I have had two of my children go here for various ear, nose and throat issues. We have always had a great experience. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is efficient and wait time is minimal. Dr. Taylor is amazing. He is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explains everything and is great with kids. Best ENT in Utah.

I was able to get an appointment booked quickly, the U was a 6 month wait!I arrived early to my appointment today & they got me back fast! I was in and out in a matter of minutes! The DR was very kind & explained things to me in a manner that helped make sense. Thank you for such an awesome appointment!

First time to this clinic. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff was great and sets you at ease quickly. Dr. Taylor was excellent. He checked everything out, addressed my concerns and started a plan. I didnt have a long wait. I was in and out in 25 mins. Great First time experience. I would highly recommend.

So amazing! Everyone is so friendly and great! I have seen another ENT, but I still was waiting for a simple procedure to be done. Out of frustration with the dragging feet of the other practice, I came here. The first appointment I had, they did the simple procedure I needed done! I was suffering so much, the ENT here saw that, and helped me right away. I don’t have insurance right now, so I was nervous of cost. It was so reasonably priced that I was shocked. I cannot thank them enough for the help they provided me. I feel like a new person!

Quick and painless. One of my biggest fears of going to the doctors is being told that it is all in my head. In this case it was confirmed, it was all in my head! I can’t give a five star rating because I haven’t yet completed everything but for a first visit it was informative, quick and wait free, which I am not use to. I am use to sitting and waiting and sitting and waiting then being told that there is nothing they can do. In this case I was presented a plan and multiple solutions. I look forward and am excited to go back and hopefully get my life started.

Dr. Taylor was amazing, he is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. He answered every question and explained things so I could easily understand. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed every one. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and treating me so nice!

Couldn’t hear anything in my left ear for the last three days because it got blocked with ear wax. Super annoying! Called them up this morning and they were able to get me on the schedule for an hour later. Got my ear cleaned out by one of the doctors, and now I can hear great again. Was very happy they were able to get me in so quickly. Everything was very professional and friendly.

Was very impressed with the timeliness of getting me in to see a doctor. Liked the opportunity to complete paperwork online prior to my visit. Appreciated the personal touch from the front desk, Dr. Steven Taylor and the hearing test lab personnel. Highly recommend this facility for your ENT concerns.

Was able to get us into a Dr quickly, referred on Monday and had us in to see the Dr by Wednesday. Very short wait time in waiting room and in room waiting for Dr. to come in. We have to do surgery, less that 24 hrs later I have received a call with a surgery date to help accommodate our insurance needs.Great Dr we met with for tonsils and adenoid removal on my daughter. He explained things very well for her age as not to be afraid, shes 8. Will continue to use ENT Clinic as needed in the future.

Dr. Gale is knowledgeable and personable, this is the only place I come for any ENT issue.

I always feel like I am in good hands when I meet with doctors here. They give great advice, even if it means recommending not doing anything, at the expense of generating more revenue. That one thing makes me trust them even more.

I have been seeing Dr. Diaz and his amazing staff since August 2019 when I was referred to him for something seen in an MRI of my head and neck. He knew what it was and took the time to explain it to me and answer all my questions. We have seen a lot of each other since that first visit and it has always been wonderful follow-ups with continued care in regards to my medical condition and concerns.I have seen quite a few of the Doctors in this particular group (at 3 of their locations) and have always been impressed with all of them, the nurses, and other staff. I have and do recommend them for anyone needing one of their specialized areas of medicine. They saved my life...literally!

Dr Jason Diaz is my surgeon for my upcoming surgery to remove thyroid cancer in my lymph nodes. He was kind and very thorough in explaining the procedure, the risks, the goals of the surgery and the possible complications. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. They were able to do the CT scan right there in the office and also an ultrasound. I didn’t have to wait long to get back to see him or for the CT. His nurse was also very kind and helped me schedule my surgery.They are all very personable and seem to enjoy working with people.

My doctor was Steven R Taylor who did a wonderful job explaining my sudden hearing loss and tinnitus. He explained to me why and how we would go about treatment which gave me confidence in the diagnosis and treatment. I walked away relived and hopeful that the issue could be resolved soon.

My son and I both had appointments here. Very kid friendly. They have a kids examination room with toys and kid sized chairs to get them comfortable with the employees here. Dr Dahl worked with my son and performed his ear tubes surgery. He was very good with my son and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.My appointment was with Dr Gale. That visit was very quick, to the point, and I was in and out in not even a half hour for a consultation. The facility itself is very clean, has a friendly staff, and I’d recommend them to anyone in need of ENT services.

Dr. Taylor is so awesome and so helpful! My nose was so bad I could barely breath because it’s been broken so many times. He advised me for nose surgery so we did it and I forgot what it was like to be able to breath through my nose! I am so so so happy I did it and went with him. I will never go to anyone else!

I love Dr. Jason Diaz and his assistant Janae. However, every time I walk in to the office to check in for my appointment, I can always guarantee to wait forever in the lobby. Then it seems like sometimes quite a wait before he even comes to see you. With all of that though I still love Dr. Diaz and his confidence in himself and what he does and would go to see him over and over and over again.

Watch out for hidden charges. During the COVID-19 pandemic they were adding to the bill $100 cleaning fee and when questioned about the charge they replied you werent supposed to see the reasoning for that. At least the person was honest about telling us but the practice is proving to be deceptive. Beware.

I just had tonsil surgery performed by doctor Taylor. I was super nervous for this surgery and he help calm me down and made me comfortable for this surgery. He was easy to get a hold of and would response quickly to my calls after I had the surgery. He is awesome, and I recommend him to everyone for an ENT!

Very nice facility. Cordial staff, and excellent Dr. Appointment ran smoothly. Dr. Taylor is excellent with kids. My daughter was a little scared before her appointment, but Dr. Taylor explained everything so well. My daughter was extremely happy that she could hear so much better afterwards.

Doctor Dahl is an incredible doctor who has helped all 4 of our children with ear tubes and tonsil removal. He is very professional, takes his time with each patient and great with kids. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His staff is pleasant and very accommodating. You won’t find a better ENT. My kids hate any kind of doctor but because of their experience with dr Dahl, they look forward to seeing him and his team

While I was out of town I had an urgent ear issue that was not an emergency. I called to discuss after hours with any doctor on call. Because it was more than two years since I’ve been in they told me I would have to make an appointment and come in. Meanwhile this amber color liquid leaks out of my ear. Usually they are great. Very skilled doctors incredible and caring staff fantastic facilities. Poor judgment for my needs today but I will be back.

Great ent nice clean professional Dr. Taylor is knowledgeable, and willing to help you. And the staff was nice and very friendly!

Dr Dahl was great, along with the nurses. I was there for about 15 minutes total. He diagnosed my issue and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. My only complaint is the lady taking the temperatures as you enter, and the two receptionists at the front desk. Another thing they can add to their check-in list would be there condescending attitudes. Not impressed with them at all.
