My 3 year old daughter had her first dental experience at Rollins Family Dental Center just this week and I cannot put to words HOW AMAZING they were. Lupe was beyond friendly, and made her as comfortable as possible. And Cindy did an amazing job with the cleaning, she explained and showed my daughter everything she was going to use on her and I could tell that made my daughters experience a million times easier. When we left she was already asking me when we would be going back. THEY ARE THE BEST!

We have never had any issues in all the years we have been going there and even in emergencies (thank you to combination of twisty slides and rebellious boys) they have always accommodated- no questions asked. I was extremely scared to see a dentist due to a very bad experience as a teenager. This Dentist was very nice and helped me to feel comfortable and relaxed as the procedure was done. I hat 2 top extractions that had bothered me for years. it was truly over in less then 5 minutes. Absolutely zero pain during the procedure. Could not have been more happy with my visit to these wonderful people and great Dentist.The woman who had taken my X-ray was very polite and nice. The dental assistant was also a very nice woman who helped me feel comfortable. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 25 years and had always struggled keeping up with having nice clean teeth. Mostly embarrassed by not being in to see a dentist for so many years has also kept me away. They truly understood my situation and they made me feel very relaxed about it. I was able to get an appointment the same day - which was fantastic since what it turns out was wrong was I broke a filling. Getting in quickly was awesome. The only the I would have like was to be asked about having Novocain, I don’t like having it and can get through a filling without. Unfortunately, I wasn’t asked and I didn’t speak up either. So when I was finished ( and for at least the next 18 hours, as of this writing) the only pain is where I was stuck with a needle for Novocain.

I have been a patient of Rollins Family Dental since I was a kid. Unfortunately, the last few years this facility has been nothing but issues for me. From not filing insurances properly and making me pay more out of my pocket than I should have before even deciding to run my insurance, poor dentistry work leaving me in pain for weeks while telling me to just take some over the counter pain meds/use a hot press and not follow up at all with me. To telling me that they couldnt get me into see me for an emergency dental procedure when they are supposed to have a dentist on call for emergency purposes. It even states it on their website. They made me schedule the appointment for a week out leaving me in unbearable pain and the receptionist didnt even seem to understand what the definition is of an emergency as I clearly stated to her my tooth cracked in half and I was in horrible pain. Unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment and schedule with a different facility. Now when I need to have my records sent over to this new facility, Rollins decides to be closed for a week for A much needed break, but still has someone answering phone calls and can not send over any of my records. For a business this is unacceptable. This facility will no longer get my service and I will never recommend anyone to this facility ever again.

This review is way overdue! I visited Rollins Family Dental Center for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I was in terrible pain and called multiple dentists around my area, in an attempt to schedule an emergency appointment. The best I was offered was an appointment 2 weeks out! I eventually contacted Rollins Family Dental Center and they made arrangements to see me that same day! I met with Dr. Dave Canty and Ashley, a hygienist at the Center. The facility was clean, they were welcoming and put me at ease. They took some X-rays, and then reviewed them with me. Dr. Canty thoroughly explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. Next, they prepped me for the extraction. I took note and appreciated the fact that Dr. Canty was very careful about properly numbing me, to ensure I didn’t feel pain during the procedure. I am happy to report that though a little stubborn, the wisdom tooth came out, and it was a completely painless experience. Dr. Canty provided me with aftercare instructions and prescribed pain meds. It was easy to schedule follow-up appointments, and both Dr. Canty and Ashley readily assisted me with answering all the questions I had during the healing process. My wound healed quickly and properly. I have already scheduled a cleaning with Ashley for the near future! I would highly recommend Dr. Dave Canty and his associates at Rollins Family Dental Center for all your dental needs. I am so happy to have found such a caring team.

This is definitely a family establishment. My children have been going here since they were each 3. My children are well taken care of, as are my husband and myself. We had an emergency with my husband during non-working hours and Dr. Canty met us at the office to help my husband. They go above and beyond for their patients. They really care about you.

As always we are highly satisfied with the service and attention our fur babies get and the attention Dr. Canty and the staff give us as well. Love learning new things that will help us and our pups. It did seem as though the prices were a bit higher than expected this time though.

Just recently, I was having issues with a wisdom tooth, and they were able to help me out very quickly. Their assistant Edith was super helpful and sweet, and gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was going well. I really appreciated that. Been going here for many years. Michelle is an awesome hygienist. The only complaint I have is that the last time I was there they had changed the floss that they give you. I am not a fan of the new floss. It shreds in my teeth.

I normally dont do this, but I cant say enough good things about my dentist and his practice. I was so nervous about my cavities being filled because it had been a long time since Ive had anything but a cleaning. The dental assistant and Dr. Canty made my experience so painless and calm, it was almost like being at the spa. I was given a warm towelette when I was done. I was plenty numb. I watched t.v. I had a blanket and sunglasses. Oh yeah, and I completely forget, he filled two cavities. I feel lucky hes my dentist.

Ashley kept her work area clean and even cleaned right in front of me which I love to see. She is still my favorite hygienist ever! I am so happy I decided to come here. My hygienist is Ashley and she is amazing. She always does a great job cleaning my teeth. You can tell she puts 100% into what she does. She is very friendly and I trust her work. I feel she genuinely cares about her patients and has their best interests in mind.I was interested in teeth whitening. She helped me pick the best personalized treatment for my teeth. I have been using the custom trays for a few days and I am already seeing changes. Dr. Canty is also great. My gums arent bleeding or red. When I asked them specifically do I have periodontal.... no one would answer. In fact no one jammed me with the dental pick to pull at my gum line to see how far the periodontal went. Plus why wouldnt they have found it 6 months earlier at my last checkup? Periodontal doesnt just happen.I went to 2 other dentists for second and third opinions. I told them I needed scaling and had periodontal. Since I was new they both gave me checkups to confirm or deny. They both jammed dental picks into me and told me theres no evidence of gum disease let alone periodontal. I just need a normal cleaning.Sorry this review is bad. This was just my experience with them. There are just a lot of questionable things. Like the dentist can save me money by switching to natural gas. Giving me packets that would imply I have something when no one will actually confirm it for me.

I dont know too many people that like to go to the dentist but the team at Rollins Family Dental make it more pleasant. My hygienist, Jennifer, is amazing and even though I drive a half an hour to get there...I would never consider having anyone else work on my teeth. Today I tried bleaching my teeth with Jennifer and they came out fantastic..seven shades whiter (goodbye wine and coffee stains). One night when I was seeing dr. Canty he perceived that there was something going on in my life and he spent an hour just chatting with me. The people at Rollins care about you as a person as well as your dental needs. And finally, they always get their billing correct and efficiently process my insurance.

I can always count in Dr Canty when I need him. And I always get happy thank yous from the friends I have referred to him. He is Caring, thoughtful and Painless!

I came in for a root canal. I was scared to death. They explained everything and put me at ease. Much better than I expected!!

Stay away... Only thing they are concerned about is $$$$ and unnecessary work. He was my 3rd quote because I needed a lot of work done. By the time he was done his total was almost $10k, while the 2 others were $5k and $6k. The other 2 had no idea why he was wanting to do the work he was ordering. I know there is several dentist in that office and I am not saying all of them are bad. But the gentleman I saw was horrible.

A fine experience, a modern facility with a dedicated staff. State of the art digital equipment.Parking on independent building a separate lot across the street if you need space around your car.

Love them! Rollands family dental is such a great place to go and have dental work done , the whole staff is friendly, gental, and caring. I just love going there and having work done.Cindy is the girl who does my dental cleaning and she is wonderful.

Be careful!!!!.....Ive been going to Rollins Family Dental for over 15 years. I inherited Dr David Canty (he is the owner now)when Dr Levy retired. During a simple extraction in March he carelessly and improperly used a dental instrument (elevator)and broke a hole into my sinus , cracked off a filling, and killed the adjacent tooth. The gross negligence and inadequate care that followed is endless. The fluids that I drank came out my nose and the food that I ate ended up In my sinus. He told me it would heal on its own and even when I complained of a bad smell/taste in my mouth he said it was probably a piece of rotting food and to rinse with peroxide . After 4 months of taking antibiotics, sick to my stomach from infection, countless visits to his office , and an extraction site that wouldnt heal, he finally agreed to do a cat scan and realized this was out of his area of expertise . He referred me to an oral surgeon who refused to perform the needed operation to close the sinus fistula until the adjacent damaged tooth was fixed. I had a root canal and the bucal flap surgery done the same week. It was one of the largest holes the surgeon had ever seen. A piece of my cheek and roof of my mouth were used to close the hole. It was a painful recovery with swelling and bruising. The bone will never grow back and my mouth will never be the same .Dr David Canty took care of the costs for the surgery and root canal. I spent over $800.00 on antibiotics, steroids , and pain relievers which he said would be reimbursed by his insurance when I sign the release form. I also needed to see an ENT for the chronic sinusitis which resulted from the infection. After months of telling me he wanted to make things right, make me whole again, and would get me the insurance information he passed me off to his father. I called his father Dr Tim Canty last week and told him I need to be reimbursed for my medical expenses. He told me he cant do that and get a lawyer and sue. Dr David Canty is now ignoring my calls.Stay tuned......

Rollins Family Dental is a excellent Dental Practice I have been a patient for many years and I highly recommend it for all familys.

This place is the worst....heres why. They always insist you pay for your visit when you get there which I wasn’t crazy about. First, the amount they charged me was different from what the actual work completed by the dentist (The invoices you get in the mail dont make any sense, especially since you paid upfront) Second, for a follow up visit they charged me and had me waiting in the room for 50 min. I would have walked out but I had already paid for my visit. Last night, I had a toothache and decided to try their online appointment service. This morning I get a call saying the time isn’t available BUT they would like me to come in for a cleaning. At this moment I’m more worried about my toothache and not my cleaning, but again they insisted I schedule my cleaning. I won’t be going back or recommending this office to friends or family.
