Membership since 2004, great for my wife and I...pool center year round is nice..we both swim. Then steam or hot tub..

The rehab at First Health Rockingham is a great place to go to rehab. Its also a full gym with a heated pool and a sauna. They also have work out classes. Great place.

The steam room was open and the hot tub controls were updated. The pool was a cool 80°.

Super clean!! The pool is AWESOME...HEATED. The best thing is not crowded and you can get in shape without worrying about people STARING/LOOKING... especially if you are not in good shape and or just starting out. Tons of equipment, and a walking track upstairs!!!

Excellent facility with lots of equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are very reasonable. Located in a very convenient spot beside the hospital. Facility has locker room, free weights, weight machines, treadmills, walking track, basketball court, Olympic size pool, stationary bikes, and much, much more. There are personal trainers available to assist with a personal workout plan. Facility is very clean.

Didnt go for gym. Went to the rehab part for physical therapy. Pleased with service

I’ve been going to FirstHealth Fitness for six years now. I must say it’s the most competitive bargain in the area for all of your fitness needs. Group exercise classes and spa amenities are included in the membership and you have the option for personal training, nutrition services, and massage therapy all within the gym. Excellent value for the rural community with an exceptionally friendly staff that is helpful in establishing and pursuing your health and fitness goals.

GREAT SWIMMING....

With my health plan I get a free fitness program at 1st health . I went for the 1st time list week and was quite impressed by the facility as well as the employees. There was a very nice gentleman you showed me all the equipment and told me if I called up and made a reservation they would be glad to have an instructor show me how to use all the equipment as well. I thought that was quite nice since a lot of stuff I really would not know how to use.I was also advised I could use by membership both in Rockingham and in Aberdeen with no extra charge. For me that is a plus because I live about the same distance from each one

Just love this place, everyone is very helpful. After a few visits everyone feels like family. You can count on a good workout, that will fulfil what your body needs .

FirstHealth Fitness is an awesome health and fitness facility, offering everything you could possibly need from basketball courts, heated pool, steam room, hot tub and full locker rooms, to free-weight, cable weight, and cardio equipment, not to mention on staff trainers, rehab, nutritionist, nurses, and free exercise classes, all at a very affordable and reasonable price. This place is changing my life for the better and I am thankful to have this gem “pun intended” right here at home.

Super cool gym, workers are super nice and like you feel somewhat comfortableBut make sure to catch on days when theres not as many people around because when there is a lot they take up soooo much equipment and stay on for a long time
