I selected Pediatric Medical Supply to get a breast pump right before my first baby was born. I had an insurance benefit to receive the breast pump with $0 cost out of pocket to me. Im so glad I used Pediatric Medical Supply! The staff are very knowledgeable about insurance requirements and billing which can be really confusing, but were able to answer all my questions, and were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and I feel like they really care. Also, they have a lactation consultant on staff who can help answer breastfeeding questions! I would recommend using Pediatric Medical Supply for any medical equipment needs, and will be going back myself in the future if my family ends up needing any other equipment!!!

I had an extremely negative experience elsewhere, but when I came to Pediatric Medical Supply I received the equipment I needed within 24 hours-- although it was ready immediately! The other place had taken 3 months of giving me the run-around and I never received the product. I will absolutely be returning here for any future medical supply needs. Accessories were also offered with a 10% discount after I bought my medical supplies with this establishment! Prompt, friendly, and informational!
