10/10. I had such an amazing experience with Natalie. She made me feel so comfortable and took her time explaining everything in such fine detail. She is so wise/ experienced with what she does and I could truly see her passion for making her clients feel more confident and beautiful about themselves. I received filler in my lips with absolutely no bruising and very mild swelling. She was so honest and her aura is just overall so calming. Can’t wait to come back to her!! :)

I had dysport done here for the first time ever by Natalie and she is amazing. I was a little nervous with it being my first time but she made sure I was comfortable. She patiently answered all the questions I had and is very knowledgable. I 100% trust her and will be going to her again in the future.

My experience was awful. Billing/insurance person, Annette is a joke. I received a free just right lip filler as stated on my surgery treatment plan & gift certificate. Two months after I had these services completed, Annette said my gift certificate & filler was not valid. She wanted me to pay for the service. They do not validate their own gift certificates or follow through on their own offers. The nurse was very kind though and apologized.

Sarah was the BEST! Explained the entire CoolSculpting process step by step both before we started and then in detail before. I felt very prepared and comfortable. Shes incredible :)

I had a great experience at the Riverton Form Spa today! It was such a privilege to meet Dr. Ward and to be greeted and helped by his staff! Dr. Ward took a lot of time with me to discuss all of my concerns. I decided to have cheek filler today, and Dr. Ward was very gentle and thorough. I’m so excited to have the CO2 laser on my full face in a few weeks and get rid of these lines and wrinkles above my lips! I’m also very grateful that he’s going to be able to help me regain some symmetry on my face by using Botox since I’ve suffered with Bell’s palsy. I’d highly recommend this facility! Everyone was so attentive and helpful! What a great day!

I recently won a free hydra facial from here and I was so excited! I had an awesome facial from Cassidy and she was amazing! She was so sweet and interested in my life, did such a good job and explained every step! I was a little let down by the atmosphere though. The spa is really cute but it was hard for me to relax. The lights were soooo bright and there was no music playing. I also wasnt asked to change into a spa towel like I have for most all other facials. I was just in my regular clothes. So while the actual facial was awesome I felt more like I was at the dentist. if I would have paid $200 for that I would have left disappointed. (but they do offer you a drink which was really nice :))

Chelsi did my lip injections about 2 months ago and they still are absolutely amazing! She was so much fun to work with, she did exactly what I wanted and made me feel beautiful the entire time!! Please go to her if you are thinking about injections! She is so knowledgeable and so worth the money!!! 😘

I had the best experience here! I did a lip filler with Chelsi and she was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable and so good at what she does! She knows how to enhance your lip shape while ensuring that they will still look natural when she’s done. Highly recommend!

I recently got injections done by Chelsi and I had such a good experience! The office is beautiful and is so conveniently located close to my home. I was seen right away and didn’t have to wait long at all. The other staff is super friendly and nice. I’m super pleased with my results and would definitely recommend Form Spa to all of my friends and family!

I’m not usually a reviewer, but this place is so nice! Everyone was so helpful even though I had a million questions about the treatments. Their skincare line was even formulated by one of their doctors. So that’s pretty awesome.

Great experience, greeted by everyone upon entrance. Everyone was very professional and informative, and the treatment was fantastic. Definitely going back.

I’ve been to quite a few med spas and met quite a few injectors in the area, and Chelsi at Form is by far my favorite, and I’ll never see anyone else. I feel like some women stay away from these places because they may seem intimidating, but trust me, Chelsi (and everyone I’ve gotten to meet) is genuinely nice and inviting. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my skin, and even my mom (who has no idea I get dysport) comments on how “fresh faced” I look! Chels is awesome, make an appointment!

I have now been in for two Hydrafacials from Rickale S. and I love them! Rickale is so full of wonderful advice and product knowledge.The Riverton Form Spa has been a convenient location for me to go after work. I really cant thank her enough for making my skin so beautiful.

I was disappointed with my experience at their new location. I recently went in for a Hydrafacial, which I had done a few times before at their other spas. The girl who performed the treatment on me seemed really disinterested and barely explained the process, making me think she was either new or that it wasnt her specialty. I was also mostly looking forward to getting manual extractions, which have always been part of other Hydrafacials Ive gotten, but she skipped that step entirely. When I asked, she basically said it was too late... For the price, it may be worth requesting a Master Esthetician that is knowledgeable and has more experience. Sadly, the whole thing felt rushed and unprofessional.
