Dr. Ung and his office staff are the kindest and most caring around. From the beginning of the procedure to the end, Dr. Ung shows compassion. He talks you through the procedure and checks on you. He has helped me tremendously with my lower back pain. He has been a Godsend to me and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am so appreciative of his expertise and kindness.

Dr. Ung is truly amazing. He tells you step by step during the procedures. You know what is being done and what you should feel. He is such a calming presence. He takes his time and will answer any questions. You never feel rushed or unimportant. And he relieves your pain! A tremendous asset to his practice is the lady that helps with his procedures! She is ALWAYS up beat, sweet, and kind. Amazing Doctor and assistant!!!

Dr. Ung is compassionate, listens, open to questions and truly wants to help. The staff are friendly, welcoming and practice is organized.Thankful my regular pain doctor referred me to have procedures done to help with my spine, S.I. Joint & neck pain.

Been seeing him for over 10 years. Best staff and doctor and PAs there are. They work with you and try to get to the bottom of your problems. Ive recommended so many people to them that now it takes about a month to get in instead of a week but its worth the wait. Dont get discouraged if he orders some x-rays on you to make sure of what hes doing and getting the right diagnosis possible. You will usually see one of the PAs first but they are very qualified and then Dr UNG will do what they feel needs to be done. 🤩

Where I live there is no one that could help me with the issues that I have with my back....after dealing with our local doctors I finally got a referral to a Doctor in VA that finally said that he just did not know that else he could do for me and got a referral to Dr Ung. What a blessing this was....I have gotten more help in a little over a year than I got in 20 years where I live.From the time you enter the door to the time that you leave, all you see is friendly and smiling people and Dr Ung and his staff could not be beat. Thank you seem to be so little to say for all of you trying to help me get out of this terrible pain and letting me have a life. I know that you are going to use something that is going to work for me. I am not a quitter and I do not believe that Dr Ung is either.

Greatest pain mgmt Dr. In the Roanoke Valley and surrounding cities. I know because I have been as far as Martinsville trying to find someone that knew what was going on with me and thanks to my chiropractor Dr Michael Skinner at Tuck Chriopractic on Peter’s Creek Rd, he made me an appt with Dr Ung, I went once for a consultation and back for my injections and I haven’t had to go back in over 5 years....God Bless these two men!!
