She had a heavy accent, which there is nothing wrong with, but I found her very difficult to understand. You wont have that problem if youre speaking Spanish with her; unsure of how her Russian is. She did not remember me or responding to my email the night before, were she included her personal number instead of her work line and rudely questioned me how I got that number. I found it odd she did not remember our emails from 12 hours ago. She accused me of thinking her service was free. Like excuse me lady its obviously its not free, if you had remembered our email exchange I had mentioned which insurance I use... I had asked her if she was able to see me sometime before Monday because of a situation I was in, it was a simple yes or no question. Which she answers with excuse me but this is not my problem, your problems are not my problem instead of politely saying that it was not possible. She went on to say this multiple times to me. She was very rude, unbelievably rude.... I mean I cant fathom how someone in that profession thinks its appropriate to act like that.I get it my personal problems are not your personal problem. however, My personal problems are your PROFESSIONAL problem. People come to therapy with their problems to work through them with the professional guidance of a therapist. If thats her attitude Im quite sure shes not suitable to be in this profession.I want to make it clear that I never sat down with her to experience what her sessions are like. This is a first impression personality review and not of her skill. Maybe she is the best therapist in the world. I think its neat that she is multilingual and has certifications in specific areas. Maybe her personality can be a match for certain people who need a tough lady to call them out on their BS and get them in line. For me however I left that phone call feeling like I needed to see a therapist specifically for her. Shes not a match for me but she could be a match for you so dont cross her out on your list of possible therapist just because of this review.

This woman should not be practicing in the field of psychology. Her thick accent is hard to understand and she is a pathological liar and incompetent!After agreeing that I have PTSD and depression from repeated business problems dealing with bad operators.I requested a letter stating what I was being treated for, she said she would state this in a letter. I requested this 5 times, she agreed to send it. She did not, with no explanation. She showed no concern ignoring the needed document.Then she told me Carefirst was refusing to pay her. I paid all of the deducible amounts on time or early. Carefirst said Aybar did not file the paperwork properly. I then told her the sessions would need to stop. I was not going to pay her $120./ hr. Dr. Aybar lied to me and with intent never wrote the letter.This doctor is a liar and is grossly incompetent. Do not use this really bad so called therapist causing more harm than good.
