The staff was professional and friendly. The team that worked with me was AMAZING! They made sure to work around my schedule, and made me feel so cared for. They met my needs and took the things I said into consideration. Dr. Bye was great and such a good fit for me. I had to get a lot of work done, and the crown work done was great and still feels great. Crowns feels just like my own teeth.

I have never been to a dentist that was so blatantly trying to hit me and my insurance for every conceivable procedure, cost, etc. no matter how necessary. Most recently they insisted that I have a crown put on a tooth that hadnt been bothering me but had a small fracture, they very quickly told me exactly how much I would owe, how I should do it this year since I had another filling to pay for, and I overheard the dentist describing to the hygenist exactly how to word the procedure for insurance purposes so that they would be paid. That tooth is now horribly painful and more problematic than before I had the procedure. When I returned the dentist told me to you sensodyne, HA, or that I might need a root canal. I have had a lot of dental work done and never had such poor service or a dentist insist on an unnecessary procedure. My husband who has never had a cavity in 36 years, all of the sudden had 2 going to this dentist. When he asked to see the x-rays to confirm what they were saying, he saw nothing. This dentist is all about filling their pockets and not about actual dental care. I wont be returning.

Wonderful staff! My dentist was amazing. No pain and he was kind and considerate and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this business. I also had a cleaning on the 18th. I was a little nervous because it wasnt the same person I thought it was going to be. But the hygienist that worked on me was so amazing. She was gentle and always made sure I was ok. Just had my second visit here. Had 3 cavities and a was fitted for a night guard. As nervous as I was going into it, I was very surprised with the fact that I felt no pain at all. The staff were all very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Friendly, professional, super informative about my teeth—talking through the x-rays with me and what I need done, and very helpful in both giving me an overall cost estimate but also trying to help me get it all done before I move next month. Everyone at this office is very professional and friendly. I always feel welcomed and comfortable, and the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all my needs are met. Their dental chairs have a massage function which is actually very relaxing for a change. They did great with keeping me informed of my appointments, and during my procedures, continually checked in about my comfort. All of the assistants are hilarious and fun to talk to, and Dr. Bye has some great stories. I am actually excited to go back to their office (how rare is that in dentistry?). My great-grandmother was a wonderful dentist so I have high standards, and City Creek really exceeded them.

Best dentist around. I have been to a couple of dentists and asked around, as I was never pleased with others I was going to. Dr. Landon Bye at City Creek dental was highly recommend, so I have him a try over 4 years ago. My whole family goes to him, and many of my friends do too (and have thanked me). Additionally, his dental hygienists are very knowledgeable, and clean my teeth for over an hour every time I go. The front office staff are organized, professional, and are ready for my arrival. I had a really good experience today. I was suffering from wisdom tooth pain. Called them and they got me in the next day! They pulled it out for me, and It was fast and painless. They made me feel very comfortable and numbed me up super good especially after I told them Im worried about needles. The dentist was really nice, and funny! I will definitely be going back for cavities and cleanings. :)

Ive had very good experiences with Dr Bye and the rest of the staff at City Creek Dental over the last several years. My teeth werent horrible, but needed some work when I first came in. I never felt shamed about how I got to that position, but always felt proud of the progress my teeth made. My teeth are as healthy as they may have ever been thanks to them. Ill remain a patient of theirs for the foreseeable future.

After my third visit I felt I should leave a review. Everyone is really friendly and makes you feel warm and welcome, almost like visiting an old friend. For check ups they did a good job, my fillings have been great with no issues. Would definitely suggest you check them out if youre looking for a new dentist.

Very friendly employees, professional and good at communicating. I have not had any billing issues in the past 2-3 years that I have been to them, which is rare with dental offices in my opinion. Parking is good if you park at the garage, they do validate for it. I would recommend them if they accept your insurance!

I had an emergency visit as I am from Houston. The appointment was given to me within next 24 hours. The registration was quite efficient and the schedule was on time per appointment. Dr. Steven Lambourne was extremely effective and friendly, including all staff. Thank you all!

If money and billing is no object to you, then this is a perfect place. They seem to be highly professional dental care providers about whom I have no complaints. For those of us who care about the cost and billing procedures, I recommend you look elsewhere. My daughter was charged $293 for the same service she was charged $129 at her prior dentist. Moreover, I received two past-due bills from City Creek Dental due to a delay in my insurance paying because the claim was issued incorrectly. As is so typical these days, the office manager didnt accept responsibility for the billing error, but found a way to blame the insurer. City Creeks claim stated that my daughter was an adult, when in fact she is 12 years old. Moreover, the dental hygienist really tried hard to push a panoramic x-ray on me that I didnt need--telling me that my insurance would cover it. Given what happened with my daughters claim, Im glad I was firm and said no.

City Creek Dental and Dr Bye have been my absolute favorite dentist I have ever visited! I’ve been going to them now for 4 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Their whole staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. They also have a new office space that is beautiful! City Creek Dental is so professional and friendly. They also are efficient and quick. And pay for parking. It’s nice to park in covered parking for free and go into a nice comfy dentist office. I love the personal attention I receive from the Doctor here at City Creek Dental. I’ve had an extraction and a bone graft here and Dr. Bye gave me personal attention to discuss the procedure, even drawing out what he has done and what he plans to do during my procedure. The whole process was easy, gentle, and I have no complaints.

The staff here are so good. I have recessive gums and so have sensitive teeth, and they do a really good job of cleaning while being careful. And the dentist is great fun. They do a great work!

Their office is beautiful and I havent met a single person I dont like. The girls at the front desk are kind and helpful. Though Kellie is my personal favourite, hygeinist, we have been to several of them there and love them all. They make you feel like youre a part of the family. My children and I love going up for our regular cleanings because its fun! We have more fun than we should at a dental office. When my husband needed some emergency work done on a cracked tooth during chemotherapy, Dr. Bye made it a priority to fix it immediately. We are forever grateful for him. I was extremely impressed with this dental office. I visited for the first time two weeks ago as I had moved to SLC from out of state. The physical office is well appointed and welcoming. Front office staff were great: organized, efficient and friendly. Sarah was the dental hygienist who did an amazing job on my routine 6 month cleaning. They have up- to- date technology with digital radiographs and ultrasonic cleaning equipment. Sarah was friendly, gentle, professional, and performed an extremely thorough cleaning. Dr Bye was great. He listened carefully to all my concerns and gave me a thorough explanation regarding the options for dealing with a troublesome tooth.

My hygienist is Kelly & she is great. I have a serious gag response & she totally accommodates that & we get though it fairly easily every 6 months. Dr Bye is great! The entire visit was quite pleasant but not so much so that you want to return prior to your next cleaning. ;-)

Great dental service, however I have one bone to pick with them. I’ve been asking them for two months to send me an electronic invoice so I could send it to my company to get reimbursement. Each time, I was told by the receptionists that they would carry out my request. I have yet to hear back from these receptionists. Bad form. Very bad form.

Thorough is the word I would use to describe my experience. Ive never had a dentist office pay such close attention to detail and take so much time to treat my mouth and also explain things to me. Scheduling and paying was also convenient and seamless. The people who helped me are highly competent and skilled. For me, conversation is sometimes strained at the dentist office, but not here. Interactions were easy and comfortable, with a good dose of companionable silence. Highly recommended. Will be making this my main dentist office going forward.

Their staff is very friendly and personable. It has been very convenient with my office being a block away but have recently relocated and dont mind the 20 min drive to City Creek Dental. I have been very happy with the services I have had with Dr Bye and all of his staff.

I have lived in SLC for seven years and havent really found a dentist that I like enough to regularly go to. I started getting my wisdom teeth in recently so had to find a spot to get them taken care of. This place has been so amazing! I saw Dr. Lambourne, who is SO nice. I tend to get nervous about this kind of thing and he made me feel really comfortable. He also pulled my tooth out in like 45 seconds so the process was over way more quickly and easily than I thought. The dentists assistant and people at the desk are also very kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here for all my dentistry needs.
