I totally understand the frustration with this place. I do not believe they truly care about any ones mental health if they can not figure it out for their employees. I was a warm body at the desk for them. I am so sorry for any of you that had had to feel this frustration. I was not trained properly and left to figure it out. I am capable and would have stayed except I could not even take the time I asked for to take care of myself (which was 30 minutes I had asked for in advance) and the staff lied about what I said and did.... The women I worked with would not speak English around me and barely seemed capable of their own jobs, It was very difficult for them. I would NEVER go here or recommend a loved one. EVER!!! It took Me 2.5 days to figure out what this place was about so I probably was not your first face. I would have cared about you....even If I was just a warm body at the desk.

This place is awesome and more people should learn about the benefits of Ketamine treatments. Ive already done 2 and my energy and mood are both improved. Ive gained a healthier perspective on life. I cant wait to finish my treatments. The staff are all very friendly and everything is SO clean. When youre in treatment there are TVs and music to enjoy. Ive been doing my treatments with my partner and I feel like its brought us closer together. Great for couples!

Honestly, it felt like I was airlifted out of a deep, dark hole and put on more solid ground so I could begin working and resolving issues. Be mentally prepared to be messed up! In the end my treatment was not worth it. The care that was given to me was so poor and unprofessional from staff there that it was hard for me to finish. After my 6th treatment, still I feel the same if not worse! Do your research before doing this. I have been coming here for a little over a year. It has been a life changer for me. Both in their last location and their new one, I always felt that I was treated well. All of the staff has been friendly and helpful.I think that everyone has always been very professional. I wouldnt say that they are clinical, but I say that as a good thing. Not feeling like I am in a clinical setting makes me more comfortable and relaxed.I have talked with several people about my experiences and recommend it highly. It might not be right for everyone, but as I said, I have had great success with this treatment.

Great clinic!!!!! I felt safe and comfortable. The only thing I would ask for as far as improvement, is the support railing in the bathroom. It’s come loose and wobbles when grabbed. I can see that being a safety hazard as delirious patients grab on to it to hold themselves up lol. Please get that fixed so it can serve its purpose!But other then that, I had a great experience.

Let me start by saying, ketamine works and you should absolutely seek ketamine therapy for your depression, PTSD and anxiety. Just DO NOT do it here. They are basically a ketamine profit center. They do not care about you as an individual. They profit off mental illness and the fact that ketamine actually works. I did my first initial 6 sessions here, with no problem other than the fact that they try to rush you out of there under the influence of heavy drugs. I just went in yesterday for my first booster, which is 3 separate shots of your heaviest dose. After receiving my third shot, I was still heavily drugged and wasn’t coming down yet, did not know what was going on and they moved me from my comfortable treatment room to a room (I couldn’t even open my eyes or stand up yet) with 3 hard plastic chairs and no cameras to monitor me. For someone who couldn’t speak in my own defense, stand up or walk on my own, they expected me to sit upright in uncomfortable chairs to recover. I ended up on the floor during a COVID pandemic to recover because of their lack of caring. They had no qualms to get other patients in there to make that money though. The fact that they don’t consider recovery times for people on heavy doses of psychedelic drugs is beyond me.EDIT: to the response below... I was absolutely moved from my treatment room while still under the influence of heavy drugs where there were hard upright chairs. There was a computer and desk in the room- you know, the room where consults are done. THAT is where they put me. Nowhere to sit comfortably (they didn’t even have arms) and recover. In the room while I was recovering, there were absolutely no cameras or any sort of monitoring at all until my husband came and got me. He saw, looked around and was appalled that I was even moved in the first place. I was so dizzy and and so out of it, there was no possible way I could have sat upright in a chair that didn’t even have arms so I ended up on the floor. “My choice”... under the influence of heavy drugs. Okay.

This place is AMAZING! Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, who make you feel like a priority. Ive started Ketamine therapy here, and it has been an incredible, life changing experience. I live out of state, and initially chose this clinic because of a referral, and they are the most affordable, compared to other clinics around the country. I can tell you it has been worth the time and travel, and I would highly recommend Ketamine SLC to anyone considering Ketamine treatment, especially those who live outside of Utah!

I came to the clinic with my sister to help her with her depression. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff who were so professional and personable. The doctor we saw was very kind and thorough and I knew we were in good hands. The clinic is beautiful and spotless. Each treatment went smooth and she’s feeling better. We came from Ogden and it was worth the drive. It was easy to find. There are ketamine clinics That have popped up all over all of a sudden. Ketamine SLC isn’t one of them. They have been around for a long time. They know what they are doing and do it to help people. Thanks for being there for us!

This was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a mental/physical health clinic. Ive been waiting a month to get my refund. I prepaid for a series of 6 treatments. My first treatment was a really bad trip which cant be fully blamed on the clinic as everyone reacts differently to Ketamine. But since I decide to stop and have the payments refunded its been like pulling teeth trying to get my money back. They wont refund it to my card, they send a refund check in the mail. To first request the refund it took 3 phone calls to finally get ahold of someone who said that it would be processed. After a week, no refund. It takes a few more calls to finally get the office manager who again promises that it will get taken care of right away. Fast forward 2 1/2 weeks and still no refund. I call for the 5th time, ask to wait on hold until the office manager is available. He tells me that things in their billing department have been backed up. I insist this has to get processed immediately. He says the best he can do is have it processed in 48 hours. I say thats not good enough. He just keeps repeating, 48 hours is the best he can do. Very, very unprofessional. Im thinking of having my bank reverse the charge on my credit card.

Im glad that SLC Ketamine is attempting to make ketamine treatments affordable (they charged $200 per treatment for the general population and $100 for veterans last time I went, now they charge $300 per treatment), but their lack of providing a regimented treatment schedule or mental health support is concerning to me. I felt uncomfortable not having psychological support from a trained mental health professional while undergoing treatment, and I feel concerned for other patients because of this fact. I support ketamine assisted therapy, but I cant endorse SLC Ketamines implementation of this therapy.

Ketamine treatments have really helped me! I’ve suffered from depression my entire adult life. Ketamine treatments have been a life saver for me. The staff is really kind here and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend.

I first discovered this clinic in 2019 when I felt like other options were not nearly as effective as Id hoped for. I knew ketamine had been around forever, used in surgeries previously for both humans and animals, so I knew that biologically its considered to be extremely safe. I figured there wasnt much to lose by giving it a try for mental health concerns.I dont know yet (and Im not sure anybody knows for sure yet) if ketamine will work forever, but, for me, it continues to be, by far, the single most effective treatment option Ive found. DO NOT GO TO KETAMINE SLC!They give all of their patients ketamine overdose in the name of making ketamine cheap. The new place I go to said that they got one of their old patients and they gave him liver failure.Every time I went, they gave me so much ketamine that I would fling myself off of the bean bags. And then when they told me about it later, they talked about it like it was my fault, and talked down to me all of the time.Also, when you are a new patient, they have an onboarding process where they have you watch 6 YouTube videos that describe how Ketamine works with really dense medical language, and just keeps talking about how great the clinic is, and how you should definitely book an appointment. It was clear that they were just ads, which was weird that they were showing me that after Id already started as a new patient.I never actually saw the doctor until I went in for a consult, which they charged me extra for, worried because it wasnt lasting the 2-3 months they promised it would last. I could only go 3 weeks in between treatment before my symptoms came back. He kept talking down to me, and any time I tried to bring up a concern, all he said was Im the cheapest ketamine in America. He then asked me if I was doing story therapy, which had never come up before, and then told me that was my problem. How was I supposed to know to do that when they gave me no guidance whatsoever?They also switched locations and didnt tell their patients about it at all? There was a period of a few weeks where they didnt answer their phones, and didnt have an answering system. It wasnt until I was about to hang up after scheduling an appointment that they told me theyd switched locations.There was a nurse and an anesthesiologist that seemed interested in helping, but the rest just felt like they didnt even want to be there. Several of the nurses were downright rude, talking very brusquely. One of them made me bleed with an injection and didnt bother to put a band aid on it or anything. One of the anti-nauseas gives me horrible migraines, and they gave it to me anyways, even though I told them several times that it doesnt really work and often makes it worse. But they gave it to me when I was so doped up, I didnt know what it was, so I didnt have any ability to turn it down.Definitely just feels like a front for people who want drugs, and doesnt feel like a professional, medical office at all. They only check on you every 15 minutes and are gone during the most intense parts of the treatment. If someone was having a bad time, they wouldnt have any way of knowing.

Dr. H and his staff really care. Dr. H comes off as very eccentric but he is knowledgeable and is passionate about helping people. The staff is so very kind and want to help. Theresa most of all is a champ.Ketamine has helped my husband and I function again after dealing with severe depression and anxiety. Its not a magic bullet but it can give you the ability to get up and get back in the game. Ive been able to start working through the deeper issues in therapy instead of trying to survive through each day.Do research on it before you come in but if you decide to give it a go: 1) dress comfortably. 2) Bring sunglasses and headphones to put on yoga music or something very calming. 3) Have someone you trust with you and drive you home. 4) Dont eat at least 4 hours before hand.

I had my first treatment Saturday and ended up feeling so wiped out I slept like a baby and woke up to for the first time in as long as I can remember not feeling anxiety and depressed thought. I literally sobbed tears of joy to feel relief and happiness once again. That was just the first treatment Im looking forward to finishing it all. Theres been no medications or anything of that nature to actually work for me until this. I had about given up and decided I just had to deal with living a life not worth living. I can honestly say this saved my life.Update: I went about 6 months before needing my first booster treatment but since then Ive never been more depressed in a complete world of hurt and harmful, suicidal thoughts are rampantly running through my head daily. I dont know what to do. I wish this worked for me. It was my final hope but now Im in a worse place than I started.

The doctor and the staff are fantastic. They really care about the wellbeing of the patients...which is an especially rare quality in a doctor. The facility is very warm and relaxing. And the treatment program works. What more can one ask for?

Ever since they started changing stuff I feel so uncomfortable there! The doctor never talks to you this one guy who I think now runs it he is so creepy and makes me feel so uncomfortable I miss the ladies who use to be there I will never come back! Feels like a cheap place you go to get drugs!

It’s been almost a year since my visit and luckily I haven’t had to go in for more treatments so I would definitely say it worked. The “office” was a little off putting to me as I was expecting more of a professional doctors office and this place really gives you a therapist/alternative treatment type of vibe. I did like the addition of the beanbags though, it made things very comfy. I’ll list a couple pros and cons I felt and observed during my treatments and unfortunately I do have a lot of cons from my point of view, everyone is different.Pros-•At the time I went, it was the cheapest place I could find to get treatments.•Despite it not being a doctors office, it was comfortable once you get into the rooms to a point.•It DID work for me and it saved my life.Cons-•I felt really uncomfortable with the fact that I wasn’t monitored at all times and was only checked in on between injections, especially considering during my first appointment where I was monitored, my oxygen levels kept dropping.•The only time I interacted with Dr. Heimstra was during the first initial appointment/meeting, and when I was having severe anxiety about the treatment during my last treatment.•I felt like the nurses were annoyed with me by the fact that I was scared.•One room I had had a beanbag and a mattress with nothing on it, I could hear people’s kids screaming and running around and also peaking in through the door which felt very unprofessional for me and my husband had to shut the door, you don’t get a whole lot of privacy for a very intimate and for me, scary thing to go through.•When I was doing my research on all the places, their site said they offered IV infusions for an additional cost if you didn’t want IM, and with all the research I did I knew IV would be less dissociative for the person getting it and the experience would be less intense. Upon getting ready for my first treatment after checking in, I was notified that they did not do IVs anymore. This resulted in IM being my only option and I think this is the reason I had such a negative experience with ketamine and the “trips” were extremely scary for me.Again, the 6 treatments DID work for me and I am very grateful for getting the opportunity to do this but I feel like my experience would have been better if the area was more professional and private.

Showed up for this appointment about 6 months ago. I wasn’t able to find the office within the building so I called the front desk. They were unable to give me directions on how to reach their office. I asked how they get into the building and the person literally replied “I don’t know.” After eventually finding the office, I expected to find a somewhat medical setup but everything was kind of grungy, it looked like a highschool stoners basement. They gave me a series of videos to watch for education on the process which wouldn’t work and they just kind of gave up. After waiting for an hour, I asked when the appointment would start. They said the doctor would be in soon. After an hour and half I asked again. They said he was running late and had stepped out of the office. I was the only person in there and didn’t feel comfortable having any sort of procedure done by someone who can’t even keep track of their appointments. I asked for a refund and a receipt. They were unable to provide a receipt for a while because they couldn’t figure out the printer. Electronic devices seems to be a particular struggle for them.Fast forward to this week and I get a cal SIX MONTHS later saying I had left my ID there. No idea why it took them so long to get in contact or why they didn’t just put it in the mail as mailing an ID requires no postage or envelope. I asked them to shred it which they said they couldn’t do. (Important to note I already have a new ID so I asked them if they could just shred it since that would be the easiest option) Since they said they couldn’t shred it, the person asked if I’d like them to email it to me...multiple times she said this. Eventually I was able to confirm that she did in fact understand the difference between mail and email. I spent about 5 minutes repeating my address since it has changed from the address listed on my ID. Things like that happen when 6 months pass before you try to return something to someone. She finally got it written down and we hung up. Two days later she calls again and says her manager said they can’t mail it to the new address because they can’t confirm it’s me. Fine, I get that. So I told them to just put it in the mail as is, no postage or anything, and since my mail is forwarded to my new address it would make it to me eventually.Then for some reason, the manager called me back right after. I’m not sure if the receptionist thought I wanted to talk to him or something? He asked what the problem was and I said nothing, we had figured it all out. Then he starts reciting the events of all the phone calls and I was annoyed because it was a total waste of time. I was sick of explaining and had provided them with literally the easiest option. You could trip and drop it in a mail box. Hell, even throw it on a sidewalk and it has a better chance of getting to me than any of them have of figuring out a process period. So I’m annoyed and this guy won’t shut up, seeming to think I’m insisting it be delivered to my new address, he won’t listen to me and is just talking over me and arguing. Then he “threatens” me saying “how about we just shred it and then you can find a new place to pick up your ID.” ????? That’s literally what I asked you to do in the first place??This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly just really annoying. Go to the U instead and give your business to people who can operate basic technology.TLdr: “clinic” keeps my ID for 6 months, won’t shred it for me, can’t figure out how to mail it to me, gets mad when I ask them to just throw it in a mail box and “threatens” me with shredding it which is what I wanted in the first place.

They have to find a level that will work for you.My last injections were great. They were were lower and I put on Bob Marley...then cried for awhile. I need to cry. I feel human again. I thought that there was no hope for meAnd I love Tank and Amelie...And we all need to watch out for big hospitals and big pharma trying to shut him down. I made an appointment with Dr Heimstras office. I showed up on time. Filled out paperwork and then sat there for an hour and fifteen minutes. Finally I just asked for a refund. At which point Dr Heimstra comes out and says that the reason I am upset with his service is because of my depression, not because he just can’t run his office efficiently. What a joke. Also, pretty insulting. Do you always use people’s depression as an explanation for your failings? Or is it just when you are running behind. You should be ashamed to call yourself a mental health professional.I’m all for taking time with patients, but what about the rest of your patients. At least let them know ahead of time you’ll be here all day probably if someone else decides to get chatty.

I have bipolar disorder and was suffering from depression after a mixed episode in September. I cant take anti-depressants as they give me intense mania. Came into Ketamine SLC in late October and it has helped me tremendously. Due to PTSD, I was unable to sleep in the dark. After 2 treatments, I was able to turn off my bedside lamp and sleep in the dark.First of all, my advice to those going to Ketamine SLC:Wear warm, comfortable clothesBring a lightweight water bottle that is easy to drink fromBring headphones to listen to calming/uplifting musicBring essential oilsBring a light snack to have afterwardBring a friend/family memberDont eat 4 hours before your appointment (but eat something before that window, if possible)Do your own research on ketamine!!! Know (and understand!) what doses they are giving you, if youre worried it may be too high for you based on past experiences, simply ask for a lower dose.A disclaimer:If you havent ever had a psychedelic experience/have had nothing but bad trips, proceed with caution.If you dont do talk therapy/have a lot of unresolved issues, proceed with caution. Bad trips happen and its not Dr. Hiemstra or the staffs fault, if you arent able to handle it. They do their best to monitor your blood pressure and heart rate and make sure you are comfortable. They have anti-anxiety meds and anti-nausea meds to help you.Dont plan on being able to walk out of the clinic and go to dinner after higher doses. You will be too lightheaded and tired. Have RELIABLE transportation ready. After higher doses, it will feel like youve had too many tequila shots.This clinic has been a lifesaver for someone who has treatment resistant depression. I finally feel like I have direction and clarity in my life for the first time in a long time. Shame on those who have a bone to pick with this clinic. Bad trips happen but just because you cant handle it doesnt mean you should take away other peoples access to this lifesaving medicine. I can honestly say Dr. Hiemstra and his staff care about the wellbeing of their patients.

I want to say that Dr. H knows what he is doing. This clinic has saved my life. I received a full 6 treatments at another clinic all IV and they didn’t work half as well as the IM treatments I receive now. I was completely dead set against IM injections but after receiving them I would not get Ketamine any other way. I feel the staff at this clinic is highly knowledgeable and treat you as a person. They don’t treat you as a dollar figure. The clinic charges only $200.00 for a treatment and it’s worth every penny. If you are suffering from depression or anxiety as I do. Please get help at this clinic. I am so happy I did. They treat other ailments look at this site. I give them 5 stars and they deserve it.

I have been taking antidepressants and Lyrica for chronic depression and fibromyalgia most of my adult life. They worked but I had so many side effects I wasnt sure if they were worth the cost. I started coming to Ketamine SLC about a year ago and have weaned off of all but the Lyrica. I am not happy all the time with nothing ever really bothering me like I was on antidepressants. I feel like a real person, with real emotions that go up and down. What I no longer have is that deep, dark, feeling of despair that depression was. I dont have to deal with the constant side effects from all my old meds plus the ones I probably didnt even realize I was enduring. Let me tell you however that taking Ketamine is no joke. My last treatment was five shots. The place is idealic for relaxing and drifting away but the trip is intense. I feel like my mind is working out every fear and anxiety I have in just a few hours. There is no escaping it and there is no convincing yourself when you are in the middle of it that it is just in your head. Ketamine is a cure, I only have to get shots about every three months, but it is not just a fun trip down the rabbit hole. At least not for me. With that said, I cant imagine a staff that cares more about taking care of you through your treatment. They are truly amazing people.

Dr. Hiemstra helped me in a way that no other doctor could; and I’ve seen many. Over the last 5 years I’ve been going through an intense battle with depression, anxiety, and chronic bone pain, nerve pain, muscle pain, joint pain, migraines, my hair fell out and I had lost all hope and was ready to just not be here anymore. I’m SO thankful for him and his work ethic. He is an amazing doctor and the staff there is all amazing as well. They all genuinely care about how you’re doing and want to help you. The judgement that Shannon Rama threw onto the clinic makes me sad. Just recently my GC’s office went through renovations. Would have it been fair if I judged them through that. It was a little messy and dusty and a lot of plastic hanging up. But I knew how great my doctor is, so I saw right past that. Just like how I did in this clinic. I’d rather go to someone who understands the medication used for mental health as a genius would, instead of going to an overpriced place that is cold and isn’t as accurate as this clinic. I had my own idea about how it should be done from over six months of research. After talking to the doctor I felt it in my heart, trust him and his practice. What a miracle. I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and complex PTSD. I have a Masters in I/O Psychology and have researched everything I can about treatments for anxiety and depression. From personal experience, I have found that most available treatments are slightly better than chance at treating an illness. Yet, these are thought to be the most effective methods for treating mental illness.I researched and found the studies that support the use of psychedelics for treating mental illness intriguing. The results that are being achieved seem impossible, but the results dont lie. Since MDMA, LSD , and psilocybin are illegal and ketamine is not, I decided to look into that. The problem is that most companies are charging around $5,000 for their treatment regimen and I couldnt swing that. I heard about Ketamine SLC and decided to invest in their 6 treatment program and I am so glad I did.My anxiety was so bad my marriage was almost ruined, I couldnt focus at work, I struggled to get motivated enough in life to do anything. The first few treatments were intense and I felt myself letting go of the things that I thought mattered so much. Went in with my girlfriend for her appointment. They couldn’t or wouldn’t tell us how to get in the building and when we finally got to the office it was not professional at all. It looked very grungy and seemed like it was under construction, we waited for over an hour and a half to be seen by the dr. After being told over and over again it would be just 5 more minutes only to eventually find out he wasn’t even at there. Super unprofessional it felt like a scam.

The “clinic” is in a rather run-down office building in Murray. The “clinic” was in terrible disarray when I saw it. Couches, chairs, and desks were strewn about randomly. Pictures were leaning against walls here and there, several in a stack. Very old looking, dirty carpet. People wandered in and out of the office/”clinic” somewhat randomly. In addition, there were 4 dogs running about, and in and out of the “treatment” rooms. It was an atmosphere of havoc, and I could not comprehend how anyone would be able to relax in such an atmosphere, and how potential patients would not be concerned about the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, hygiene, and privacy that all of this seemed to indicate.As I wandered around the office/”clinic”, I noticed that all of the office/treatment room doors were wide open, and saw what looked like beach loungers in a couple of rooms that had people lying in them. No one questioned why I was wandering around, looking at patients that I really had no business seeing.At one point, I encountered Dr. H, and told him that I had been doing research on ketamine. He said, “well, why don’t you try it now”? I told him that I had recently been diagnosed with some serious heart issues, including heart failure. To my astonishment, he said “Oh, that shouldn’t matter. We can try it.” (I told him that I would really rather consult my cardiologists!) I was horrified. Did he have an AED handy in case I went in to sudden cardiac arrest? I didn’t see one.As I wrote, I have personally done quite a lot of research on the use of ketamine, as well as other hallucinogens in the treatment of psychiatric problems, and I feel confident that it can be beneficial to many people. But, it is in no way a “best practice” in the treatment of psychiatric disorders to offer no setting or clinicians with the expertise to help the patient process their emotions. There is a reason why every other clinic that I called require clearance and recommendations from the prospective recipient’s personal care physician and/or psychiatrist. By offering “instant” treatment, by being very low-cost, Dr. H can offer quick administration of a hallucinogen because he offers no additional care that other, more ethical and honest practitioners offer. He takes client’s word for their diagnosis/diagnoses apparently, and then administers ketamine. My experiences of speaking with Dr. H on the phone, then meeting him, and seeing his “clinic” reminded me of “pill mills”, where “patients” can pay to get medication from sometimes unscrupulous doctors with very little oversight or follow-up.So, if all that you are wanting is some ketamine, fast & cheap, this the place to go. If you want to use ketamine for treatment for depression or other mental health issues, I strongly urge you to do more research, and go through the steps to make sure that you are safe by going to a clinic that is more scrupulous in their ethics and clinical practices.

The Ketamine clinic run by Dr. Hiemstra and his staff (Steve and Theresa), in my opinion, is the best option for effective treatment of Chronic Depression, Anxiety, Addiction and PTSD. Ketamine saves people in “crisis” from suicide! Dr. Hiemstra and his staff deeply care about their patients and want to help alleviate needless suffering. I have dealt with doctors from New York to California; including in Utah; and Dr. Hiemstra, in my opinion, is the most knowledgeable in effectively treating people with depression, anxiety, addiction and PTSD. I first met Dr. Hiemstra and his staff 8 weeks ago. I have no personal ties to his clinic. I have watched over 50 different people receive treatment while visiting his clinic periodically. The clinic promotes being able to talk with others while waiting and during treatment. That takes time. This is not a “get them in and get them out clinic! I have yet to talk to a patient who had a negative experience. There is one negative review on Google that I must address to ease any concerns you might have. Dr. Hiemstra charges 75% less than any of the other Ketamine clinics I researched. He does not believe in over charging a patient in need of help. The clinic is set up to make sure all patients feel comfortable. There are couches, comfortable chairs, blankets, beautiful paintings and amazing people greeting you as you walk in. If you want white lab coats, tile floors, cold treatment rooms and egocentric staff and be done in under 30 minutes than don’t go to this clinic. Doctor and staff are highly intelligent, caring and compassionate human beings. Becoming nauseated from the first treatment is very unlikely. We had that problem and Dr. Hiemstra provided an anti-nausea pill and from then on there was no problem. I have never seen anyone finish a treatment who has not been overwhelmed with gratitude towards Dr. Hiemstra and his staff. Every person has his/her own custom treatment protocol. This is not like running to the doctor and getting a flu shot and finishing the treatment to get back to work. This is a serious and effective treatment for life threating diseases and it takes your commitment of time and honesty to work with Dr. Hiemstra and Steve to create the optimal treatment plan for you. Dr. Hiemstra talks to each patient as a human being. This might mean a 10 minute delay in treatment. Ironically having someone recognize us as human being is actually comforting when going through the treatment protocol. It is absurd to say “if this is your only option go for it” as one patient expressed in a negative review. The Ketamine Clinic, with Dr. Hiemstra, is a first choice option for you and your loved ones who are seeking effective treatment for Chronic Depression, Anxiety, Addiction and PTSD. HE IS THE BEST OPTION AT THE LOWEST PRICE. I have done the research and have witnessed the positive results!

This place is a joke. Staff is rude and messy, office is gross, doctor was over an hour late for appointment. Seems like a front for drugs not a medical office.
