Im not sure why this establishment has got poor rating I went there yesterday and they were extremely helpful , very patient extremely friendly I recommend them.

The person working was nice enough but on both occasions they are unable to provide our order durable medical equipment. Tried to order a lift chair and was told they were between vendors so I had to spend $1200 out of pocket to buy one at local furniture store. Came in for a wheelchair. None in stock. Told to try amazon ????

Not good they dont answer the phone or the door they close at less 30 min early when there supposed to be closeing at 5 will hang up on you too

Over priced, service not very good, limited selection.

I did not deserve or appreciate the complete lack of customer service, lack of acceptance of responsibility for their wrong doing, or the lack of plan of action to correct this miserable experience..... The latter was written by another one star very unhappy customer but I have been treated the same way with complete lack of customer service and dismissed now for 9 month. Each time being told any day I would have my medical supplies. This company has put me through hell.

This summer I needed a hospital bed for my mother. Russellville Medical came through for us. We had a lot to arrange in a very short period of time and they made sure we were taken care of.

Great Customer Service and Highly Professional

Was given prescription for electric wheelchair and they gave me a used one and swore it was new. They were turned in for Medicaid fraud. Watch out. Far from good honest people. My wheelchair still needs repairs and they will not fix it.

They do not have good sizing for scrubs and they have been rude everytime I go in. Im done giving them my business
