My appointment was at 10am. I got there 10 minutes early and I had to wait for the person who is giving me a massage to arrive to work 50 minutes late. No body has apologized to me for sitting there and waiting to get a service for that long. The service was horrible, the massager was totally unpleasant ( she left the room so many times even without telling me about it., she left the door open whenever she left, she was commanding me to pay tips like she did a good job....). W DAY SPA is the worst massage place I have ever seen and I would never ever recommend it to anyone else.Gutu Berki

Ive been going to w massage for a couple of years.Lily knows how to do just about every type of massage shes great with deep tissue and also Thai massage. She speaks English pretty well and her conversations are delightful.Mr David has a medical massage license and he can fix my lower back issues and my shoulder and neck. I love his medical and lymph drainage massage. However his English is limited so I use the Google translate on my phone if I need to tell him something.Overall it is a wonderful place and they make me feel like a member of their family every time I go.I highly recommend this place!

Although the appointment started off rocky when my sister and I were told we didnt have an appointment - once everything was as it should and Amy and Yiang got started on our 90 minute massage it was absolute heaven (I had Yiang and my sister had Amy). Ive had many massages in my years, and this one was by far the best! In addition, we asked for a deep tissue and received a full blown hot stone and towel treatment! The place is simple and theres no fluff. But if youre just looking for a really great massage without the silly bells and whistles, cucumber water, and 10 release forms (that take away from your relaxation time), then this place is for you.

I stopped my massage because they clearly did not know what they were doing. When I asked the owner to rectify the situation and 3 months later when she does reply, she asked me to never call her again, and said she has a lawyerWOW that customer service

I went to W Day with some pain in my lower back after a round of golf. I saw Ellen last Friday and the massage I received relieved the pain I was experiencing for over a week! I told her where my pain was in my back and she used a heated lotion that felt magnificent. I highly recommend W Day Health Care. The office is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and professional...I will definitely be returning.

Hard to communicate since no one there spoke English. Hard to tell masseuse that some of her pressure was too hard. Also, noise level broke the relaxation; there was a woman somewhere in the small, not soundproofed, office speaking in a loud voice for about a quarter of the time. Would not recommend.

I do not recommend this place at all. Communication is hard and they are rude. They keep leaving the room and talking to people out of the room. It’d suppose to be a place to relax and i definitely felt the opposite. Do not waste your money.

I cant believe the TERRIBLE service at this spa. The masseuse left to use the bathroom, then came back and the customer waited for another 30min before leaving the spa. Groupon was not honored! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA!!

Is a Amazing place , very professional n they have nice music tat relaxed . I found tis place on Google , I read the reviews so...so.. me n my husband decided gave a try, so we walk in to ask for couple massages . “We love it” , leaving with no stress, is a lovely gifts. They do stretching, medium pressure with pressure point ( any pressure tat u can require) n trigger point. We very grateful to find a good masseur tat know wat they do, highly recommend. Never try, never know, everyone have wisdom to judge people, but not without try.Good luck..😁

The masseuse was kind and professional but she interrupted the session several times to greet a visitor and to talk to her colleague which wad really unpleasant.I do not plan to come again. Fortunately I had a groupon coupon it costed less.My body is sore I am supposed to feel better.

Probably the worst massage Ive ever gotten. My masseuse was an elderly gentleman who was out of breath during the whole massage. The room had flies in it and the place itself had a very back-alley feel. I ended up telling the man to cut the massage short. When I went to pay for the massage, their receipt roll wasnt working so they decided to cancel the charge and charge me again so now I have double the charge taken out of my account and i have to wait up to three days to see if the first charge falls off. Definitely save your money and time and stay away from this place.UPDATE: Like I expected, I was charged twice. My bank was nice enough to just credit me without filing a dispute so I guess the spa got free money. Please beware, no I dont think they are scamming people, but they obviously have no idea what theyre doing.

They double booked me and when I showed up on time, I was asked to leave with no customer service to make it right. To be completely honest, probably a blessing in disguise - the place looked super dirty with tape holding the carpet down.

Very amateurish operation. Massage was absolutely horrible. Lady did reflexology on my feet with gloves on, and put lotion on her hands. Never had a massage where I was literally getting hit in my head. Never touched my chest, front portion of upper body. Ive had hundreds of massages, and this was the worst by far.

The two 💆 talked the ENTIRE time to each other. I asked for a specific type of massage, they said they did it over the phone- got there, did not know how, nor have the proper equipment. Place was not neat and clean. Food was on book shelves. No tea offered. Used smaller than mouthwash cups for water, which was not cold. Owner was in bathroom for clients, so I had to wait for a bit on that and made me feel uneasy using afterwards. Sheets had holes in them. I was not impressed and would not go back or recommend. Even with the price of only $55-60 (with tip) on Groupon special of $40 pp.

No one spoke English at all well. Not the best environment. The day after my massage my back and my neck really hurts. They kept going in and out of the room while my massage was taking place. I’m never going back there.

I was just driving in the area late in the afternoon yesterday when I saw this spa. I walked in and had a full body massage which I really enjoyed given its low price. The place is clean and very silent and relaxing.

The massage is superb! I highly recommend this spa to the working population.

My friends and myself were treated nicely when my shoulders pain were greatly diminished by the care of spa special hot stone placement in addition to those joint massage. This is better than taking pain relief medicines as before.

So I had my doubts, I was afraid that since it was a cheap price (compared to others in area) service wasnt going to be good. I am happy to be wrong.Lucy is amazing, my back and neck pain are gone!Now, beware:1- This is the real Chinese experience -it is going to hurt at times, but you just got to relax and endure the pain (it is worth it later when the pain you went for is gone).2- Lucy speaks some English but she is more talkative in Chinese (She helped me practice my Chinese)Cannot complain.

This was a really bad experience. I gifted my mom a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage groupon voucher. We went to the place and the receptionist could not communicate with us properly because English wasnt her first language. She dialed another lady up and talked to her for some time when we presented her our digital groupon voucher to scan. She put the phone on our ears to talk to the other lady on the phone who kept saying that we need a printout of our voucher. We asked them to print it out there and they said the printer is broken. Then instead of finding us an alternative to the situation, the lady on the phone kept talking in a rude and aggressive manner asking us to pay the full price and that they wont offer their services for free. Its a digital era and everyone scans coupons, they did not tell us the necessity of having it printed out. They did not apologize or offer to reschedule either. It was a very poor experience and I had to ask for a refund from Groupon. Not professional at all.

This was the weirdest massage experience I have ever had. I walked into the spa and nobody was around so I sat on the couch and waited a fewminutes before a man walked over and asked if I wanted a massage, and what the price I had been quoted was, even though I had made an appointment. The price was great, but the massage started out feeling more like acupressure and really hurt leaving me with some back pain the day after (even after drinking tons of water). Halfway through the massage two of the ladies that work at the spa were screaming at each other right outside my door for at least 5 minutes, and one of them came into the room and started talking to the masseuses in the middle of the massage. As I was getting dressed I also noticed that there was a window leading into the laundry room with blinds to cover the window which were completely open allowing anyone on the other side clear view into the room. There were people walking around in there casually as I was getting dressed which made me uncomfortable that I hadnt noticed the window then I was getting undressed earlier. It was just sort of an awkward experience, and they gave you a hospital gown to wear for privacy. Next time I would spend the extra $$ to go somewhere that felt safer and provided a better experience.

Budget yet awesome massages. Annie and Lucy are excellent. Its not the fanciest place on the pike or the most private. But $39 for a hour ($45 with oil) makes this a favorite spot especially if you are having a lot of pain from sports. If you can get over the plain astestics then you may find yourself going here often. If you want something fancier go to massage heights two blocks away. They are twice as expensive though and the massages arent nearly as effective at relieving soreness.

We found this place from a groupon. Not sure what to expect at first. My wifes a little nervous about her first massage. We were blowned away by the absolutly amazing experience. The price is the lowest and most reasonable in the area. Dont let the affordable price fool you, their service is top notch. Me and my wife was welcomed by some of the friendiest staff we encountered. They made sure to ask us what we need and made sure we are comfortable.In addition accomidations for a couples message was made. I tried this place because of the Groupon deal, which I thought it was a good deal. Im also regret coming there. I post review here instead of Groupon is because its didnt allow me to post review on their site, which I understand that Groupon wants to maximize revenue so they couldnt afford negative reviews. This place ask you to wear weird surgical gown, but the most unprofessional thing there is once they know youre using Groupon, their service all of sudden goes down hills. They will tell you massage oil is not included, asking you to pay additional $7, which it never happens in other massage shop at least from my experience. I can heard the owner ask their masseuses to rush you out because other customers are waiting. They just treated Groupon customers like second class citizen. Finally, they cut you short by 5min. Youll wonder why they want to promote their service on Groupon anyway. It looks like all the staff there couldnt speak English, only the owner could speak a little. So if you want anything, the masseuse needs to speak to their boss first. Never go to this place. Needless to say, buying Groupon is even worst because the owner will discount the service accordingly so that youll never get a good deal. My advise is dont read Groupon reviews, because theyre selected by Groupon and post it. As a Groupon user, you can never post a genuine review directly to their site, since your review will be sent to the business owner and then being selectively posted to Groupon site. So you get the rest.
