Great care! Very attentive to my concerns, doctor listened and asked questions. I felt very comfortable that they understood and cared about me and my unborn child. Highly recommend! Very caring!! Also sent you a link with some images from the ultrasound which is Fantastic to share with spouse and family.

Excellent! All i can say i felt well taken care of, doctor asked very sensitive questions that my usual primary prenatal visits never asked, i even felt like transferring (lol). Front desk was professional and calm.

I dont understand how this place gets negative reviews. Very friendly ultrasound techs and extremely friendly knowledgeable doctors! Clean and timely... the front desk staff just do their jobs; nothing special but that should not be a reason you give a great establishment 1 star imo. Overall, very happy!

This is the best place for a perinatal ultrasound, I highly recommend it! From the front desk, nurse, ultrasound technicians and the Doctor, they are all very skilled, kind, wonderful, caring, friendly, helpful, and always attentive to conforting all the patients. They truly made a difference with my case, as I received a wrong diagnoses from another perinatal clinic and went on searching for a second opinion. I believe God sent MPA with their wonderful staff to come into my life to help me with my little miracle. In every visit Im always amazed by their care,...one time I remember sharing with their nurse my struggles with RN virtual classes, and she went on teaching me how to take blood pressure measures. She immediately took her time to explained how it looks like and how it works! I was speechless, who does that nowadays? They are all very kind and humble!!

My mom gives this place a low rating because the people in the front desk were very rude, but the doctors and technicians were very kind and helpful. It was only the receptionist who didn’t want to give me her name also when I asked her a simple question she answered very rudely.

Dr Kramer and Valorie, the genetics counselor, we’re amazing. The ultrasound technicians are very gentile and way more skilled in bedside manner as well as operating the ultrasound machine than my OBGYN technician. The front staff are also nice, I’m not sure what all the reviews are referring to. Maybe their has been a change for the better at the front desk. Highly recommended office

Ever since my first appointment everyone was so nice and kind to me. Everyone I encountered was helpful even the providers. They took there and made sure that everything was ok with me and my baby they answered all my questions. I’m so grateful for this practice. I recommend them.

As far as the service provided by the technicians and the doctors I would rate as 5 stars. They are very thorough and pleasant, and explain as they walk through the ultrasound. I would agree that the front desk staff needs more training on being more welcoming. These are the first people you interact with and they always seem too busy to acknowledge you or even if they acknowledge you it seems very terse and back to what they were doing. I understand that they are very busy but just taking a few seconds goes a long way.

I love the doctors, front desk staff, techs, nutritionists, etc at this office. I will agree that there is an issue with keeping timely appointments this is why I took a star off. There were a few times we were sitting there waiting for over an hour when we had a scheduled appointment. Once I realized this though it wasnt an issue I would check in and go to the hospital cafeteria for the wait time or bring a book. I kept in mind the type of doctor I was seeing though and realized that part of the wait meant my kid was healthy and others might not be so lucky. The only thing I would say they could do better is come up with a messaging system of letting patients know how far behind they might be running with appts so patients can plan arrivals better based on that time.

The doctors and technicians are great, the front desk staff of very friendly. But expect to have to wait to wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment time to be seen. 5 stars for staff, 1 star for timeliness.

Everything about my visit was wonderful! The staff was helpful, the facility was clean, the wait was short, and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Visited this place several times for my pregnancy screenings. Very professional doctors and nurses, they took time to answer all my questions and were very confident and calm which is exactly what you need when youre pregnant. Perfect experience.

Front office staff super unfriendly. I asked why I’m still waiting 30 min after my appointment she tells me it’s because that is needed for paperwork processing. Nothing was told to me about waiting 30 min for paperwork processing. She also was eating and licking her fingers while she was administering paperwork. Highly unsanitary. First time here and bad first impression

Front desk people are Not friendly at all. But doctor and nurse are pretty nice.

Very rude and unfriendly Staff. The Front desk people need to smile and be a bit polite with the incoming patients especially the pregnant women.

They cannot keep appointments running on time at this place. It is always a +30 minute wait. Ridiculous
