I love Planet Fitness! It is a great environment where you feel free to come and work out, regardless of fitness knowledge or ability. Although its slogan is judgment-free it really does feel like that, just normal people showing up and getting good workouts to make physical improvements in their life. I just wish they were back to 24/7!!

Planet fitness always has such clean facilities. The customer service is always exceptional and having a massage in the chairs or hydro bed is so relaxing!

Cant go wrong here! Very, very clean place throughout. In fact Tyler & Miles came in for the 11-7 shift?? and they both were cleaning something the entire two hours I was there! Awesome young men, they need a raise! Plenty of equipment all in working order & clean, showers are nice & big & very hot water, Black Card area is well taken care of, if youre looking for a home gym, youd be hard pressed to find a better one!

Very Clean, with several cleaning stations throughout the areas. They were doing this pong before Covid! I love the atmosphere experience there. I may not be in the mood to work out, but as soon as I walk in Im ready to give it everything I have.

Double charged my fiances card and we have not gotten the money back we call daily and get told we will hear back in a day or two. The charge was 110 and they have not refunded the extra 110. Glad yall find it ok to steal money from members and not fix it

Stop doing 24hrs, Im open to work out during over nights well after 10 anyways pretty sure Im not only one in salina. Now im not sure if covid-19 was main factor for these new hours. I just like to join and lose these jelly fat. O figure its cheaper to go with yall instead buying free weights, machine weights etc is all.

II well be 74 on the 31, I come every other day with my Grandaughter daughter son in law and her little friend .there is some that cant do. My goal is to be down to and wear a size 16. Every one is so nice, and feel safe coming in with the virus as bad as it is.

Location is great for me, just down the street from where I live. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and roomy. The cost for membership is reasonable, a huge motivator for me. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was signing up for a membership and I have had no regrets since!

I really enjoy how simple and convient it is to get services, such as the total body enhancement. With the app, I can scan my membership code into the computer and with each scan there is a pleasant greating from an employee.

Good value and specials. Always a great staff and they make it fun to go.

I love my planet fitness membership. Plenty of space and equipment to get a good workout in even when it’s the busiest part of the day! Workers are usually really nice and helpful. The gym is always super clean as well. Highly recommend joining!

The facility is very well-maintained and the amenities are great. But, what is MOST OUTSTANDING is the STAFF who are highly efficient, always friendly and very professional. We often walk in and discover theyve already checked us in. Talk about service!!! This is THE place to workout!!! Kudos to manager Chris and his quality team!

Planet Fitness provides a judgement free zone to work out in. The staff and its patrons are very nice and helpful. Open 24/7 is a big deal for me. Its nice to be able to work out at 5am or 7pm, depending on my schedule.

It is very clean and accommodate people of different ages. Seeing people of different ages, especially the elderly, is a motivation to me. Because it directly and indirectly encourages one to continue on fitness and that age is not an excuse not to be fit.I am humbled with the friendliness and courtesy of the staff members. Exercise is great for the mind and, body. For any age group. If you work all the time, just want a little recreation in your lives maybe get out of the house.just do it. I dont care if your 13 or 85. Just dont let people tell you you cant.. see yall at the salina planet fitness . 💪✌

Very clean gym. Staff is really nice. Everyone cleans equipment after using them. Stair climber, lots of treadmills, stationary bikes, weights. Nice and cool in there with large fans, tvs, great showers, lockers. I have a monthly membership and can cancel if I ever choose to without penalty.

The people working here arent very helpful and they seem pretty inexperienced. Honestly, just pay the extra money and go to a gym with actual weights, a pool, and more room to actually do stuff.This is a great place for people who want to come walk on a treadmill. If you wanna do some actual work, check out the Y or Genesis. Great Life is good, too.

Come on PF, enough is enough. If I want restricted hours Ill join the YMCA! Get more thing to do. I joined PF for 24 hour access. Why not actually make your members happy and go back to normal hours. Trust me, we all want that!

Decent lighting. Not enough stairmasters, I think there was three. Weight equipment looked pretty nice. Stairmasters can actually count calories with four digits.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Love that they have plenty of equipment so that you don’t have to wait around like previous gyms I’ve been to. Very laid back atmosphere. Love the whole “judgement free zone”...you don’t have to be in great shape already to feel comfortable. Plus I can tan and use the hydro massage bed if I so choose and it doesn’t cost $40-$50 a month for all the perks (try half of that👍🎉). Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I love going to Planet Fitness, its the only place I feel great going to work out!I have a Black Card and I enjoy using the black card spa. Its really nice and fair the way they do everything.I absolutely love that there is a specific area for stretching, the 30 minute full body work out, and the 12 minute abs.The staff is extremely helpful and the equipment is new, nice and clean! Its just a bonus that most of its purple!Very high quality for a reasonable price!

I was impressed with this place. I have always heard negative things about Planet Fitness location but There is nothing wrong at all with this one. I work on the road and was just visiting for the week and needed a 24 hour facility. I will use this Planet Fitness every time I come to town from now on. Always clean and a bunch of equipment. Clean locker rooms/showers. No complaints here.

Using this facility and their staff Ive been able to reach my personal goals. Ive dropped 30+ pounds since the first of the year and a total of 80+ from my heaviest weight. On my way to a sub 200 goal. Only 3 pounds away!! Thanks to all for your help!!

Great place to workout! The selection of different rooms with timers so if youre a beginner all you have to do is follow along. Most times you feel a little overwhelmed when working out because of all the machines and the weight slamming but here things are calm and smooth and its lots of different machines for any type of workout you want. The staff has been courteous as well which makes you feel accepted no matter what your goal is. Heres the thing all you have to do is go and its affordable for everyone. So no more being afraid or thinking about how will I know what to do because instructions are on all the equipment and you have treadmills, stair treadmills, seated bikes, weights, a variety of weight machines, massage chairs, tanning beds, and more so dont wait to start a new years resolution people, get up today and start transforming your life because if your not healthy you cant take care of anyone including yourself. Get started no matter where you are or how you look this gym has a spot for you. PF could be the your next best friend find one near you today its a good place to start.

The facilities are super clean. People at the front desk are always friendly. I have yet to see a piece of broken down equipment. There aren’t a bunch of muscle heads strutting around and throwing weights.

Will probably always keep my memebership even if i dont go every day anymore. 21 dollars- tan twice, workout a few times and a massage. #worthit

The positive, energetic and clean atmosphere makes me look forward to my workouts. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The equipment is great! I especially enjoy the hydromassage bed after my workouts. It helps me wind down and is a great motivator for getting in the next workout!

Great, comfortable place to work out. Staff is always friendly and available. I joined this gym specifically because it is open early. I see other complaints that it isnt open 24/7. I cant say for sure but I know it is open before 4 a.m. when I get there. If it wasnt open at 4 I couldnt make it to work by 6.Nice locker room and tanning, massage areas.I am a black card member and it does specifically say you and your guest have to be there together.Great set up, lots of equipment, rarely (1 time) have to wait.As long as it is open at 4, Ill keep coming.

I think its stupid that you have to be 16 years of age just to workout alone at planet fitness because there have been kids with late birthdays and have been waiting over a month just for Planet Fitness to open and sometime 14-15 year olds parents are probably working half the time and some people are just looking to get stronger and just going there for a workout. Also the Planet Fitness site says that the building is open 24/7 but I look down at the hours and it says it opens at 9 o clock tomorrow and other days, I was hoping to get up every morning and walk a few miles and go to planet fitness before I go to work. Also I would like my children to get to workout at planet fitness when I am not here. So if you guys could change the age policy that would be great.Thank You!

Ive been to many PFs across the US, and most are great. This one not so much. The staff wasnt friendly. They didnt greet me when I came in, or say goodbye when I left. One of the staff members acted annoyed when I asked a question. One of the 3 showers were out of order, & another was dirty. Not a great experience for a person visiting from out of town.

Best gym so far. Its cheap and the black card is totally worth your money. Highly recommend so far. Been using it for 3 years.

This is a great place to achieve your own personal goals, waste some time in a healthy Manor, or even blow off some steam and clear your head. Staff are usually really helpful and the gym is clean and easy to use. However some gyms are out of date but have noticed they are updating as time goes by.

I enjoy the gym itself, but the staff sucks.When I signed up, the guy put my bank info in wrong. I had no idea till a couple weeks later, as Im checking in, and get stopped and told my accounts past due. We figure out the info was wrong, get it fixed and this guy tells me not to pay anything that day, and that I would need to talk to the manager to get the late fee the system was charging me to be waived. It took me another week to get a hold of the manager. He tells me he cant refund a late fee, and doesnt believe me that not a single employee told me it was past due until the day I fixed it, then doesnt believe me when I said the guy that did fix it told me not to pay that day. He said he had to send it to the regional office and review the cameras to prove it wasnt my fault and that he would call me. That was a couple weeks ago, and SURPRISE! I havent heard a thing from them.They also dont watch the floor at all. People misuse the 30 minute room constantly and are never corrected. If I didnt have a contract, I would find somewhere else to go.

Clean and the showers are excellent. No arm cardio machines or rowing machines for those of us with knee injuries.

Friendly staff, locker room is well stocked. It was good to see a paper towel dispenser in a PF locker room for a change.

I’ve been a member since they opened and I’m glad I did. There’s ample equipment to utilize and the 30 minute workout is great when your crunched for time. I honestly feel like Planet Fitness is a judgement free zone.

Between the giving out unhealthy food/candy and the sjw propaganda on the walls its clear they dont actually care about fitness or pushing yourself to become healthier. Tho they have a monopoly on the 24hr gym market here so its pretty busy.

Great place for a quick workout. Good suntan booths and a great massage bed. There are no pools, steam rooms, or saunas at ant PF. However, PF has so many locations nationwide, you cant beat the price of membership. Could use some higher weights on the fixed W bars for doing tricep presses.

I had heard so many wonderful things about Planet Fitness so, when a friend of mine that has a membership encouraged me to get one I though eh, why not right? So I go in and ask the woman about the membership options and she explained to me that I will be charged once a month the amount of $20 because I was signing up for the black card membership. When I asked about cancelling if I ever wanted to, she just said no problem you can cancel anytime. I was so excited to get this membership only to be let down tremendously. Ive had my card for 2 months and I dont ever use it anymore so, I called to see about cancelling (especially because I had gotten charged $42) and I spoke to a man who transferred me to a woman (not sure if she was a manager or what but she had an attitude that I didnt appreciate). I explain to her the charge and she tells me its from last month and this month so I said ok no problem Id like to cancel my membership though to which she replies that Id have to come in the store (no issue) and that Id be charged $58 more because it was a year commitment so to cancel early Id have to pay this amount. No one ever explained this to me when I was signing up (even though I asked the woman about cancelling and details of the membership), only when I want to cancel. So, needless to say I will NEVER recommend Planet Fitness to anyone again and I will never return after I cancel the d*mn membership. I apologize for this being such a long review but, I felt that this is something that should have been addressed in the beginning. How hard is it to say, when someone asks about cancelling options, if you cancel before the apparent year commitment, you will have to pay a fee. Or bare minimum explain that it IS a year commitment... I dont get frustrated with things easily but, this, definitely upset me.

Ive been a member since January of this year. Recently I found out that I wasnt supposed to be charged a start you fee OR an annual fee due to who my employer is. When I went in, they rewrote my account to fix it. Well when I went back and looked at my agreement they had changed my monthly fee from $21.73 to $23.90. When I signed up I was told that as long as I was a member, my monthly rate would NOT change. Now im seriously considering cancelling my membership as well as my husbands. So far, nobody has been very helpful when I bring it up and emailing the contact us has not been very helpful either.
