We’ve been to Meijer optical in Round Lake Beach a few times and have always had a great experience. Nik is super awesome and always takes his time to stop what he’s doing to help pick glasses and give his honest opinion. Nik always respects your time and gets you in and out pretty quick and always makes sure to let you in on any deals going on to save you the most money possible! Highly recommend!

Nikolas helped me out, giving nothing but stellar service with a smile the whole time.Not only did Nikolas help make the process of buying the glasses enjoyable, Nikolas took the time to help me find two pairs of glasses that fit and looked good on me. Nik not only broke me out of my same old style of frames, but he made me LOVE wearing glasses again. I am a long time contact wearer, but now I love sporting my new glasses. I hope Nik knows how big of a compliment that is!! He is the best! He took his time with me and because I dont have insurance, he found me the best options that worked with my budget!! No upselling, no salesman-ey attitude. He genuinely wanted to help. It was a great experience!!

My mom had an appointment at Walmart on May 27th. She was told by them she would be able to order glasses in about a week. Fast forward to now and its been over a month and still not able to order glasses. I decided today to call around and after no luck from multiple places with her insurance I got a hold of Nick at Meijer. He immediately was amazing and helpful over the phone and booked us an appointment today at 2 pm. At the appointment he was helpful and had amazing customer service. He was not interested in trying to get us to buy the most expensive frames but gave us options that were affordable. He went over and beyond and had everything completed in less than an hour. I also booked an appointment since I need to have my eyes checked. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to get their eyes checked. Great customer service and we will definitely be back.

My daughter and went in her to make an appointment. The two associates behind the counter were so busy they failed to acknowledge us. It was only when I turned around from looking at frames and spoke to them that they acknowledged us.

I had an awesome experience. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. The dr. Made me feel comfortable and talked to me like a human being not just a patient, which was great. I will be coming back for all my exams, and recommending to others. Thank you :)

Sandra is awesome. She is very helpful, kind, and has a great professionalism with her customers. Dr Desai has a wonderful manner and listens!

Took 20 minutes for someone to assist me despite the employee not having any other customers in the store except me and the phone only ringing when I went to go ask a question. Shown one price but quoted a different. No return call from the manager Adam Sangermano when I left a complaint regarding Nikolas clenching his hands and treating me rudely.
