The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming as well. The dental hygienist was very friendly and she also explained everything she was doing. I was definitely feeling some anxiety going into my appointment but the hygienist along with the DDS made me feel at ease with their professionalism and knowledge of what was going to be done for me during my visit.I definitely will be visiting again and recommend this great dental office.

The hygienist was fabulous. I think her name was Deedee. She was very gently and answered all my questions with expertise. My teeth felt so clean after after. I highly recommend this office and hygienist.

Dr. Amy is the best! She is knowledgeable and extremely quick when filling cavities. 30 minutes from the novacaine to the filling and no pain either. They are very clean and follow CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe.

I have a huge fear of dentists going back to a childhood experiences. Had a crown that fell out during an early dinner. I hadnt been to a dentist in years. My son uses Dental Care of Round Lake & without hesitation gave me their #. He knows what a baby I am & assured me of how nice everyone there was. He really likes his dentist & told me of some of his experiences with them. I called them & they were able to see me the next day. My son was right, what a great office & staff. This will get me back on the dental care routine. Thank you Dental Care of Round Lake for a really good experience!!

The staff was/is friendly, quick, and informative.I am not informed enough to know if the additional services that are always suggested are needed, affective, and worth the price, or just a sales tactic. But not unfairly priced none-the-less.

My past few experiences at a different dentist were not great. I felt like the other dentists Ive tried were trying to get evey penny they could and were somewhat cold. It came time for my daughter to go for an exam and tried here for the first time. I couldnt be more satisfied!! They were friendly and never felt pressured. Most importantly they were AMAZING with my children. They explained every step before they did it then made sure she was comfortable the whole way through. They even went out of the way and were super kind to my other daughter who was with us. My husband and I both have not been to the dentist for too long but now were both making appointments.

Overall if you are in for some basic routine maintenance this place is great. Hygienist Michelle was super and nice and informative. This place in my opinion is not a good fit for someone who has dental problems. The dentists they had before where super. I dont know what happened to them. They wouldnt pull my tooth. And sent me to an oral surgeon to do it. And had to pay out of pocket. Now I have an allergic reaction to the antibiotics given for the periodontal treatment. Had dentist look at it and acted like she didnt know what to do about it. Sent me home with mouth rinse that aggravated the sores in my mouth. Went to emergency care. And was treated in minutes. SooooIf you are looking for a good cleaning with a smile, this is the place for you.

The entire office staff, hygienist and Dr. Yoo have been wonderful. I had been experiencing a lot of pain and they rearranged my appointment to do my procedure earlier and even added extra work to be done. They laid out the course of treatment and now I know what to expect in the future in order to get a beautiful smile. Thank you again for making a bad situation into a good one!

It has been a LONG time (15-20years) since Ive been to a dentist and my teeth are in TERRIBLE condition, but at no point was I made to feel embarrassed or ashamed.The office has GREAT communication skills. I was reminded of my appointment a few days prior, as well as the night before.Im having several teeth pulled, a few being surgically removed, as well as, getting fillings caps, and a cleaning. I am in no way worried and feel that I am in capable and safe hands.Also, I am without dental insurance and the prices for the worked needed is set at a fair rate. I HIGHLY recommend this office for any and all dental concerns.

They worked fast and were very helpful to answer all my questions. As well as being nice. I had a fantastic experience.

My main concern was feeling any type of tool in my mouth as i cant stand it. They were gentle enough to make sure I didnt feel anything. Highly recommend them for any dental needs! Also were very clear with going over everything as to how they do things and what a deep cleaning was while also answering any questions I had.

After not seeing a dentist for a couple years, the staff made this appointment run smooth. From the reception desk to treatment room, everybody made it easy, did their job professionally, and didn’t make me feel bad about my break from dental care. Office was cleaner than others I’ve been to. Would recommend, and will return.

They did a fantastic job making me feel at ease especially with this pandemic going on theyre very cautious which an A+ for me. Terrible release form service I call 6 times to send my tooth X-rays but they failed every time and finally they send the encrypted file which my doctor is not able to see it. Terrible and so sad

We had some small issues with a crown from a root canal my son had done at this office. Let me be clear the problem was with the lab the dental office uses. But the office manager called me quickly and very professional and addressed the problem immediately and offered a very nice discount for the problem at hand. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful every time I come in. This last visit, I didn’t have a sitter for my two 1 year olds and they said that was fine. They even brought out toys they had to help keep them calm! Amazing group of people!

I stayed away from all dentists for a very very very long time because of fear. I went here knowing I needed to face my fears, and I was so lucky to have gotten Fiona as my dental hygienist. She’s amazing, I told her how nervous I was and she made me feel so relaxed and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. Broke my rear tooth... called asking if any available slots and l would be a new patient... they took me in... then they called back if I could come in earlier! It was an awesome experience with great music playing too!! Got my temporary crown installed and in 2 weeks going back for the permanent... great experience!!

Everyone is so nice! They really take care of your teeth and even explain things when you have questions. If you have to have work done, they sit down with you and go over your payment options. I have been going here for over 3 years and have a pleasant experience each time.

I didnt have a dentist. I have a couple teeth in my mouth that have been broken for years. On Saturday the nerve in one of the broken teeth became exposed. I called Dental Care of Round Lake Beach just after 7am, on Monday, to see if they could help me. They were able to get me in at 8am. I live on a fixed income and was concerned about the cost. At the same time, I knew I had to do something to stop the pain. To complicate things a bit more, Im in the process of moving out of state. They gave me multiple options and sincerely wanted to help me not only get out of pain, but save the tooth. Dr. Toritto and his assistant (Im frustrated that I cant remember her name) were amazing! They were able to save the tooth, get me out of pain and fix it so I can get through my move and find a dentist in my new home state to complete the work. Im so grateful for their gentleness, understanding and respectful way they treated me. I will tell everyone I can about them.

I get in within 10 minutes of my appointment time...they explain the procedures needed...they answer all my questions on what’s covered by dental insurance and what is out of pocket....but best of all it feels like a family run business and I am part of the family… I’ve already recommended three people to this office because they’re that good.

Haven’t been to the dentist in awhile, was a little nervous. Was referred by a family member who spoke highly about the hygienist Angie. She definitely made the experience a lot more pleasant for me. Was great about easing me through every step and procedure. Front desk was very informative and helpful as well. Looking forward to continue my treatment with them. This dentist was recommended by a fellow teacher, so I took my teen daughter here for a check-up. Having had some prior less than wonderful experiences with a dentist, she was feeling pretty anxious. I cannot say enough about the dentist and staff at this facility. They were patient, kind, and when she needed a cavity filled, went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

They have always had bad customer service. They dont return call. They make mistakes on your bill. And this has nothing to do with the COVID-19.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We are always able to get appointments quick and during the time of day we need them most. They’re always flexible and willing to work something out! Just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Toritto. Him and his staff are always so happy and fun. They are all willing to answer any questions I had during my treatment or if I ran in during my lunch break they’d help me out without making appointments. They’re the best at making sure I’m happy with my treatment. They were also willing to work out a payment plan. They definitely became our new family dental!

I called with a dental emergency and my brother did also. To verify they do root canals. I left with no work done. I will not return or recommend

This place has a great atmosphere right away but whats important is the service and treatment and let me tell you that its pretty good! Dr. Rhie is an awesome dentist she took really good care of me and have not had a problem since! Also one of the dental assistant by the name of Francisco is really good as well gave me alot of advice and kept it straight forward and how to look out for my hygiene with my teeth and honestly I never had an assistant really look out for me like that. Overall recommend this place! You wont be disappointed !

After many years of avoiding the dentist, I had an abscess that needed serious attention. I called the office on a Monday morning at 9am and was able to receive treatment the same day. Without any dental insurance I was worried about paying for treatment, but the charges were reasonable.

I am a repeat patient/customer.Nothing but positive praises to give. A+++Dr. Toritto and Dr. Rhie are excellent dentists.In fact, the whole staff from the front office to the dental hygienist to the dentists are top notch.They are very friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions you may have.They offer many services and give out excellent referrals to excellent doctors.IMO prices are pretty fair and competitive.
