I know the Institute from a contractors view and that view is ugly. It boggles my mind when I think about what this Institute should stand for kindness, caring, empathy, honesty etc. and what it actually portrays. They cant even pretend to care. Its sad really.

Absolutely impossible to get a hold of. They sure know how t spam bill you, thats for sure.Disgusting behavior, especially towards seriously sick people.
