I called to ask if they had something in stock. She answered my questions and greeted me when I arrived to show me where the product was. Great customer service.

I went in yesterday, Walmart Pharmacy in Round Lake, on Thursday June 3rd around an hour before they closed, my first encounter was with the woman technician first she says she doesn’t have it in stock and i would have to wait until next Tuesday. I gave her my my insurance card, Medicare D HumanaIs what I have now for insurance prescriptions. Then she takes my information. I did tell her is was my first time with this insurance, then she goes over to the pharmacist (a man), and he starts asking me questions about why I take so many and he doesn’t agree with what the doctor wrote and tells he will have to speak to my doctor so that it can be change. I would have loved to hear that conversation. So I go home he keeps my script and says he needs to speak to my doctor first. So I called Humana and they indicated that is not the pharmacist decision to discuss my condition or have an opinion about my prescriptions and this was one the preferred pharmacys. I will be calling Mr. Pharmacist today, I will follow up with all after my call to let all know that Walmart might want to get either that Pharmacist out or get rid of an industry they don’t understand, Pharmaceutical Business

Worst pharmacy I ever dealt with!They would tell me that the Dr didnt send my dogs Rx so I kept bugging the vet. They said they did. Come to find out they just said they didnt without checking the fax. So I stopped using them since they were lazy and lying to me. My Dr unfortunately sent an Rx for my son there this week so I called to check on it and they tell me it will be very expensive even with using the Rx apps for deals. I asked them how much with insurance and they said they have no record of insurance on file. They sure do because I used to use them and stopped last year when they lied to me. They are horrible and do not care about the customers at all! I contacted Walmart and they said they would escalate my complaint and have someone call me directly because it was wrong what they did. Still waiting for this call . They just tell customers things to shut them up. Pathetic

So sad that this pharmacy is so incompetent. People rely on them to be professional. Wow ... the prices! Ouch. And they will not check on anything else as a substitute if your insurance is too high or won’t cover. We’re all just trying to survive out here. What happened to customer service? Seriously just makes me sad

Love this store! Not only will an employee follow you to find your item, but they have SELF CHECK OUTS AT BOTH ENDS OF THE FRONT OF THE STORE WITH ABOUT 10 OPEN SECTIONS. If Im ever in line for them, its for 1 or 2 people at most, and about 3 minutes. Im out in a flash! The Pharmacists are some of the best you will find in the world! They are caring, compassionate and accurate. I get text reminders from them when my prescription is ready for pickup. They help you with simple ailments too. I get my flu and pneumonia shots there too FOR FREE!

I love my Walmart pharmacy. Great staff.

The young Indian female pharmacist is incredibly rude and nasty. Every time I go there and see her there, I leave and come back when it’s someone else. Now I just go elsewhere. She makes me cringe with her attitude. Thank god there are other pharmacies.
