Proud Moments has been a God-send as it relates to the support and therapeutic treatment provided to our daughter and our family. We were originally supported by Erica Rau (and now Danielle) and she was absolutely on top of her game. Our in-home therapist, Marquita Greene, has been fabulous! We love Proud Moments so much that we are now using them for our son who has just begun ABA therapy as well. I would highly recommend Proud Moments for your or your loved ones therapeutic needs!

We have been working with Proud Moments since they established support in Montgomery County a couple years ago. They provide fantastic support and service from experienced and well trained staff. We love our therapist and supervisory team! They are amazing and work really well with our son. I highly recommend Proud Moments. Mom to 15-year old son with Autism.

I would hesitate to trust this company, just because of luck of transparence. As mental health providers they refuse to share names of providers in their practice, thus deprive client from the right to make an informed choice. I would NOT trust a company, which tries to push services and not being transparent. If you refuse to disclose names of your providers, it means that you either have to hide something or not be proud of qualification of your staff!

Proud moments was a life line to me and my family. After many months of calling several agencies and being told that I will be added to the waiting list, proud moments answered my phone call to a surprising answer of no we don’t have a waiting list at the moment. In as as little as a few days I got a call from our amazing BCBA, Erica Rau who fast tract our intake and paired us with our angel Morgan, she took the time to listen and learn my son’s need and our needs. The team went above and beyond the call of duty to get him services and advocate for him like only parents can. I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone with a child on the spectrum.

I have worked as a BT (soon-to-be RBT) at Proud Moments for less than a year, but I am already so happy with my experiences working for the company. My supervisors have been AMAZING; they provide me with so much support and guidance, are always there to answer my questions and help problem-solve, and continually challenge me to sharpen my skills and become increasingly confident in my abilities. The Rockville branch has amazing staff who are very committed to their employees and, most importantly, their clients. Everyone is so pleasant to work with, and the Rockville branch/team does a great job providing a professional yet warm environment to work in.Having worked for a few different ABA programs over the last few years, I can confidently say that Proud Moments has been, by far, the best ABA company I have worked for. I am planning on staying with them for the foreseeable future.

As a parent to a wonderful non-verbal 5 year old boy that was diagnosed when he was 2. All our hopes and dreams for him completely changed as we were plunged in the world of Autism. My wife and I did our rigorous researched to find the best therapies there is that is best and suited well for our son - as well as for us. We’ve been with Proud Moments for almost 2 years now and been working with Erica Rau as our Lead BCBA and Diana Shields as in-house therapist. With its importance on taking data, making plans, charting progress and reaching goals, that made us feel like there are some order to our days and to my sons progress. I can’t say enough good things about our ABA team, and it was a monumental addition to our family. Thank you!
