those things would do for me. I left not only with treatment but with knowledge and empowerment to be help my healing along.

New patient, I was referred by my Dad who had some complicated issues with both his feet especially being almost 70 yrs old. His surgerys have been very successful and his quality of life has greatly improved as a result. I was glad he referred me, after sitting down with Dr. Anderson and staff he was very open and friendly. I felt he has my best interest in mind as he explained potential options in regards to bone spurs and a bunion. He gave me pros and cons to potential solutions and gave me information so I can do more research on my own. After the first visit I trust his opinion, I dont feel like I need to pursue a 2nd opinion. I will definitely go back.

After 5 frustrating months of not being able to get a diagnosis on my injury, I decided to switch podiatrists and started seeing Dr. Anderson. Within two weeks, he had a diagnosis for me and a game plan for recovery.From the first visit, to the day of my surgery, and in the weeks following, Dr. Anderson, Kenzie, and the rest his staff have been amazing. He is clearly knowledgeable in his profession, but what I’ve come to appreciate most is that he takes the time to listen to your questions/concerns and provides you with thorough answers. And when you forget to ask him a question during your appointment (which I’ve done many times!), his staff is great at taking your questions over the phone and getting you a quick answer.I’m currently 7 weeks post-surgery and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome so far. Seriously, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dr. Anderson. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone experiencing foot/ankle problems.

Ive been seeing Dr. Anderson for a few years, dealing with significant arthritis in both feet and ankles. I have seen Dr. Anderson for so many reasons (broken fibula, stress fracture, ingrown toenail removal) and I have had a great experience every time. He and his staff are always kind and funny. Dr. Anderson is so down-to-earth and gives such personalized diagnoses. When another doctor tried to recommend that I get surgery for thousands of dollars Dr. Anderson suggest that we avoid surgery and let the bone heal naturally. Three years later I feel that was the right decision.

Ive been dealing with an ingrown toenail for FAR too long and I needed to get it taken care of asap! I called and Dr. Anderson fit me in first thing the very next morning (a Saturday nonetheless!!). I was honestly terrified of getting the procedure done but Dr. Anderson calmed me down and talked me through it the whole time and before I knew it he was done! Its been a couple days now and the difference I am feeling is amazing. I would go back to him in a heartbeat should another issue arise.

I had been experiencing pain in my foot for several months but figured it was just part of getting old. X-rays showed nothing. Finally was referred to Dr. Mikol Anderson who had the problem diagnosed in minutes. He was so willing to listen to all my complaints about it, and spend all the time I needed to feel comfortable with the diagnosis and the procedures to be used to correct the problem. I was very impressed with both him & his assistant Natalie. The person that made my appointment is also very accommodating & friendly. Dr. Anderson is so thorough and likeable. I injured my ankle 9 years ago and went to three other doctors over the years, being told theres not much to be done or youre getting older...time to start wearing funny looking shoes. Dr. Anderson was the first to take good, CLEAR X-rays then show me and explain to me the bone fragments, the arthritis, the degenerated tendons. Even then, he never pushed a surgical option, but did explain the process and especially, the inactivity during the recovery process I must be willing to endure when I am ready to fix this thing once and for all. He even offered to do the X-rays at no charge since I had already paid an imaging place recommended by another doctor but the X-rays were so fuzzy as to be indecipherable. I highly recommend him. He is both competent and caring, as is his staff.

Just started going to Dr.Anderson and it has been great so far. He is a caring and down to earth guy. The staff is awesome always greet me with a smile . Everyone is so friendly.

Dr Anderson operated on my foot for a bunion and hammertoe. The surgery was a success and Im extremely happy with the results. He is soft spoken and answered all my questions which assured me that all would be well.

Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile with follow-up care. Tanner and Kenzie as well as the front desk girls are so kind. I had 2 torn ligaments in my ankle and needed surgery. I was so scared about pain and being off work I almost did not go through with surgery. But I am now 5 weeks post OP and I can say there was hardly any pain. Im up walking on it again and doing great. Dr anderson and kenzie are the greatest people to work with.

Have having multiple surgeries with Dr. Anderson, he never discussed doing physical therapy to help with the healing process. I am diagnosed with EDS and he began treating me like I am a drug seeking. There is a difference between treating acute pain from a surgery and treating a chronic life long condition such as EDS. I reviewed his records and found there were many untruths written about me that I have no way of disputing. I frequently ended up with some sort of infection after each surgery and yet he wants to write I failed to wear the cam boot to an appointment after stepping on a roofing nail.... dishonesty at its best.EDUCATE yourself about EDS before passing unfair judgements!!!!

Easy to make an appointment and he listens to what you have to say. He was very accommodating with what I needed for my feet in the short time I had before I left on a vacation.

Honestly I found him for my grandma who has diabetes, I liked him so much I started going, he is such a nice energetic person and you can tell he really loves what he does.

Dr. Anderson has been our families foot Dr. for many years. He has done bunion surgery on my foot and has taken care of several other of my feet issues including planter faciatis and when I broke my foot. I have heard the horror stories about bunion surgery but my recoouperation was not that bad. Dr Anderson did a great job. My son suffers from flat feet which has caused him ankle and back problems since he was small. My dad being elderly suffers from neropathy and arthritis in his. I am always recommending him to friends of mine. Even though his office isnt super close I still wouldnt even try anyone else. Id rather feel confident that I have a good Dr and he is. His office staff is great too. Janae his nurse has been there since we started going. We love her and her great sense of humor. Dr. Andersons attitude provides a welcoming atomosphere and is very trustworthy. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a great podiatrist.
