Dr Lauren is the most amazing, highly professional, very compassionate, patient and very helpful OBGYN I have ever come across. I met her 6 weeks after beeing pregnant. Had a complicated pregnancy yet felt like nothing was happening cause Dr lauren was very helpfull through out till delivery. She is the best to me in the DMV.

I had an urgent issue that I was hoping to take care of quickly and they exceeded expectations. I made the call for an appointment at 12 pm and was able to make one for 12:45 pm the same day. When all was said and done I was back at my office by 1 pm with a prescription awaiting me at my local CVS. Great service!

Doctor Roy Brooks has been my doctor for 20+ years. Dr. Brooks is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, caring and never rushes you through an appointment.

The doctor was very kind, however the front desk staff are lacking in the basic element required for individuals who are the first line of any business, customer service. They acted like they were doing me a favor, I was made to wait 1.15 min for a prescription due to their error and equipment malfunction. It was a big to do for them to fax a prescription to the pharmacy for me. We had to summon the supervisor to intervene after which they then agreed to fax the prescription. I strongly believe that because the document had to be faxed they decided to punish me by having me wait 1.15 min for a prescription without uttering a word of apology for wasting my time. I was refereed here by the veterans choice program and I will ensure that they understand how veterans are treated at this establishment.

I had to bring my daughter in for a potential emergency. We had a good experience with the doctor but the staff at the desk was really rude. I had called in a panic because I couldnt think clearly and was running late because I couldnt find the place. When we got there the person I checked in with was short with me and one of the staff members (who was sitting behind the desk) shouted towards the back They are finally here and never looked at us. At a time like that the last thing we needed was the callous and unprofessional attitudes that they displayed.I was grateful the doctor was understanding and professional.

Excellent and professional OB/GYN doctors!!Dr.Ng, Dr.Brooks and Dr. Blocks are angels!Emily at the front desk in Rockville is a lovely, helpful and kind person!Ps: However Doctor Assistant line, and Central line works pretty bad. The ladies are rude, not helpful at all, without any patience they hang up the phone in your face if you keep asking so much. They are dealing with pregnant womens most of the times. I wish they could help more, and treat the patient kindly.

We visit OBG Contemporary regularly and every time our experience has been good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this practice! 12yrs going to them and couldnt ask for better care for me or my 5 babies.
