I had to bring my 4 year old son in Yesterday to get his blood drawn. It is never an easy thing to see happen to your kid, but the phlebotomist Tess was amazing. She was so kind to him and got him to find dory on the wall while she inserted the needle. She even let his sister pick a sticker at the end. I am so glad she was working.
