Dr. Ginzburg has always taken great care of me and my wife. Even came back from a vacation to checkbon her in the hospital after an accident. Straightforwardly and to the point but also kind.

Very disappointed with the front office help that Dr Ginzburg has hired in the past year or so.I have been an patient of Dr. Ginzburg since he opened his office in Round Lake Beach.My wife and I have decided to change doctor due to bad customer service that the staff has given us for several months now.The last incident we had with the girl who seats by the front window was the the reason we are leaving Drs office.She wasn’t willing to help us, she was rude, lake of customer service manners, and she was leafing at my Wife at certain point.My wife is a veteran RN serving the health industry for 30 years and this girl began leafing at my wife when she offered some help to get my Blood pressure medication that I had to wait for 3 days to change the prescription to one our insurance was covered.I asked this girl to have Dr. Ginzburg call to let him know what was going on with his staff and she told “ Dr is not calling you” ....... I blew a gasket when she told me that......this matter is about my health and she decided to be incompetent and abusive, ignorant of good manners and customer service protocols.My blood pressure was 169 over 110 and I needed to take my medicine I run out of, Dr Ginzburg told me to as soon as possible pick my medicine up and begin taking it again.It took 3 days and some phone calls to get my prescription changed but what really made them do it is when my wife called and told them how things should be done in a Drs office which she has run before to act and change my medication.It’s too bad that Dr. Ginzburg didn’t get my message a demanded to give to him. It may be the case he doesn’t know how his help is deterring his patients.I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there and go see other Dr due to the customer service this staff provides.It’s a shame Dr Ginzburg didn’t get my message, I hope he reads his reviews

Wow, I wished I had read the reviews before I decided to see this Dr. I had heard about them giving wrong prescriptions out, but due to my Dr office had moved and I was border line diabetic, I wanted to know where I stood. My first visit, in 01/03/2018 I informed them I was border line diabetic and I was taking heart pills (I didnt know the name of them). The Dr basically did a school physical on me, scheduled a blood test and stated he would send something to the pharmacy to see what prescription I was taking for my heart. After 2 weeks I called them because I never received a call with my results I was placed on hold and was advised my results came back, but no one had looked at them and they did not know when they would be looked at, so I said, ok and set an appointment for something else, that following Friday. When I came in for my appointment, they told me my blood test results, no test were sent to check my glucose, sugar level or anything, they had no records of it. Also, never sent anything to the pharmacy to what type of heart pills I was taking. They told me I had anemia and had to take more blood test (which i dont know why, she could had wrote a prescription for iron pills) and in the process they would check to see where I was for being diabetes. After being very upset, I went ahead and scheduled for more blood work. I was called for results only to find out they gave me the same results from the last blood work, still no results for sugar level, gluclose or nothingand had the audacity to apologize and tell me I had to take another blood test for the 3rd time. When I tell you how upset I was and still am. I asked to speak with a supervisor, which they said was not in. They left a message on her desk and gave me her card and this was a week in a half ago. When I called to speak with the person who card they provided me ( which say administrative by the way) I was informed she was out of the office until Monday. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO NO ONE. I AM GOING TO BE STARTING A PETITION TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN THEY ARE GIVING FALSE INFORMATION, INCORRECT PRESCRIPTIONS AND ARE HAVING PEOPLE TAKE BLOOD WORK AND NOT RECEIVING THE RESULTS THEY REQUESTED SO THAT THEY CAN CONTINUE TO BILL THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND WE ARE PAYING CO PAYMENTS AND STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE WE STAND WITH OUR HEALTH. THIS TOTALLY DIFFERENT UN FAIR. Also, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
