Finally a physician’s office on Rockford’s West side. Beautiful building in a convenient location. Fairly easy to get in with a provider as well.

Horrible care and service. Save yourselves the trouble and stay away!! I have nothing but bad experience with this place and all I hear around town is bad things. Staff are unhappy and the doctors don’t seem to want to be doctors. Not family friendly. 0/10 recommend unless you have a thing for being degraded.

If you want a doctor with a nasty attitude, here’s your place. It is extremely unprofessional. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my sons vaccination records. I was also concerned about his behaviors and missing milestones as a 15 MO. I made an appointment with Dr. Ijaz. She was the most rude, condescending doctor I have ever met. They didn’t receive his vax records and I was confused as to why. She tried accusing me of lying about him being vaxxed. It took me 20 minutes after I left to get his vax records myself. Then, I try just changing the subject asking about his behavioral concerns. I even tried lightening the mood telling her good things about our baby. She said she doesn’t want to talk about his progress and that the behavioral problems “is the other doctors problem.” I was really trying to be nice because I like having good bonds with all family doctors but no matter what, she would respond with something condescending or that she did not care. I was on the verge of tears because how mean she was and she told me “crying isn’t gonna make me think differently”. My husband started to get mad and told her she is unprofessional and we will be looking for another doctor for our son. She just left to gossip with the other staff about us (we could hear her). According to some people we have talked to, this whole health center is very toxic towards patients and the doctors are rude and don’t care. The other places (MercyHealth is good) are way better. In my opinion, the staff are okay despite the fact they don’t seem happy in their jobs or lives and we had a good nurse. When I get back from Colorado, I’ll be taking my son to see a doctor that isn’t miserable. Know your worth. Don’t come here.
