I’ve been here two different times and had great experiences both times. Chase and Cody are extremely knowledgeable and have a great staff around them always willing to help. Highly recommended as the place to go for physical therapy if you’re in the Ruston area.

LOTS is great! I went to see Chase, after having double sprained my ankle. They gave me exercises to do at home that helped me recover faster and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. I think if I had one straight to them before I went to a doctor, my recovery would had been even quicker. I would recommend LOTS to anyone.

Chase, Cody, and the whole LOTS staff are awesome! I went in for a lower back problem I’ve been having for a while and they were able to help me get through that. They really do know what they’re doing and more importantly they enjoy what they do. You’ll go in looking for a good PT and come out with some good friends!

Chase Patterson is always willing to help when we need some PT advice and coaching. My wife had a piercing neck pain a few weeks ago, and Chase knew exactly what to do after understanding where the pain was coming from. He coached her through bout three or four different exercises. The next day, it was like it never happened. We definitely recommend Chase over at LOTS for any coaching or therapy you may need!

I went to LOTS for a partially torn MCL this spring and had a great experience. Chase and everyone else there was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me recover quickly!

I first came to LOTS due to a foot fracture. Chase and his team were not only able to get me out of my fracture boot and hiking again, but also recommended lab work that found the cause of my recurring fractures! The front office staff were always able to provide appts that worked around my schedule and were always friendly if I ever needed to reschedule. When my daughter who is a multi sport athlete was diagnosed with scoliosis I knew exactly where to take her to help with the pain and to strengthen her core. Chase and his staff once again took their knowledge to get her playing basketball and softball again pain free! She actually really enjoyed going to the appts and considers Chase a friend, he still checks in on her! If you need therapy services in or around ruston there is not a better option than LOTS!

I first came to Legacy BH in 2010 battling addiction and depression. Its been a long journey but only through the excellent counseling and DRs care have I not only conquered my addiction but have become a more motivated and positive person. I now have goals, some of which I have already met and others I still strive for.I look forward to my now monthly visits with my counselor Eric Lee. Ive learned so much about myself. Now Im using my strengths and talents to lift the hearts of others in need. I even been asked to do a presentation to one of the Legacy group sessions. I look forward to being an example of what can be done with a broken and self destructive mindset when you place your trust in the excellent care and programs provided by Legacy Behavioral Health services.
