I was really disappointed in my experience here. I got an ultrasound for my pregnancy and it frustrated me more than excited me. I felt like the doctor woman who performed the ultrasound hardly gave me the time of day. It was very rushed. She wasn’t listening to my input. Any request (like when my husband asked if we could hear baby’s heartbeat one more time before we finished) seemed to just add more unnecessary time to her day that she didn’t appreciate. It felt like it was the end of the day/shift and she just wanted us out of her hair so she could go home. The imaging was decent, not as great as I’d seen before and had hoped. What makes this rating is mostly the total lack of any friendly care there. I do not wish to go back, and I wouldn’t refer to others based on this experience.

I have been getting all my MRIs at this Round Lake location as well as my husband and my daughter. Staff is excellent, understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs and MRI.

Excellent service. They get you in quickly, advised me up front what insurance would put into my responsibility, and the staff is so nice and helpful. I’ll be back here if I need another MRI! Thank you!
