Julie Jones is out of this world amazing. She cares, and I mean really really cares. She values your opinion and concerns as a patient - a quality that Ive found very hard to come by. She is so pleasant and actually encourages small talk. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and really works hard to make the environment feel less like a doctors office and more like a place to feel relaxed in. The awesomeness doesnt end with Julie, though. You can tell the whole staff really likes working there. The receptionist is super sweet and doesnt act overly stressed and angry. The nurses are kind and treat you with as much care as Julie does. Out of all of my womens healthcare experiences, my time with Julie has been top notch. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would.

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and have been super lucky to have found Julie at the Riverton Healthcare for Women. I absolutely LOVE her! She always walks in with a smile and takes as much time as I need to answer questions. I never feel rushed through an appointment and she talks to you as if you are a person and not just another patient. If I have another baby after this one I will absolutely be using Julie as my midwife again!

Julie is absolutely amazing, we love her!! When I was expecting my first baby I interviewed several OBs and found that most Drs were not flexible with how I wanted to labor and deliver, and they all seemed uninterested with my concerns and questions. But when I interviewed Julie, she took as much time as I needed to ask all my questions and I knew from speaking with her that she was truly concerned about my and my babys health both mentally and physically. She delivered all three of my babies, and my first two were 22 hour labors but Julie was there to help me through it all, and kept me focused on the finish line and delivered my beautiful healthy angels. Her knowledge is incredible, and her resources through Riverton hospital seem endless. She is the best midwife and luckily I live very close to her practice. But even if I didnt, I would travel hours to see her, because she worth every mile and every penny!! Her partner Paula is wonderful as well. Ive spoken with Paula in the early morning hours, or visited her when Julie was out of town and she is equally warm and caring while still professional and educated. I love these ladies, I will never go anywhere else.

Love Paula! She has such a calming and supportive presence. She was supportive of my birth choices and used counter pressure to alleviate a lot of the pain I was having during contractions. I could not believe the difference. They always get me in quickly and the staff is friendly.

We’ve been trying to make an appointment with Dr Paula Thacker for weeks. Nobody ever answers the phones and we’re always directed to an automated system where EVERY mailbox is FULL. Dr Thacker WAS my daughters physician but NO LONGER after this unprofessional way of doing business. She should have stayed retired from Granger Medical.

I couldnt be happier with Riverton Healthcare for Women! Paula delivered my last 2 babies and I love her! I was in and out quickly for appointments but never rushed. Paula was always there to answer all my questions and she totally respected my wishes for the birth.Everyone on staff there is super friendly, professional, competent, and accomodating. This is a much better option than the big OB/GYN clinics that are overloaded with patients, stressed out, and run like factories.

I was nervous going to a midwife because I didnt understand that they are highly trained and educated medical professionals. My experience was flawless. Paula Thacker gave me so much time and was genuinely interested in addressing my concerns to my satisfaction. Labor was the most serene experience I could have imagined. Midwives vs OB/Gyns in my experience is the amount of time they give you. I had two obs prior to Paula and they both rushed through my appointments and showed up for the last second when I was in labor, snipped and left. Paula was with me through the whole thing and a couple hours after birth I was right as rain! Give these ladies a chance and you wont regret it!

I had the worst experience with Paula. When I tried to contact her about the horrible experience she refused to speak to me about it. Horrible customer service. I wish I would have gone to Julie I loved my experience with her. I would not recommend Paula at all!!!!!!
