Steven was absolutely wonderful! He was very kind and patient. He communicated with me what he was doing each step of the way and he was quick an efficient. He went above and beyond to help me when I was also having minor car trouble and couldnt leave my house, thanks to him I was able to get my car where I needed to take it. Southern Air is the only choice in my book, always have and always will.THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Our outside unit was askew on its platform. I contacted Southern Air to assess whether the placement could be improved upon or should be left as it was. The office staff was understanding of the situation and very helpful. The technician they sent out was friendly and knowledgeable. He made his assessment first visit, to see if and what he’d need. After assembling all the parts and tools he needed, came back out and put things right. Professional and on time, positive attitude, good welding skills. I was highly satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend this company.

I called to have a smart thermostat installed unfortunately the serviceman told me I bought one that was not compatible with my unit. I was not charged for them coming out and they rescheduled for a return the next day. He was professional and courteous. I even signed up for the yearly servicing they offer.

Southern Air got us an appointment the same day our air went out. The Technician, Steven, was on time, very professional, did a great job explaining the problem with our A/C and providing options for repairs. Definitely recommend!

Hunter was the best hands down! He answered all of my questions and when I texted he called to explain everything I had concerns about! Great young man.

The timely service was great because I was without air and it was hot. But when the installer arrived they were all business got right to work and finished in a short period of time it was quicker than I have expected. But when they left the system didn’t cool the house any the temp inside was still 85 degrees and I had to then call the service man to comeFix the system than was just installed. Now today I was told someone would be here between 1 and 3 to inspect the installation. So I was at home waiting for them decided to go ahead and mow my yard. To make a long story short they did not come because I didn’t answer the phone. When I called to ask why the lady that answer short and said it was my fault because I don’t answer my phone so they didn’t come and when question she got shorter and hung up on me. To me that not good business I thought the customer was always right

The technician was super professional, arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly! The lady who scheduled the appointment was so sweet and helpful! They were able to make it out to our house the same day that I called, which was wonderful considering our AC wasn’t cooling at all. I am definitely glad I chose to use Southern Air!

Does not do dryer vent maintenance. I suggest you remove this as an available option. Thanks

I called southern after an a/c company named Bennett’s came out to my house through a home warranty company. The company misdiagnosed my a/c and didn’t fix the problem. Steven was the tech that serviced my unit and he quickly noticed the problem. He was quick to repair and get my children and I back to a comfortable living temp. When I called about my AC they were very professional. They sent out a guy named Hunter Caviness awesome guy. Very nice and respectful.

Hunter Caviness came out and checked my outside unit because it keep freezing up. I just had it replaced and wasnt understanding why it keep freezing, but Mr. Hunter came out and looked at it for me and explained what the issue was. He was a very nice and kind person. I would recommend Mr. Hunter to all my friends and family.

Our A/C went out after 5:00 on a Saturday of course. One call to Southern Air and Heating and they had a technician returning my call in minutes. Mitchel Romero sent his ETA to my cell phone with a real time tracker along with a picture of him. Such a nice feature! Mitchel was very courteous and explained everything to us.I highly recommend this company for any A/C needs.

He also took time to tell us what the problem was and how much it would be before proceeding, he also gave information about their membership, which we did purchase, that would help us save money with our a/c unit and they will also provide our servicing to keep our unit going. So glad I called them!!!! Excellent Technician and Company!!! I highly recommend!! UPDATE: 9-25-18, our unit is still going strong, have not had any issues since the repair. We are very pleased!!! My unit was blowing cool air and not heat. It was freezing and early on a Sunday morningso the guy on emergency call that was on duty was Mitchell. He was polite friendly and eager to repair my unit.
