My mother was a patient here. I was the one that chose this place out of her many kids.My mother is very difficult to deal with.Nothing much satisfies her, and I am the same if not worse. Why settle for second best when we should aim for the stars? In attention I rate Country Life 5*In professionalism of staff 5*In cleanliness 5*In patient safety 5*Overall detail 5*.If you have a family member that will need rehab Country Life is The Ideal Place. The food was amazing.

My daughter has been here for 2 years now. The facility is INCREDIBLE! Its always clean and feels like home. The pediatric staff is absolutely AMAZING! They are attentive and care about their patients. On top of great medical care the kids get one on one attention and time with the staff. They play and read books they have daily activities to keep them engaged! Its an beautiful place.

My sister was taken care of here until insurance ran out. It was a relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were friendly, competent, and willing to help my sister and family in every way possible. I highly recommend Country Life Care.

Ive only been in one other care center, myself, but Ive put my parents and grandpa in several, plus I perform & volunteer, often, in local ones. Therefore, I feel qualified to say that you wont get better attention and care anywhere else! The peaceful & cheerful ambiance is just a plus! The staff? Well, theyre like one big happy family... from the owners on down to the janitors. A patient really feels that connection and picks up on how they work together (not against each other, as the other place I stayed at appeared to do). Ive never been in any kind of care facility (including doctors offices, hospitals, etc) where there wasnt at least one cranky, hard-to-work-with person but I, honestly, never ran across a single one at Country Life. And, in case youre wondering how well they do their jobs... no complaint there, either. In fact, they have a large group of physical and occupational therapists who do wonders with ones recovery. Thank you so much, Country Life! I will be back when its time for my other knee.

My father has been here on two occasions. The first time I was impressed, the second time, I was impressed again. The staff are experienced and trained well beyond your standard care/recovery staff, and they become personally invested with their clients and the families. I felt as if family recovery and transition were just as important as patient recovery and transition, which carries through from their attitude, to the how the style the grounds providing multiple spaces for joy and solace during difficult periods in the recovery process. If you can get your family here - do it!

I was a patient at Country Life. They saved my life. I came to their facility in May of this year not able to do much for myself. Within a matter of weeks they had helped me make remarkable progress and I was able to walk out of the center by the end of July. Great staff. Physical Therapy is the best in Utah. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who needs critical care. Great environment. Family oriented. The Owners of this facility have done a great job of creating a great environment for healing and getting better.

I have worked at Country Life Care Center for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it. Our staff provide excellent care for our residents. I would trust our staff to care for one of my own family members! I highly recommend Country Life to anyone looking for help with recovery from a complex illness or injury.

I just spent 20 days at this center following knew surgery. The care was fantastic. The people there were great. I first complained of the food and after that they were constantly checking to see if they had made my expectations and worked hard to do so. I defiantly would recommend this facility to any one needing rehab or complete care.

Staff (nurses, rt’s, Ma’s) are all great. PA Susie messes with my brothers medications regardless of his medical doctors orders. Stops all medications because she is “not for narcotics” and goes against his doctors orders. Numerous times has there been meetings, phone calls, and confrontations and still she takes him off all meds cold turkey. Not to mention as soon as left for a surgery, the next day they were calling requesting money to hold his room. (Yet they get paid every month from disability and insurance) Like I said above, all other staff is awesome. Just had our own share of problems.

I was in the care center for two months with a broken neck, back, sternum, both shoulders, five ribs and broken right arm. I also had a tramatic brain injury. Needless too say, I was broken. The first person I saw after they took me out of the ambulance was Steve. I didnt know what was going on and was scared. Steve took over and made me feel like he was going to take care of me personally. I was in the hospital for four weeks, so I was ready to get better. It was going to take time. Thats where Steve and his crew come in. The nurses are amazing with the CNAs showed genuine concern. I still am fighting to get better, but Im at home. The physical therapist were just as amazing in getting me up and get my strength back. Thank you all for the awesome care you all gave me. My life has changed because of all of the damage I had, but your crew made it so I could deal with it. Thank You, Reid Anderson
