Had a root canal performed last week by Dr. E and the entire experience was excellent. I must say that I am a bit dental phobic and was nervous going in. Dr. E explained everything during my evaluation visit and during the root canal visit everything was smooth and painless. Even fell asleep during the procedure. Highly recommend!!

Wanted to write a review to thank Dr. Eghtesadi and his staff for taking real good care of me. To start Marlyn at the front desk was very pleasant. First appointment (Monday) was for the evaluation and locating the vague pain I was having. After a very detailed exam Dr. E was able to locate my pain which my general dentist thought was coming from a top tooth, but was actually from the bottom area. The root canal was painless and seamless and as I am writing this review I am pain free. I dare say it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Dr. Eghtesadi.

This review is not on any procedure, but on becoming a patient. When filling out paper work for my first appointment, I came across a contract that I needed to sign to become a patient. It’s called a Physician Patient Binding Arbitration Agreement. Since my best friend is a lawyer, I texted her asking what it was, and she strongly suggested I do not sign that type of agreement. The receptionist saw I didn’t sign it when I handed my papers in and when she asked if I didn’t sign for a reason, I told her I wasn’t comfortable signing it. She explained that it means if I were to take any legal action against the Dr, it just means the lawyers for each side would handle everything in mediation. This is a very misleading explanation and I strongly suggest any potential patient to google what it means or speak with a lawyer before signing. Personally, I won’t ever be getting services somewhere where I have to sign a paper stating the parameters of how I can sue them if they’ve caused any damages.

The receptionist Tatiana was very helpful and made my experience pleasant and stress free. And was sure to answer any questions I had. Dr. Eghtesadi provided a comfortable environment which I appreciate a lot. Especially during the current pandemic. Their customer service alone is worth 5 stars to me.

Had an evaluation and a root canal performed by Dr. Eghtesadi on Friday. I was in a lot of pain calling around to see if someone could fit me in before the weekend as I knew I would not last through the weekend with the pain I had. Dr. Eghtesadi and his staff were able to fit me in late afternoon. Was afraid I would feel the pain during the treatment as I was in a lot of pain. To my surprise Dr. E numbed me so good I almost fell asleep in the chair. A day later and I can finally breath. I am so thankful to Dr. E for fitting me in and getting rid of my pain. I never hope anyone has dental pain but if you do these are the right people to go to.

I was sent to Dr. Eghtesadi from a friends referral. Came and saw him last week for an evaluation and today was the root canal appointment. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. Can’t thank him and his staff enough. I would recommend without hesitation.

Dr. Eghtesadi is rude. Believe all of the reviews about him being a good dentist but his demeanor towards his patients is terrible. From his staff to how he speaks to you as a paying patient is just sad. Enough said there is a sign at the front door that says if you leave him a nice review he will give you a star bucks card, so all of these five star reviews are forced. He’s bad for business but will get it done. He’s more so worried about trying to convince you to pay for a 300$ CBCT scab then your insurance. He’s rude like I said will get the job done, I wouldn’t recommend him and they never answer the phone !!! Took forever to get a call back about a week ago when I did call to schedule but over all WASNT very happy with my experience

I had a complicated tooth with calcified roots. My dentist would have preferred to pull it out and replace it with an implant. But I wanted to save my own tooth and so he recomended Dr. Eghtesadi. The clinic is beautifully designed and spotless, the service promt (too many forms to fill on first visit! ) and most importantly, the root canal procedure was sucessful. Dr. Eghtesadi has a sure hand and is clearly very experienced.

Saw Dr. Eghtesadi for an evaluation today thinking I needed a root canal today as was very apprehensive. After the evaluation Dr. Eghtesadi was able to correctly diagnose my issue and that it was not dental related. I am so glad I didnt need a root canal and appreciate Dr. Eghtesadis excellent evaluation skills.

Dr. Eghtesadi was rude, condescending, and arrogant. I honestly don’t understand all of the positive reviews for this business except that there was a sign in the lobby saying that you could get a $5 Starbucks gift card for a positive review written onsite (this is illegal unless the review states that a gift was given in exchange for a review).Dr. Eghtesadi’s receptionist was out, so he was handling everything. I have Tricare insurance, and Dr. Eghtesadi clearly did not understand how that works. Tricare doesn’t give out insurance cards, and instead a military dependent’s ID is used as proof of insurance. Dr. Eghtesadi proceeded to get into an argument with me that mostly consisted of a back and forth of us basically saying the same thing over and over again, with him saying he needed to have a card with a phone number in order to verify my insurance and me saying that I don’t have a card with a phone number because Tricare doesn’t do that. Then, Dr. Eghtesadi said, in the most patronizing way possible, “I’m going to talk to you like you’re my sister. You need to figure this out because you’re going to have problems with this in the future.” I explained that I hadnt had problems before.Dr. Eghtesadi then said that he didn’t know what he was supposed to do because all I have is a government ID and who is he supposed to call, the government? I was pretty bewildered by his attitude and sarcasm, but I calmly responded by saying that I would probably try United Concordia Tricare first. This is, in case anyone was wondering, how you verify Tricare dental insurance.I wondered aloud whether his receptionist would know how to handle this, and he said harshly, “She knows less than I do.” Woah. Okay. It’s not like it’s her job to handle insurance or anything.Anyways, once I got to the back area, the rest of the visit was fine, and Dr. Eghtesadi was surprisingly courteous when I called a few days later to discuss the results of the scan, so it’s possible that my visit was a strange deviation from his normal behavior. It is also possible that he has anger issues and no problem being rude, condescending, and hostile towards a small, young female who did nothing wrong. Reading some of the other negative reviews about him online seems to suggest a pattern of angry outbursts. You might get lucky and have a positive experience or you might have one like mine, and do you really want to play that game of chance? There are plenty of other endodontists in the area and some of them may actually have some emotional control.Edit: Dr. Eghtesadi’s reply shows he still doesn’t understand Military insurance even though he is a part of the Tricare Network. Instead of listening he gets upset and condescending.My military ID and benefits number ARE proof of insurance. I actually spoke with a customer representative from Tricare after this disastrous dental appointment and she confirmed that the only proof I needed was my ID and benefits number (some providers will also ask for the sponsor’s DOB and SSN), and she said that providers can verify my insurance by calling their number or through their website. I have had Tricare for years and visited dentists all across the country, and all of them have not had a problem verifying my insurance, even when they weren’t in network. I want to reiterate that I did nothing wrong and that the problem was and is Dr. Eghtesadi’s ignorance about insurance and unwillingness to listen.Dr. Eghtesadi was not “direct,” “to-the-point,” or “candid.” He was rude, patronizing, and caustic. If you’ve ever had someone try to “help” you or “teach” you something when really they just wanted to take their emotions out on you or assert their imagined superiority, then you will know what I mean.Several people have posted 5 star reviews for this business just a day or two after I posted my negative review. I just called this business out for its shady review practices, and now there are suspicious reviews? How are people supposed to trust that the positive reviews for this business are legitimate?

I discovered this office under an emergency during the existing Covid 19. I was a bit skeptical but my fears went away immediately after seeing the strict protocol they have beginning in the waiting room. I am a Dental Hygienist and I am totally aware of all the protocols that should be followed. With that being said, needless to say that Dr Eghtesadi and his secretary Tatiana made my visits very relaxing and was comfortable at all times. For sure I can recommend this office with a review of 5 Stars.

Dr. Eghtesasdi and his staff need to do a better job with scheduling. I waited for him for over an hour for a root canal I payed for already and he didn’t care walked in late not even an apology. I get that he works elsewhere but prioritize your patients please doctor because we have lives too. So without being said he’s nice and all but please be aware he will always be late and not care just because his front desk already got his money.

The moment I got here the staff were so kind and detailed. The atheistic of the building made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Ali and Sohaila, his assistant, are an amazing team. I received a root canal and it was entirely pain free!! I could have literally took a nap. His patient rapport was top notch. I went in expecting the root canal to take hours however, to my surprise he was done in an hour. I’m so happy I picked him. I’m completely satisfied with his efficient and quality treatment. The entire staff are so professional, friendly and warm. If I could rate above 5 stars I certainly would. Totally recommend!!

I have had greate experience at Georgetowne Park Endodontics. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. My appointments have been both painless and efficient, excellently alleviating my earlier reservations about having to come to the dentist. It is a wonderful establishment that promotes dental health and customer satisfaction, and I would highly recommend it.

I am terrified of dental offices, so having to get a root canal definitely wasnt sitting well with me. Thankfully, the staff & Doctor put me at ease with their kind & positive attitude. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable & answered all of my questions. Overall, my experience went well. The Doctor & his assistant worked gently & efficiently to rid me of my tooth pain. Dr. Eghtesadi knows what hes doing & Im so happy I found his office.

I want everyone to know the truth, hoping no-one has to go through what I went through. Dr. Ali will perform a root canal on you and refuse to send the report to any other dentist to complete the crown. He doesnt trust anything done by any other dentist, nor any x-rays taken by them. You will be forced to take repeat x-rays at his office. Yet he blatantly refuses to send the x-rays hes performed at his clinic.In this time and age, the least you can expect from any practitioner is to follow the STANDARD OF CARE.BUYER/CONSUMER BEWARE!

My visit to Georgetowne Park was an impromptu but pleasant experience. The office is neat, modern and clean. The front desk receptionist was friendly and thorough. The dentist was friendly, explained the procedure verbally and visually and insured I felt “no pain” and that the procedure would be “the best work.” The office accepted my insurance as well which made the cost manageable. There will be a follow up appointment. Initially I was very anxious but felt good at the end knowing my care was always their first priority. Thank you!

Office is impeccably clean and the office manager Sohaila is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Insurance was handled smoothly (total treatment cost was made clear from the beginning). Dr. Eghtesadi is equally great and made the entire treatment process as smooth as possible. He even called us personally before we’d scheduled a consultation to answer questions. Excellent endodontist!!! I had received a root canal previously from another endodontist in Vermont and one root canal from a general dentist 20 years ago, but WOW what a difference in technique. Staff was great, procedure smooth and I was adequately numb, and Dr. Es bed side manner Is direct and detailed. God to see professionals like him.

Had a great positive experience today at Georgetowne Park. They were understanding I was late but once we got started my root canal took less than 30 minutes. A previous root canal was more difficult because of placement and how bad it was, but it hasnt given me any trouble since.

My root canal was easier and more comfortable than just having a cavity filled. Dr. Eghtesadi is experienced, focused, and has excellent diagnostic skills.

Dr. Eghtesadi is very professional! I had a wonderful experience with a stubborn tooth that was bothering me for a while. Dr. Eghtesadi gave a very comfortable injection to numb the area and did a seamless root canal. I was in and out of the office in under an hour. He explained the procedure, what was going on with the tooth, and how to take care of it in the future. I am very happy with my first root canal experience!

I was in horrible pain looking for an endodontist who could do a root canal ASAP! My experience was great at Georgetown park endodontics. Dr Eghtesadi is very knowsegable and explained eve urging to me very well. He administered all shots painlessly and had zero post op pain after my root canal. I’ve had a root canal done by a general dentist before and recommend seeing a specialist if you need to have one done. My experience post operation here is incomparable.From the front office to the operating room, their office is immaculately clean. Their decor is very modern, had comfortable seating and phone chargers available which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful in forwarding information to my general dentist. I️ would recommend this Office to family and friends.

I was so pleased with the whole place in general! Sohaila and Dr. Eghtesadi were amazing! When I first walked in, I was greeted and treated as if I were at a five star resort and Dr. Eghtesadi came in just for me as he normally isnt at this location on a Thursday. I really wish he could be my full time dentist :-( I highly recommend this place and cant say enough great things about it! If you need a root canal you should definitely go to this place.

The office is very nice and fancy but I was more impressed by their professionalism and the customer service I received. All my experiences at previous endodontics were awful so I am very delighted with the services. Dr. Eghtesadi listened to me, explained the process and answered my questions. I have just returned from one of the most painful dental procedures in my life. This is not my first root canal, so I know what to expect. However, the amount of pain I was in from beginning to end was excruciating. Dr. Eghtesadi has no bedside manner. He was 30 minutes late to start my scheduled procedure- no apologies for running late. He didnt talk to me before the procedure to try and ease my anxiety. Any questions I had were relayed through his assistant. At one point, I was in such excruciating pain, tears were rolling down my face and Dr. Eghtesadi never stopped to help me. When he was finished and asked if I was OK, I said no and Dr. Eghtesadi brushed it off and said my tooth was swollen and bled a lot. Thats it. He didnt offer any solutions to help alleviate my pain. He didnt ask if I had anything at home to help pain- nothing. The entire experience was horrific. I would not recommend Dr. Eghtesadi to anyone.Dr. Eghtesadi JUST called me to chew me out over this review! He accused me of lying and then, like a child, threatened to fire his front desk staff when he was told I was not given any home care information- he refuses to believe me about that.

Where do I start!?I was completely breath taken walking into the office. Newly built modern space with marble countertops, glass doors and the most innovative technology and tools. You can tell that this doc is up-to-date; It was absolutely gorgeous and CLEAN!!I was greeted by two very friendly receptionists which offered me a beverage from their beverage counter, they then guided me to my room. A friendly gentleman came to take my X-rays and Dr. Eghtesadi walked in shortly after. Doc really listened to what I had to say. He actually CARES about his patients. I have been to several endodontics and believe me, this one cares. He is very informative and descriptive.I am so happy with my root canal and crown. My procedure was comfortable (no pain) and he absolutely over delivered. I highly reccommend Dr. E and GPE!!
