This store is nice and clean. Like the display shelves. Well organized. There are a lot of good quality organic products. The cashier is fast and friendly.

MOMs is it friendly store with just the right product selection for my family. Its not too small and not too big. If they dont have something in stock, but they can get it for you, they will special order it and call you when its ready. They have some of the same people there for years. Theyve literally seen my kids from womb until 11yrs old.

Clean, organized store. Tons of local produce and goods. The staff are always kind. You have to try the juice bar too, trust me you will not be disappointed!

This store has great stuff, not just food either. Its not that expensive for organic either, usually. Their hours could be better and its hard to reach the store from Rockville Pike, your best option is to go through the parking lot of the nearby Giant, but I like to shop here when I can!

Produce quality has been going way DOWN!I have been going to Mom’s for years because they have excellent quality produce and I don’t have to inspect everything I pick. I always trusted them until recently. Two months ago, I bought two organic pineapples, the next day I found out they were bad, with bruised flesh inside. A month ago, I bought some organic sweet potatoes, two days later, one of them went rotten, I had to cut out about two thirds of it. Today, I bought some organic apples, but when I got home and started to unload the groceries, I found out one apple was rotten and moldy on one side. That’s it; I can’t take this anymore! So I went back to the store immediately and had it returned. I asked the manager if the store has any policy to compensate a bad shopping experience like this. He was ambiguous and not helpful. I took it as a NO, politely thanked him, and left the store.Personal note: The produce quality is disappointing, not worth the sticker price anymore. And I will not go back ever!!

I have been shopping with them since they opened the first one in our area of DC. One of the best, always stocked, always helpful staff and some of the best products and bulk purchases you can get in our area.

I’ve always had very helpful cashiers when I visit Mom’s but today Livia went above and beyond…She was helpful, patient, understanding, companionate and encouraging. MOM’s is lucky to have this woman as an employee!

This is an amazing store, if you like organic and healthy food. It has a feeling of a neighborhood store of the good old days. Before supermarkets became so big. Yet it does have many items, arranged in a delightful way. The store is really a pleasure to shop and the service is very good. Items in the store are generally not cheap, but some item are cheaper here than in other places. Overall its an amazing place. Enjoy.

Love the store that’s why I gave it 5 stars. I have been going there for Naked Lunch for as long as I can remember.However today I called to complain because I ordered the Cauliflower Tacos but let’s just say it was almost all kale salad and not much of the chickpea and cauliflower when I deconstructed it.I get that it was busy. I get that the employee may have made a mistake. What I don’t get was the manager complacent attitude when I called to share my experience.I just wanted to let you know. Do better by listening. Also a little more filing in the tacos.Wish I could add a picture of the taco I deconstructed but I’ll share the next time I’m on-Site.

I really love shopping at MOMS. It is always a pleasant shopping experience. No line outside. I found everything I needed. Checkout lines move quickly. Associates are always friendly and helpful. Food prepared for you to takeout is delicious. I tried the Black Bean burger today. It was delicious!

DO NOT BUY MILK PRODUCE HERE - Three times I have brought home milk produce that was either rancid or turned rancid in a few days (1-3 days). When it first happened (Nancys Keffir), I thought it was me not putting away my produce away. When it happened again (Nancys Keffir) I put it down to the brand and stopped buying Nancys Keffir. My recent purchase of Organic Valley Whole Milk was sour in two days (I usually use it in two weeks, and it had a use by date of June 22nd). I didnt bother calling or returning to the store. The one strange thing I noticed is that they turn all the milk containers so that the expiration dates are not facing you, you need to get the carton out of the refrigerator to read the expiration date. I will keep shopping here because I hate Whole Foods but I will not buy their milk produce, ever.

I love the fact they have an alkaline water refill station. Although I dont enjoy their high prices. The selection of beer and wine is great.

This is one of the nicer Moms Organic Market locations that has the food place to order and pick up food bowls and things. Ive shopped here many times over the last 3-4 years and have always been satisfied with my experiences. Parking is usually easy to find and convenient.

One of my favorite places to shop, their selection is so good and their staff are so friendly and helpful. Great quality health foods and variety and don’t sell products that advertise to children which is nice. Highly recommend trying it!

Yummy organic cafe with healthy bowls and vegan options, plus it is the cheapest and most environmental conscious among the local markets Moms, Whole Foods, and Roots. You can bring empty bottles of makeup, shampoo, and other recycling stuff. Their tomato plants and veggies sold during the spring always grow and provide the best organic food at home (it even makes me think I got a green thumb! 😆). Just wish it was bigger as lines tend to be long...

Nice, clean, well-lit natural foods market that is part of a local chain. High quality organic products, including fresh produce and extensive dairy, household, and healthy/beauty products selection. Very strong local beer, wine, and cider selection (as well as non-local choices). Friendly service, and things you cant find most places. Check-out lines can be long at peak times.

Love the selection of interesting products. Most seem well-priced, comparable or better than Whole Foods. Employees are kind enough to walk you to the product you need. I took my time shopping and had a good time.

Their pricing is competitive and comparable to the organic fruit and veggies at a regular grocery store. Their other products are high quality or non-mainstream organic items like animal crackers or frozen pizza, so those tend to be a little more expensive.

Large spacious location. Great customer service. Same fresh, quality products weve come to love. They are dilligent in disinfecting each cart/basket after each use. Great experience at this location.

Moms is the best. Nobody can touch their produce section. Its fuego.

We shop here regularly. Their facility has wide aisles and high ceilings making it especially suitable during the Covid 19 epidemic. They maintain hand sanitizer stations at both the entrance and exit doors. Prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but they have a wide selection of foods, focusing on health oriented items. But, they also have items you might not expect such as an excellent (tho not deep) selection of beers. Parking is more than adequate and a queue of sanitized shopping carts is actively maintained outside the store. MOMs is a little difficult to find if youve never been there before, so its probably a good idea to map our your route beforehand.

Moms is our regular grocery store. We love it for so many reasons. It has a huge variety of food and almost all of it is organic. The fruits and vegetables are absolutely delicious. They also have a wide variety of things for special diets like gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. They are also very environmentally responsible as a company. You can bring all sorts of recyclables to the store and all of their energy is green energy. The people who work there are also very conscientious and kind. We absolutely love the store and hope it continues to thrive.

Good selection of everything. Only lose a star because most all of the cashiers and baggers are terrible at bagging the groceries. Please dont put my chips and bread on the bottom of the bag next to heavy things. Id bag myself but they always just start doing it while Im unloading.

Clean and well organized store. I had a Jammed Yam at the cafe and it was delicious and nutritious. It was enough for 2 people or two meals and cost was very reasonable ($11).

Great selection of organic groceries. This location also has a lunch bar where you can get a quick bite. Try the black bean burger.

I agree with the Naked Lunch comments below. I also appreciate the delicious menus inclusion of new meal options. The ever changing selections keep me interested.I have many reasons for being a loyal customer. A few of those are practical: Price, trust, and health. I have researched item-for-item in both natural food stores and in my local discount grocery store and found that MOMs prices are lowest. (Id expected the discount grocery stores prices to be best, but they were higher for organic food.) I also can choose any produce and trust that it is organically grown, meaning that I can confidently feed my elderly mother fresh fruit without worrying that our fruit has been slathered with pesticides or been grown in poisonous soil. Lastly, I only eat gluten-free. I can find every gluten-free item that I want at MOMs. I used to have to hunt for my groceries and do without some items when I couldnt find the gluten-free version. Now, my cart is full, my cupboards are stocked, and my stomach is happy. Thank you, MOMs!

Ethics and morals are in the right place! Super sustainable and eco-friendly with tons of options for people with dietary requirements! They support local farmers and businesses too. Staff is always friendly and helpful! However, it is expensive.

M.o.m. has fresh produce, a bulk section, a variety of teas, a great health supplement/beauty department and beer/wine too. They also have a cafe and juice bar.

This was once my favorite store. I dont mind the prices because it is a special store for people like me. I have certain eating restrictions. I do expect quality in my food. Most recently, I had to return chicken that had a foul smell. I dont think the temperature was set properly for that batch of chicken. I can remember when I purchased fish; the fish was packed in an ice portable cooler. The fish at the top was not fully ice packed. Then there was chicken I purchased (not the most recent mentioned above) that had a 2 week old expiration date because someone was on vacation. Each time the foul rotten smell was horrible.

What an unexpected find...a small cafe in this MOMS! Prepared food to go! A really busy market. I dont know if that was the reason not to find the fresh chicken parts that I was looking for or not. While I feel safe buying from this market, the prices are extremely high. I paid 10.00 for 2 chicken leg quarters.

Just like a good Mom everything offered is just so organically tasty and good for you just as God intended food to be. Wonderful quick meals for vegan lifestyles.

Great local organic grocery store. Also sells wine and beer. My family enjoys the grain bowls from their restaurant. Good selection of gluten free products.Good to know: If you buy their re-usable cloth bags they will replace them when they wear out.

MOMs has everything I need without being overwhelming. The quality is good and the staff is very helpful. If they dont have something Im looking for, they always off to order it. 10% off for case discounts too! If there was one downside to MOMs its that the staff can be too helpful. I like to bag my own groceries, but its not uncommon to be asked by three different people if they can bag for me. I also hope they add paperless receipts soon.

I have become more focused on my health and what I put into my body over the past few years. I’ve been shopping at other major retailers, that is until I discovered MOM’s.Their staff are friendly and helpful, and their shelves you can count on being full of wholesome products free from a growing list of 70+ ingredients that are not healthy for you, leaving less label checking for you and more time to actually shop.Their produce is delivered daily, so it is often much fresher than other super markets, especially in organic. The other thing I love is you know if it is on the shelf it is organic!Make sure to bring your own containers for bulk spices, or bulk goods and save on using plastic/paper bags.

First time ever in a MOMs! Very nice store. Nice selection of produce, bulk products, select meats, and even beer & wine. I came seeking chickpea flour to make brownies & found several brands. The cashier offered me a free reusable bag since I was a first-time customer. I recommend this market to all! Check it out!

Great selection of organic products. Bulk bins are good, not as extensive as some retailers but offering some things not seen in those other local shops, like soap and detergent. Wine is overpriced but you can find a deal here and there. Best price on gallons of organic milk, packaged for Moms by Tricking Springs. Definitely worth a visit.

I LOVE this market. I have a gluten allergy and at regular supermarkets finding what I need is a chore. Everything at MOMS is at my fingertips and clearly labeled. The produce is amazing and the selections of items is the largest I have ever seen. I am definitely going to be making regular stops here from now on.
