I was really paranoid about going to the dentist during this outbreak. I felt really good about it afterwards. I had to check in from my car, they texted me when ready. They had me wash my hands and use a mouthwash first thing. After going to get panorama (?) X-ray, had me use hand sanitizer since I touched the machine. I waited in my cubicle until no one was at check out before going to it. They all had masks on and used gloves. I noticed a can of Lysol that I believe they use to spray the chair down after each visit. I should not have been so surprised by this because he has been my favorite dentist out of all I’ve went to in my 50 years. He has always gone above and beyond for his patients. I would highly recommend him, even though doing such sometimes means longer wait times for appointments.

I am always treated with kindness when I enter the office. I’ve been going since I was a child and it’s nice to have a dental family that I can trust. They take care of me and it’s always pretty fast when it comes to cleaning/checkups. They schedule my next appointment upon leaving and are very flexible if something comes up and I need to reschedule.

I dont usually take the time to leave reviews, but this really is a great place to go. They know every person by name regardless of how often you come, theyre very pleasant and professional, and I had a crack in my tooth from not caring for my teeth properly back when I had braces, and they made it look like it was never even there. They gave me my confidence back.

Such a kind, caring staff all around. You feel like family as soon as you walk through the doors and are treated as such! Dr. Stuckey cares about giving the best care he possibly can, he is at the forefront of dental technology. You can tell he is focused on expanding his knowledge and adapting as technology expands even after being in business for 30+ years. I had a dental problem on a Friday afternoon that did not involve pain, but it did give me concern that I wanted to get a tooth looked at soon. I texted the number from which I had been previously notified of an appointment. I got a response on the weekend asking me if I could come in on Monday afternoon. Wow. It was nice not having to wait until Monday to try to schedule something because I had commitments all morning on Monday. This is the second time in less than a month that the staff has responded in such a kind and efficient manner. I am grateful.

I had some cavities filled today. I havent had any work done on my teeth since I was a kid so I was very nervous. The staff eased my fears so much. As I was shaking like a leaf the dental assistant patted my hand letting me know she was there and I was okay. It was a massive help. I appreciate their tender care, especially since I has severe anxiety. I will always go to them for my dental needs. I will suggest them to everyone.

If youre looking for a dentist in the Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe area, you can stop searching because Stuckey is the best. Ive always been dentist-phobic, and between that and having had intermittent dental insurance, I had allowed 15 *years* to go by without a single visit to any dental office at all. I know, thats awful, and Im definitely suffering for it. But the point is: When I finally went in, there was *@#! TONS of work needing doing pronto, but the dentist, his hygeinists, and the billing staff never ONCE shamed me or made me feel stupid.If that wasnt amazing in and of itself, they are the best, most gentle people ever. Ive been amazed at how nonscary theyve made the months-long process of fixing my teeth. They worked with me to maximize what my insurance would cover, and they were extraordinarily patient about me having to go into appointments with my six year old son and four months old daughter in tow. I am a client for life! Theyve also been flexible about taking me right away when I was in pain. If dental offices got report cards, Stuckeys would have straight As.
