Couldnt be better than this!It has two pools, two gymnasiums, 6 basketball courts which can also be used for playing volleyball or badminton, around 10 pool tabled, 3 table tennis boards, 4 bowling alleys, quick snack shop, and ample space to sit. What more can a student want!

No porta potty for parents at event during covid.

People are friendly and patient for questions.The place is well taken care of.Youth swimming lesson is good there.

A wonderful sports center. Have swimming pool too.

As a tech student, I love the lambright and go there nearly daily. The classes provided are so good. I especially enjoy zumba. There are machine closed for social distancing and only a limited number of people allowed in the weight room at a time. Masks are required.

Attended my nieces birthday party here. Very clean and nice facility. Facility was extremely helpful and cordial. The kids had a blast.

We do swim meets here with my daughter. She loves this pool because of the faster times she gets.Really nice place.

We went here for my granddaughters 3rd birthday party. They have a bowling alley which is where we had the party. A great time was had by all. They had something that looked like a little slide that they set the ball on and gave it a push and it would roll down the alley. The only thing that upset me and several others is that one of the children there had just turned 2 years old and ran out about 5 feet or so on one of the lanes, that was not being used, and the guy that worked there told his mother he wasnt allowed to bowl anymore. He was 2 years old and didnt know any better and his Mom saw him heading that way and tried to stop him before he got on the lane. I thought it was pretty ridiculous to do that to a 2 year old. He would get upset when he saw the other little children being able to do it and he couldnt understand why he couldnt. They also have a rock climbing wall you can rent for birthday parties, and a large, nice pool outside, but I not sure if you can rent that for a party. The party we had went well, except for the incident with the little boy, and I heard several people say theyd never use that for their childrens birthday if they were going to be that petty over the little boy stepping a little ways on to a lane that was not even in use.

Really cozy. You can play snooker, ping pong, work out, swim and get into the classes that are offered. All for free if you are from LaTech =)

Ive used the gym and several other sports facilities in Lambright, they are all well kept and the equipment is nice. Slightly on the expensive side but there are many amenities to use with a membership here. Worth it.

Excellent facility with up to date equipmemy. I love the indoor pool that has several lanes for doing laps. Good hours for the working and non working people. At times it can get crowded. Usually at beginning of school but slacks up after a few weeks.

Its great for fitness! They have loads of free weights and machines that are new and great. The fitness staff is what really makes it though. They are always helping whoever and whenever! Not only is it great for fitness but the pool hall, ping pong, and bowling are great ways to have some down time and fun!

All you could ask for in a gym. Definitely go here as youll be painfully satisfied XD

After ballgames one day at the little league world series we took the boys swimming. Albright sports and wellness center was awesome and all the workers were so nice to us.

Sometimes its quite crowded but if you hit it at just the right time its a great place to have a thorough workout.

Very well maintained and good staff. Can sometimes be a little crowded but thats mostly late in the day.

Lots of great equipment to work out with. Full size indoor swimming pool. 3 story rock wall. Amd lots of machines. They even have a sauna. Will definately come back

I had no idea they allowed birthday parties here. How fun!

Great facility, not too cold not too hot, plenty of machines, but the gym is open to non tech students(they have to pay but they can still come). So not necessarily the safe place I was thinking it would be to work out with out being eyed by old men.

The Bowling alley is always either being worked on or is completely rented out to a party. The pool tables are falling apart. The swimming pools and gyms are very well kept up and are well equipped.

Louisiana Tech has done an outstanding job rehabbing and adding to this place, its wonderful! Gym, treadmills, swimming, rock climbing, bowling, ping pong, pool, basketball, volleyball, the list goes on and on!

Its a shame that such a great facility is ruined by bad staff. They have a racism problem. They complain about the minorities leaving late and they even turn the lights of while they are still using the facility but they dont do it to the white people

The experience is awesome, just about any sport or activity is there. I love the weight room!!!

It has a lot for the kids and adults to do. My grandkids really enjoying it. All day of entertainment.

We had our end of the year tee ball party here, and it was great! The staff and the facility are top notch!

This is a great place if you are an enrolled student of La Tech.If you arent a student though, the price of admission is expensive. ($20 for a day of access)

My friends and I tried to go play soccer, so I brought my soccer ball. Apparently you arent allowed to bring in your own ball.. the ball they gave me was trashy and completely torn up

It was better four years ago, but now things are in worse shape, and theyve stopped providing equipment for certain activities like racquetball.

Lots to do, but passes are extremely over priced and they dont allow students to use the facilities for free over the summer.

They make you work for it.Get it, because you work out.. Im so funny

Its quite expensive if you arent a student or faculty member but there are a ton of things to do besides working out.

Nice place to bring your family

Theres so much to do! The parking lot is not protected at night, so be wary of that, but spending time in the Lambright is great!
