Personnel here are amazing! They are very professional and willing to assist. The doctors are very pleasant to be around. Everyone takes pride in their work. They are full of knowledge and want you to look your best. I purchased a pair of glasses and am working on getting sunglasses currently. Great service here, they really care!

This was my first time at the Sachse office. I usually go on to Murphy office. I had a great experience yesterday. The girls in the front office were so pleasant to talk to and very helpful when it was time to choose frames and explaining insurance payment, etc. Dr Justin was wonderful in explaining the plan for me and changes he saw that were different then the exam I had last year. He spoke in a way that I could understand without being technical (even though he was aware of my medical background)

I would highly recommend everyone and their family members, as well as relatives, go to Sachse Family Eye Clinic. Dr. Le is a great doctor and he actually listens to your concerns and answers all of your questions thoroughly. This was my first time having him as my doctor and I told him right off the bat that my prescription was already bad but he knew that already based off of the lens I was in and that was just from glancing at them for a second. I appreciated that because he wasnt making a big deal out of it like most doctors would, and usually when some doctors point out my bad prescription, it makes me uncomfortable. So Im grateful for him for not doing so. Not only that but it also let me know that he knows what hes doing. He was patient with me throughout the process since we had to do the exam twice so he can make perfectly sure that this was what made my vision more clear and that it was the right prescription for me to use for my next set of glasses. Not only that, but he also had recommended me switching over to a Hi-Index lens since my prescription was high and that this would help make things more clearer in my perspective as well as a premium anti-reflection coating. I havent worn contacts in years because of how my experience went ages ago and when I decided to do them again I was reassured I can do it whenever Im ready and I wasnt pushed into doing something I didnt want to do. So when I did decide to do contacts, because my eyes get irritated easily, the office manager and Dr. Le listened to my concerns and problems I have with a current pair of contacts and immediately switch me to another pair. Theyve both reassured me that any problems that arise to just let them know and they would do all they can to help. Needless to say, Dr. Le is a great eye doctor, he never rushed and he was very thorough with my exam. In the past Ive gone elsewhere and I hated the experience at the old clinic I went to but I didnt know where else to go or which doctor was good. Ill say now that I will continue being a patient at Sachse Family Eye Clinic for as long as I can because Dr. Le is the best at what he does.

Dr. Le and his entire staff has been nothing but good to me and my 4 year old! getting her first eye exam done I thought we would come across a lot of issues; however, patient care technicians Ashley and Laura were great with her! She also got along great with Dr. Le! He is very knowledgeable and explained to me how my daughter will need glasses but at this time I could hold off on getting her any. So he wasnt pushy which sometimes is a quality you cant find everywhere! With my eye exam he was very thorough and took his time to make sure my prescription was correct so i wouldnt have any issues!! I highly recommend Dr. Le and his staff to anyone who is in need or searching for a permanent optometrist!!

Dont go to one of those rip-off $59 places for your exam, come here. This office is friendly, professional and, a pleasure to visit. My wife and I went to a bait and switch eyelab in Mesquite to only be ripped off for almost $1,000. Our prescriptions were wrong and it caused us problems. We showed the Dr. their findings and he found the problems but made sure all is now correct.Do it right and make the choice to come to Sachse for your eye exam. Even a 30 min drive is worth it.

First review March 2019- (5 stars) Dr. Le is wonderful..he was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and funny...the staff is just ok but the Dr. was great---ill definitely be back for him!!Second review- April 2019- (1 star) So my initial visit to the clinic was great but when I had to go back to pick up my contacts, the office was closed for a team building event (not stated on vm) and then a week later, they were closed for 2 hours for lunch with a note on the door (not stated on vm)...I called 2 days later and asked if they could mail me my contacts bc it takes me 15 mins each way from my home to get there...the young lady told me yes BUT it would be at my expense of $5.00. I explained to her whats listed above and she told me she understood but only 4 people work in the office and when someone is on vacation, they have to close the office for lunch for 2 hours...I told her I understood that but since that wasnt verbalized on the voicemail and I had already been there TWICE, why was this my expense to bare???I think this is poor customer service period....

Only cares about their bottom line. He advised them of vision changes at his annual visit and 3 months later he was legally blind in one eye. They didnt bother to tell my husband that he needed to see an ophthalmologist until my husband could not see out of that eye. it was only then that they suggested he see a specialist. The Specialist was SHOCKED that he had not been advised to see a specialist sooner, as some of the blood vessels had completely died and this was the cause of his vision loss. My husband is in his mid 30s. too young to have catastrophic vision loss go undetected thru annual exams.

We have used this place for many years but have had issues the last 3 or so. Some of these are nitpicky and others are more important1) their office staff - there are some nice people there, but its outweighed by the general lack of desire to help2) paperwork - so old fashioned and inefficient. They literally make you fill out all the paperwork every time you go - even if the information is the same. Im not talking about an update where they confirm insurance, but all the data - email, address, name, insurance, medical history,... and they force you to write it all down on each form. Most companies have moved to a more efficient way - they do this to make it easier on THEM but they dont care that you are writing this information over and over (its a nit, but a pet peeve, and indicative I find of how well run a medical office is)3) did I mention attitude and not wanting to help?4) bought my daughters glasses this summer. The older ones break within a few months, literally all she did was push them up on her nose with her finger. And this is the super responsible, careful with everything, NEVER loses anything type A daughters glasses... I used special plastic glue and glued them, and put in a call. They refused to replace them because I didnt buy the additional warranty. So I went on. And one week later, the other side broke, in the same place (the curved part that touches the cheek). Obviously this was an issue with the frames themselves (which btw was the most expensive of the three I bought). I had to call and complain twice and talk to the manager and he was willing to exchange them for me - but it shouldnt have been so difficult. I should NOT have had to fight about not buying the warranty - because really, what pair of glasses should only last three months.5) I have now had this experience on three occasions. They do everything they can to NOT give you a copy of your prescription, or if they do, they are now refusing to measure/write down your PD. Why? Because that is what you need to order glasses on line. And the worst thing is they lie about it. PD is PART of your prescription - they used to provide it, and now claim that its a liability issue. I asked liability for what, and the answer was well, anything. I asked her what situations had prompted them to adopt the policy... she said none really. I asked if there was any case law about it... no, she said. So, really this is JUST to prevent us from buying glasses online right? To which she got kind of annoyed. Just like the other folks when I came in to get a copy of my last prescription (5 months previous) to order a spare set of glasses (I did spend $500 on my first pair with them) and they REFUSED and said I had to get a new exam.6) They have a pitiful selection of glasses, and it keeps getting smaller and smaller. Which is totally fine, because I am fine going elsewhere... BUT refer to #5. They dont want you to do that, because they make much more money on the glasses. Seriously you need to price shop. One pair of glasses for my 8 year old youngest daughter they wanted $275 for. Really. I bought them online for... $34.99.7) I go to them because they are MDs for eye exams. NOT to buy glasses. We are all going to find someplace that takes the medical side more seriously and provides proper service.
