I used Dr. Schreiner for several years as my primary care physician. I am a RN and unfortunately I found that she lacked the understanding of basic anatomy. I had a pulled muscle in my back and she was unable to diagnose it. She sent me to a specialist who was shocked at her inability to recognize a common ailment, pulled muscle. She also did not take the time to always check to make sure what meds she was prescribing did not have interactions with the medication that I was already on. I also asked her if she kept up with current research and she said she did not. I cannot recommend her as a Physician.
Phyllis Schreiner has been my primary care doctor for many years. She takes her time with you and does a very extensive exam. She tries to answer all of your questions.
Dr. Schreiner has been my primary care provider for many years. She is a thorough, thoughtful and caring physician. I can think of no better review than to state that I have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.
Dr. Schreiner is an exceptional internist who takes the time to listen to her patients. Ive been seeing her for going on a decade and I have never before experienced such competence and caring.
I visited them, they seemed like they care about their clients. However the treatment they gave me didnt work and I called to go back for a follow up visit. They said they would charge me like it is a new visit. I spoke with manager and she said the same.I was going to have them as my primary physician but they failed to keep me as a customer.
Customer service is lacking – the darkside of BIG [managed] medicine. Doctor made no attempt to accomodate & seemed disengaged to make it right. In search of a new primary care practice.
Came to see if I can get a referral for an exam for a pain I’ve had in both sides of my abdomen which I’ve seen multiple doctors and no one seems to be able to try to get me a test. She took notes, no referral, said to send her results and then we’ll go from there and she’ll call when she receives the other items I sent. Two weeks later no call but I did get a $462 charge for the visit. The visit which she took notes and then asked me to send her stuff.
