This industry has had so many changes in the short time it has been in Maryland. The one thing that has been consistent from day one is Libertys Dispensaries, and how they treat their patients. From their rewards program, to their discounts and specials, and their tiered pricing, clearly Liberty exercises compassion when making business decisions. And that is rare these days. I wont forget that. If they stay true to that core principle, I dont see me ever shopping elsewhere. After visiting over 50 dispensaries in the state, and bouncing around a few times between my go-to spots, it is clearer than ever, THIS is the best dispensary in the state. Their amazing people are the cherry on top.

Everything about Liberty is great besides their concentrate selection is terrible. The only love resin they have is culta and only 2g jars and their selection of cults never changes. They used to be the top dispensary for concentrates when they were producing them themselves.

From the moment I started going to liberty I felt comfortable with Service and staff knowledge. Always a comfortable vibe. Weekly deals are pretty nice also. 100% recommend Liberty

This place used to be super easy and fun to visit, now its gotten super complicated and difficult. There are different reward programs, certain ones which require different payment methods, which make it a really frustrating experience, which is the exact opposite of the reason that I came here in the first place...

They lost me as a customer for life and I’ll never go back here. First of all, they sell the driest flower I’ve ever encountered and they have the nerve to classify this as their premium strains. Charging $390 for an ounce of the driest flower, and this was ALL of the strains that I purchased from them. Secondly, their customer service is terrible. No one, not even the manager was willing to compensate or exchange for the terrible product they sold me. I’m shocked this is how they treat and scam customers, selling sub-par product at ridiculous prices and offering no solution.

Best dispensary in Maryland. Great selection of product. VERY friendly and knowledgeable staff. As opposed to other dispensaries, they have display cases that allow you to view all the different products before buying. Great rewards program too. Best prices and one of the few stores to sell tinctures.

This is not my closest dispensary but the people are so sweet and informative I make the trip to come here. They have a great selection of products and the store is well organized and labeled. Especially during these times they made me feel comfortable and listened to. I will definitely be returning.

Which I had to wait 2 hrs to do.Finally, placed My order.When I was 5 mins from the dispensary, they call me telling me they sold out of the confirmed order I placed. Use your time wisely. Love it, but I feel like it’s just in a weird location. Feels a little sketchy where it is. Other than location.. nice and knowledgeable staff. It’s not that this dispensary is necessarily big, I would say it’s just more spread out but they have the same selection as a smaller one. I like it, worth you giving it a try!

I had great service here at liberty this being my 3rd dispensary I have to say this is the most welcoming place and I love the set up and they let you browse the store around without feeling rushed . The bud tender who helped me out was Alexis she was very energetic and knew her buds and strains of bud. I will definitely be putting liberty number one now #1 dispensary. Alexis helped me sign up for liberty reward points and gave me some Souvenirs for being a first time patient all the employees are supper friendly and same with the patients as well are talkative and outgoing. This is my number one go to Dispensary in the state of Maryland and I’m not just saying that I actually have A LOT of problems with the majority of dispensaries. I have had so many bad experiences over and over at certain dispensaries especially Harvest but most of them to be honest like I said. First of they have the friendliest, coolest staff ever. All excellent superb human beings. They are always extremely welcoming their Security/Door Humans are some of the sweetest humans I’ve met period. No joke their whole security/entrance staff is freaking unbelievable and they all deserve raises effective immediately. I could wait all day if it’s with those guys. Seriously god bless them if any of you are ever nasty to them I wish you misfortune just a little bit though not too much. Unless you are very naughty like a snoof then you deserve to have your private’s fall off in the shower. Papa Benjamin is a very knowledgeable “budtender” he tends the buds quite well I must say. Mother Myeshia also tends to her buds quite well also she won’t steer you wrong either. They are both excellent tenders of bud. Not to say they rest don’t tend to their buds as well either they do believe me I just don’t know their names unfortunately or I haven’t dealt with them enough regardless I get good vibes from all! The giant gargantuan redwood tree of a black man who tends to Libertys buds as well he’s super cool too! Don’t know his name but you’ll know who I’m talking about he is a Very Large Specimen of a Human you cannot miss him he has been of much help to me as well. There’s another guy who I’m thinking of who I’ve talked to you a few times I believe it was him who told me Natures Heritage was Curing their flowers really well now and godamn he wasn’t kidding N.H has been killing it with Their curing the ONYCD from them I got at Liberty definitely fell into my top 5! I smoked a fine terp loaded batch of their guava before writing this book it tasted like sex in your mouth no joke it tasted too damn good makes everything else taste meh.Strane has been doing good with their flower recently I’ve had the GDP, Bodega BG, and one of my favorites from the beginning the Grape Gorilla I remember the batch that was almost 4% terps it was godly as was the PPK batch back then 2 years ago at the same time! Oh and I can’t forget Stranes consistently terpiest flower the Blue And Cream I have a batch of it still that was OVER 4 % terps a few months ago! Man what a phenomenal f**cking batch that was good god. One thing to note of interest it appears to me as though Strane has the Dosidos dominant pheno if Lost Cause and Culta has the Amnesia Haze pheno of Lost Coast. If you go to Libertys website and cultas website now you can see the terp profile of both their versions and you see the stranes is caryo. Dominant like dosidos and the Culta version is Amnesia Haze all the way being Terpinolene Dominant like that! I’d love to do a video on this eventually! This brings me to my t point, The fact that liberty actually has the decency and respect for it’s patients to take their time and post the full terpene information of all their products on their online menu. I can’t begin to emphasize how huge this is. I have so much respect for them for this. Even when you go to the dispensary they have a display with a sample of each flower you can see what it looks like and it tells you the THC percentage and most importantly unlike most dispensaries it tells you the total terpene percentage and it lists the top three terps AND their quantity that’s just amazing to me that’s honestly the way it should be everywhere to be honest. Not only do most dispensaries NOT list ANY of their terp info online at all but when I call them or go there and try to tell them I want to know the terpene profile of all of their flower they get upset and they try to get out of it or give me an attitude or try to find every single possible way to divert from it however they can and it’s so unbelievably unacceptable it pisses me off like you wouldn’t believe I wanted to slap them so badly

This is a beautiful store, albeit a bit hard to find. The staff was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. They also have items in the their product lineup you cant find at other dispensaries - The perk of being a grower. The sales are solid. Liberty is one of the top dispensaries in this area.

Ive have gone to most of the dispensarys within in Montgomery County, and so far this one has won me over. The staff here are amazing from their customer service all the ways to their knowledge and honesty on their strains. They have the best deals that put every other dispensary to shame. Not only are their employees awesome, but so are the products that they have to offer. All their strains are top notch!!! They are even conveniently located across from Pure Virtue (Head Shop).

Be careful with this place. It looks nice and the people are ok but if you get sold something that is miss labeled they will do nothing to hell you but offer a 5 dollar credit. Another md dispensary just in it for the BMWs. They will sell you medine that is old and do nothing about it.

Today I was there and Alexas,jonas and Kendall was very helpful and knowledgeable of their job their customer service skills were excellent.

From the gentleman who let me in, to the young lady who processed my forms, to Erica who let me know all my options & gave me some information on tinctures, even the gentleman who peeked his head out for like 3 secs to deliver my choices from the back was smiling the whole staff was warm & excellent. First time patient deal was great, even without it the prices seem reasonable. Nice selection of various strains (indicas, sativas, hybrids) available. Im going to have a hard time exploring my other options cause everything at Liberty was so great the first time.

I never give any review 5 stars because there is always room to improve but that’s not the point of this review anyways. The facility was big and clean and organized nicely. The bud tender whom they refer to as something else (can’t remember what) that assisted me was amazing. When I say amazing I mean I could have stayed there for hours just gazing into his eyes as he explained things to me. I honestly could not tell you what I learned because I was seriously just lost in his blue eyes! Like make you nervous and knees week kind of eyes. You ever meet someone and have flash images of what it would be like to kiss them and stare into there eyes? It was like that lol he did seem to genuinely care about assisting me find the right weed strain and seemed very knowledgeable about the products. I just wish I could have retained the information he was telling me instead of just thinking about his smile and how much it blew me away lol I can’t even remember his name. So my review is that the security guard is nice, the receptionists had me laughing and the guy assigned to assist me made an impression on me that no one else ever has ! I was literally nervous around him! Ok enough my bad 🤗 this dispensary was a better experience for me then peake Releaf around the corner!

Went to Liberty and felt like I’d walked into the VIP concierge lounge at Neiman-Marcus! Had a thorough consultation w Shaya, received her self-published printed information regarding all the strains, components & styles. I learned quite a bit regarding strains vs ailments. After getting Shaya’s printed material, I decided I’d read and buy next day. Upon digesting the description of different products, I knew what I wanted when I went in but took the time to have more questions answered by a knowledgeable nice young man who showed me products, kept track on a tablet, and rung me up. Everyone from Given, the security officer, up front, to Shaya, concierge, to my specialist who rang me up to the pharmacist who filled my Rx — were all professional, friendly, fun & upbeat, I recommend this dispensary above a few others I tried. A good comparison is that some other dispensaries are like K-Mart and Liberty is like a Neiman-Marcus VIP personal shopper experience!!

And you get separate counter space for some privacy to talk about what your needs.The guy that I was being helped with knew all about the product and all about the equipment like batteries for vape pipes. Liberty works a little differently than some others with a very specific group of products.Good management got rid of a bad employee. Some dispensaries just train employees and hope for the best Liberty is more interested is good employees and good customer service.After you have shopped in a few dispensaries you will find the one or several you like to go to. Personally I shop for deals since Ive been trying a lot of new Flavours as they show up in our area..Im happy to answer questions about any dispensary Ive been to which is an expanding a circle from Rockville, Maryland out.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in the area. I was so nervous and afraid going for the first time on my own, and I have to say that I was so lucky to have had Andy Spielman as the one to help me. Not only was he just super chill but he answered all of my questions and gave me the best recommendations for my condition. He’s also gotten me interested in trying different products just from his knowledge on them. I have gone to other places & definitely did NOT get the same service that Andy provided. Because of him, I don’t go to other places anymore because I trust his recommendations & I trust him. If you’re ever there, make sure you ask for Andy!!

These are some of the most passionate people in the field who really want to HELP you. You are treated like family as soon as you enter and all the smiles are very comforting. Everything is explained so wonderfully and their concentrates/cartridges... oh man! If you drove a while to come to Liberty, stock up on their cartridges with their 4 for $240 deal! They even beat out Chesapeake Alternatives’ Rythm cartridges, and I didn’t think that was possible! This is a a fantastic place and you should definitely try getting your medicine here, you won’t be disappointed.

The service aspect of the shop has sadly taken a dive. Im always helped by the same two staff members who seem to just be somewhere else. Ill ask a question and either somehow they didnt hear me and i get nothing or i get a beating around the bush answer. Im not a quiet person so I know Im not mumbling or whispering. Then while deciding what to get Ill ask a question about a product and it almost seems to annoy him or upset him that Im not just ordering, paying and leaving. I used to learn about the products from the staff before choosing my poison, but now i have to almost beg for detailed information besides THC levels. I have longer conversations with the security guard when Im waiting to be checked in than I do with the staff.....which also takes longer and longer each time I come.But now i only go to liberty if they have a good sale on their sugars and no one else does that day. Their sugars and diamonds are the best i have had yet but the diminishing level of service has me shopping at other shop.

Dont go here, its shady, the people that work there sell drugs to people outside of the store and the owners are too dumb to stop it. The staff/management take product from the store and sell it to anyone they can after hours, because retail doesnt pay well.
