The hyaluron pen kit i received had no instructions, no information on the filler, and did not state where the filler came out. later finding out hyaluron pens are illegal to sell, their website luxebeautyandbodyco.com never released any statements to those who have purchased kits and course about the FDA briefing on the pen not being safe and it is hazardous. very unprofessional and i would not take another course.

Got hyluronic lip filler here, terrible process & the results were even worse. Had bumps all in my inner lips that she said would subside, they did not. I contacted Shara who told me to squeeze the filler out!!! What?! I paid over 400$ just to get her work removed. I don’t recommend this service, you’re better off at a medspa w an actual nurse.

I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this company. They took almost $1200 for a body sculpting machine and training. I placed my order on February 24th. I still have no shipping confirmation, no response to any of my emails about a refund or my machine. They are the absolute worst! I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. I truly feel like I’ve been scammed out of my hard earned money. I’ve already filed with the BBB. You can’t even call because the number is disconnected. I am furious!!!

I took a course to get certified on cavitation, they werent very thorough on lessons. Just basics on who can get the treatment not much on the machine usage. I wanted a refund to be honest, because the machine I actually have theres no video on their tutorial. Best to go on YouTube. Its ok to just use to get certified.

DO NOT BUY FROM HER AT ALL! I have been emailing for days and this automatic system keeps saying my ordered was delivered and it has not been! The filler that arrived had no brand on it and came from China not her! She is false advertising on her page! Over pricing! I still have not received my pen! I have to go through my bank to receive a refund because she does not respond and deletes all your comments! She has no idea how this is going to prevent her from business in the future but she will find out quickly!

Do not purchase the hyaluron pen kit on their website! It’s a scam! I purchased a kit and never received it! Tracking was sent and showed a label was created but nothing was ever sent to me and to top it off it was coming from China so there was nothing I could even do. They stopped answering my messages as I became persistent about tracking details. The last the owner told me was that my order was in motion. Never received anything! Beware purchasing from this business!
