Augustine is an employee who gives 150% every day that he is on the job. Augustine does an excellent job and at the same time lets his clients know that he cares deeply for them. This in turn has helped my parents health and attitudes. My parents feel as if Augustine is their adopted son and he is a gem. Anyone who has Augustine work for them is truly blessed. I can not say enough about this young man of integrity. He is the bright star in my parents life and they count down the days to when they can see him again. All of us need an Augustine in our lives, as he makes an amazing difference in the lives of so many people.

I am really grateful to have received in home physical and occupational therapy from a dedicated and loving type of staff to name a few people- Valarie, Elise, Michelle, Oneka and Quetta..these ladies really took care of me. Our in-home caregiver, Christina Rodeghier, has been the most wonderful care giver to work with as my parents are elderly (upper 80s) and require constant care. Christina is very passionate of her job, patient with my parents, and understand their special or specific needs. Christina will go above and beyond to be sure our family is aware of any health changes for both my parents. She is reliable, helpful, knowledgeable, and very caring. We have had several care givers since we signed on with BrightStar and also with other like companies. Christina cares for both my parents in their home and helps not only with caring for them but their surroundings by doing extra works (washing bedding, etc.) to be sure my parents live in a safe, comfortable environment. We are truly blessed and grateful to have Christina as our primary care giver.

Ive been using BrightStar for nearly 2 1/2 years to provide care for my wife with Alzheimers disease. I dont know where to start in praising the service they have provided.Certainly the most important fact is that all the caregivers who have entered our home have earned the confidence and friendship of my wife as well as my absolute trust and respect. The latter does not come easily as I have both mother-hen and she-wolf personalities, but I have no reservations entrusting these people with what I treasure most in life.Although most of our service has been on a regularly-scheduled basis (with the same caregiver), when times have to be adjusted or emergencies arrive, BrightStar has responded promptly with very high quality substitute caregivers.And, the administrative staff is not only friendly and efficient, but incredibly responsive. I rarely have to deal with them because the service has been so spectacular, but when questions arise (usually involving scheduling changes) they are always there.I give them my highest recommendation and am so thankful for what theyve provided my family.

For the last 9 months, BrightStar has been providing me with home care for my 90 year old mother with dementia. I couldn’t be more pleased with their caregivers and how they manage my mom’s care while I am not home. I’ve been through 2 other services that were not able to provide the level of care that my mom needed. Her Hospice agency recommended BrightStar and they were correct...if you need care for elderly with dementia, BrightStar is the agency to choose.

What a godsend for my mother. I hired Brightstar to assist me with taking care of my mother for a week and they sent me Nadell. Nadell was experienced, professional and my mother loved her. Hiring and scheduling was easy, straightforward, and hassle free. I will definitely use Brightstar again in the future, I highly recommend them.

There are not enough kind words to express how amazing BrightStar Care was toward my family. Deborah and Doug went above and beyond to ensure the safety and wellbeing of my father. We had a very difficult situation come up when my father needed emergent back surgery, and none of our family lives in Utah with him. The BrightStar team was so quick to organize visits for us, and they went above and beyond when they believed my fathers health was deteriorating in order to get him back to the hospital ASAP. Not only did Doug escort my father to the hospital, but he also came back to his house to care for my dads puppy overnight. The team came up with quick solutions for an extremely stressful situation. I honestly believe my Dad might have died had it not been for the concern, persistence, and hard work of this team. Thank you so very much. You all mean so much to our family!!

They allowed us to have nursing care and then transition to CNA care once the girls were more stable, and we could not have done it otherwise. Blake came with the excellent care my wife needed. She is a very good worker with a can do attitude. We could not have been more pleased. Tess impressed us with her work ethic also and did several chores that I would have had to do in the evenings after work. Also BrightStar appears to be well organized and well managed.

Shirley is an excellent Caregiver for my step son Mitchell. She has developed a trusting relationship and a friendship with Mitchell and our family. She does a great job caring for him. When she is there, we can trust that he is in good hands. Plus she is a hard worker and busy for the entire time she is there. After she leaves, his place is always in great shape. Mitchell has several great Caregivers from Brightstar that we would recommend, but; Shirley is truly deserving of the next Caregiver of the year award because of her outstanding care giving to Mitchell.

We have been using this company for several months as a caregiver for my wife. We really like many of the people. The owner is great, Shirley is amazing, and we really like how caring and engaging our current caregiver, Marcia W., is. Christina works weekends and is very knowledgeable with her care. The company could definitely improve on communication and filling in when a caregiver is sick or unable to work their scheduled shift.

The daycare provided at the Biomat in Spanish Fork is amazing. My kids love going there! Miss Kim is so warm and caring. She provides educational activities that my kids really enjoy.

Cami has been an excellent home nurse for my 17 year old son Matthew. She is happy and helpful and makes the treatment for my son easy and enjoyable. She has taken the time to get to know Matthew and always asks how he is doing in school and basketball.

We had Courtney S. as a home nurse for my 6yr old daughter .She was so amazing with her .She made every appointment fun and took the time to really get to know my little Chloe. They played games and enjoyed the visits so it wasnt just the painful part. She took the time to learn new techniques for dealing with difficult children when the other techniques quit working. My family has always been very grateful for the care my daughter received and how her nurse always went the extra mile. What would otherwise have been traumatic for my daughter was always transformed into mainly enjoyable visits (all except the giant needle in her thigh). My daughter has been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, and has to get a regular injection that can only be given by a RN. We had an emergency, and BrightStar rescued us. We had only a few hours in which to find private-pay care. Within four hours, BrightStar found a CNA to come and stay for 18-hours. BrightStar was extremely flexible in meeting our unique situation. They truly put our needs ahead of their own!

We have used BrightStar since November 2016 and are totally pleased with their level of service, employees and their ability to react to our changing needs, My wife has had varying needs and all have been met with total satisfaction. We have had some unusual requests (to us) such as shifts starting at 3 AM. BrightStars management team and the CNAs didnt even blink an eye and we were taken care of. The CNAs have almost become part of our family, with genuine caring for one another, sharing hopes, dreams and concerns.
