When does pharmacy first open I would have gave it a five-star excellent customer service but over the years its been slowly slipping. Now their customer service is mediocre at best. If you take a medication on a regular basis you have to closely watch what youre paying for it each month because they have a habit of overcharging you unless you catch it and say something to them. Their are RX app has for the most part has become useless, you can call your script refill in faster than you can do it on the app. Theyve shortened their hours (9am-7pm) which makes it virtually impossible for anyone that works long hours to be able to pick up a script through the week. As unfortunate as it is I will be changing pharmacies to Osco Drug.

Recently switched my pharmacy to Meijer, and although it’s further than my previous one (it was literally across the street) the service is superior. No complaints about my old pharmacy but this Meijer location is efficient and extremely friendly. The pharmacist and technician had me cracking up the whole time. They were both super helpful and understanding and didn’t make me feel like a burden with my confusing prescriptions. Awesome deals and cheaper prescriptions as well. The staff is truly what makes this place stand out, though. They work very hard and deal with I’m sure some unpleasant people. Hopefully they get the recognition they deserve, I appreciate their kindness and patience!

PHARMACY STAFF NEEDS RETRAINING!!!!!!ITS NOT OK TO LOSE PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!I would give them zero stars if I could. They always lose my parents prescription, how when the Dr sends them over. Came to the point where I starting getting a hard copy, because they always say my parents dont have refills. When they fail to do their job right. It leaves my parents without their medcine. Today the manager lied and said the Dr canceled my Moms prescription.

I recently just switched to this pharmacy and the customer service is amazing. Jonathan always goes above and beyond to make sure my scripts are in and by working with my insurance. All of the employees are extraordinary! They are friendly and accommodating to the customers. Definitely an elite group when it comes to pharmacy staff in the Round Lake area.
