Got turned down after a very long and detailed phone call while making my appointment. Was a passenger in a car accident and waited days with broken bones just to be told that someone (definitely was the same girl I talked to on the phone) gave me the wrong information. She was sitting there without her mask on her phone as well while trying to give her the paperwork I filled out for no reason in an extremely over crowded waiting room. Judging by all of the weed related magazine unless you need a medical card or want Covid form their lack of care do not go here. They were all whispering in each others ears like it was something against me as another guy in the waiting room was in the same exact situation as me but with no obviously broken bones like I have and are able to see him. 0/10 recommend.I agree with Ry M 100% dude is a total gump

I have not had a primary care provider in years; I came in to get some routine items completed, and I came out with a new doctor. He is both caring and insightful, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Heshmat to anyone who has ever felt uncomfortable or weary around doctors, he is exceptional, and medicine is truly his calling.

I can’t put into words how much of a caring doctor he is! I am not much of a doctor person but he has been so great that I need it to take the time to write this review! Since the first time I stepped into his office, he took sometime to collect some information about me. Dr Heshmat is such a wonderful doctor that even though my insurance is making it a hassle to work with, I am willing to pay out of pocket. I don’t regret one penny of the money I have spent. A doctor who cares and looks to help you truly Is Hard to Find! Thank you! For the amazing time and care!

I don’t think you could find a better doctor. Everything about his office is nice including the staff.

Would have given ZERO stars if I could as this doctor is highly UNPROFESSIONAL, showing POOR COMMUNICATION skills and not being able to separate business from personal life during appointments. His ARROGANCE and EGO have shown time and time again that he LACKS COMPASSION and understanding. Be very careful with this doctor as he cannot answer a patients questions without feeling that his intelligence is threatened or challenged. His CHILDISH behavior is what made me switch doctors, but I regret starting my road to recovery with him as he cannot even communicate with other doctors hes referred me to. I believe my health has slightly DECLINED due to his INEFFICIENT practice.Examples (to name a few):Given me the wrong amount of medicine multiple times.Not faxing over important documents when asked multiple times.Being very rude and unprofessional while I had emotional support (friends/family) come with me into the room.

My new doctor does no have time for me for good advice for all new customer if you are male dont waste your time to spend time there he will not assist you he only care about good looking girls not guys if you are female you welcome i know arab doctors well i am from iran

My brother for the first time he is there to the office of dr ahmed for several time keep waiting for some one assist him he was complain for many things for the nurse the one she helping dr just saw my brother maybe 3 minutes thats all he told my brother after result of blood everything is normal you dont have to worry then we find he is liar we switch to another dr the oher doctor find my brother has lots of problem health i would love to say shame on this idiot doctor dont know nothing

First time I have been to Dr. Heshmat. I give four stars only because of course, if I gave 5 stars, that would mean they have little or no room to grow and we all have opportunities to improve professionally, personally, whatever.My experience here was fantastic. For starters, I booked on Zocdoc which was seamless.I was inadvertently two hours early as I misread the appointment as 12:15 when it was actually 2:15. The staff, Reen, Zee and Alan, couldn’t have been more accommodating.All of my needs were addressed appropriately first by Zee and then by Dr. Heshmat.My overall experience here has been good enough for me to say, “This is my new primary care physician”. Not that I didn’t like my former one but just the high level of comfort I felt at Dr. Heshmats office.Just to add, all safety precautions for Covid 19 seemed very much in place and followed.

He caused my husbands kidneys to fail, and now due to more irresponsible care in the wake of this Covid craziness, my husband passed away two weeks ago. Heshmat is not a doctor. Doctors check, doctors test, doctors care. Heshmat made arbitrary diagnosis of gout without further testing back in 2017, sent my husband for a sleep study, made us buy a still brand new and useless machine, and let my husbands already damaged kidneys get worse and worse until they massively failed the following year. He had two and a half years of dialysis, but could not survive. Now his seven year old twins will grow up fatherless. It is fully possible to treat failing kidneys - why as a board certified physician did he not see the connection between the swollen foot and the sleepiness? I am no one and have no possibilities to fight for any sort of justice, but if I could, I would see his practice burn, and him experience the greatest awakening and remorse for the superficiality of his dealings. This quack has no regard for life...

Ive personally been seeing Dr. Heshmat for over 4 years and I drive from Frederick to Rockville MD at least once a month for medication refills. Simply because he cares so much about his patients. This is the first doctor in my life that Ive felt completely comfortable being 100% honest with and Im so glad I was because that was ONE of the times that he showed me how much he truly cares about his patients health and not how much money he can make off you!

Hes a great physician , knows where to send you for all your medical needs. Wish I could have him for my primary care provider . He knew exactly what I needed for my health issues. If I needed to see him earlier , he never turned down any appointments. So if your looking for a great doctor , hes a great choice.

Dr. Hesmat is an amazing doctor! I feel comfortable talking to him about pretty much anything. He really takes time to listen and navigate how he can solve the problem at hand. I always leave feeling better; because of his bedside manor n i know whatever he prescribed will get me bk tip top shape. Dr. Heshmat is a very knowledgeable, patient, and caring doctor. My healthcare has been extremely complicated, baffling and frustrating other physicians. Yet he has consistently over the years been able to find a way to coordinate the care of the various issues to improve and maintain my health level. He is determined to assist in helping his patients. Where other doctors are pushing to get you out of their offices in as few minutes as possible, Dr. Heshmat ends each appointment by asking (1) if I have any questions, and (2) have we covered everything I came in for. In this day and age this is such a rare quality.
