Very bad experience. Got defective flex arm stand then I need to pay shipping back from Canada to USA + they want to charge me 10% because there is little scratches on joint of the stand. The scratches are on the moving joints of the stand. We have used very gently the stand for only 1h trying to get it stable then we shipped back the product. It is impossible to try the product without doing little scratches where there is two metal parts touching together and moving. I dont recommend. Very bad customer service. Personally I wont never buy again from them.
