Unfortunately the worst purchase I have ever made. The pictures speak a thousand words. This is 18 inch light relax hair- washed and deep conditioned out of the package and never warn. It sheds , tangles, and matts up excessively (literally the comb shows entire strands pulling out when combed. ( You can see all the hair on the floor from one comb through.) The photo shows one bundle wrapped in 4 rows. The bottom 6 inches of the hair is completely thinned out. All the hair is very messy and shredded with several different lengths. I took a chance even though there is no returns - you pay for shipping and shipping to exchange only- if you can get the customer service rep not to give you an attitude. Please dont make the same mistake.

I was in such a rush looking for the perfect wavy hair extensions that matched my hairstyle and ONYC didnt disappoint!My hair arrived even earlier than expected, which was perfect for me because my vacation was coming up. It was so exciting opening it up because once I started checking its texture, it was so soft and smooth, feeling just like real hair (well, it is virgin hair). The hair was easy to apply and looked so beautiful when worn that people thought I wasnt wearing wefts at all.While it isnt the best for swimming, my photos looked amazing.

This is the first time I came upon their bundle deal, and it has everything that I need. I got some hair extensions with different lengths. All I can say is that this is an extensive one, and I was able to use them all. The hair matches my curl pattern and it feels like it is my own hair. So disappointed. Emails unanswered, issue, and complaint left unresolved. They sold me $500 worth of hair extensions on the boast of cuticle aligned hair and great quality. Well after 3, week long installs (clip ins) the hair has begun to matte and tangle into a birds nest with knots so tangled they need to be CUT out of the hair. Of course this leads to extreme shedding with strands of hair pulling out from the weft...just an overall tragedy and disaster. Sure signs of hair that is not cuticle aligned for anyone who has done their research or knows the hair business. I wanted to like this company so bad. I thought the quality was amazing and even wrote rave reviews. But they turned out to be complete frauds full of false advertisement. If they stood by the quality of their product and have so much integrity in their company, they wouldve resolve my issue and responded to my concerns. But unfortunately theyve done nothing but ignore me leaving me to feel duped, bamboozled, and scammed. I plan to pursue a resolution to the fullest extent of the law. If I could give ZERO stars I honestly would. Buyer BEWARE!

I just got my ONYC Extensions installed a couple of weeks ago as my stylist suggested it. I tried so many times to find a decent brand on the internet and I stumbled on ONYC Hair. Then I asked her for advice and she approved! IThey have overall good reviews so I decided to get it. My experience with previous extensions is that they always look fake and the ones more natural get tangled up, I dont know why but I really needed some help. I have used a lot of different types of hair but it seems like nothing works. However, when I started using ONYC, it worked like a charm. Shedding has been significantly minimized. Its a really great hair, especially when you have love extensions like me.

For someone that have tried almost all types of curly hair (I am a curly hair addict) I truly enjoyed the Kinky Curly Hair from ONYC hair. This is by far the best Kinky curly weave Ive had. What I love about this Kinky curl hair is how real it looks! Just looking at the photos and reviews alone, I started to get very excited. It was exactly what I needed and it looked even better once I received it. The wefts are durable and the hair hair felt just like real hair, not like the typical fake stuff I was so used to seeing when purchasing online. Now, I dont need the hassle of spending tons of time and money having my hair redone because of curls dropping or unbearably excessive tangled hair! It feels just like my own and I have had no issues with maintaining it, just remember to cowash and get their detangling brush! BEST Kinky Hair hands down.

Smells really nice, no bad smell. The texture matched my blow out hair to a T.This is my second order, my fist order was packaged very well; customer service answered all my questions and shipment got here on time. The second time, I picked up at their location in Rockville.I will buy again!

When I first bought the Curly Addiction hair, I thought it was absolutely beautiful...loved the curl. But after about 3 weeks, it started matting so bad that I had to cut it out, could not comb through the matted hair. I contacted Onyc and at first they blamed me. After explaining how I cared for hair, they finally agreed to replace hair for small fee... New batch did same thing. Because I love the curl, I tried one more time and its doing same thing again. This time I talked directly to owner and she suggested starting back track up higher from neck. My stylist did that. Still matted and had to cut out hair that matted. This hair is super expensive, $1400+ for 3 batches plus cost of frontal x 2 plus $200 for 2 replacement packs. Ive been getting weaves for over 30 years and Ive never had hair mat like this. I always get really good hair. This is the worst Ive ever bought. And trust me, IT IS NOT THE User! I will never buy any more hair from them again. Not worth the money. No hair this expensive should matt like this and then have their rep blame me for bad care. I Only use sulfate free shampoo and leave in conditioner that Onyc recommended. At night I braid hair in 4 - 6 braids and cover with silk cap. I only used small amt of mousse and light oil. That is all. Ive bought hair directly from Italy, top retailers in New York and California. Ive bought hair from Jia and Her Import, His an Hers, and indique, just to name a few places, and not once has any of the hair matted like this hair. They say 1 year... NO Way.. If you get 3-4 months youre doing good. Now, to be fair the actual matting mainly occurs in the back of the head, but again for the cost that should never occur. None of the other hair I ordered in the past ever matted, even when Ive been on vacation and swimming all day. Im writting this review because Ive spent over $4000 trying to give my people my business, tried 3 times as I Tried to give them a benefit of doubt. Well, Im done, thrown away 3 different batches in less than 6 months. I would never recommend Curly Addiction hair. And I wont even get into the extremely unprofessional - underhanded staff working in the warehouse.
