Came in with extreme fatigue, headaches everyday, heartburn everyday, Dr. Thompson didn’t show any empathy and said there’s nothing he can really do. His only solution is a bunch of medications. Doesn’t try to get to the bottom of it or ask any questions to see why these might be issues for me. Just kept saying “it’s up to you, whatever you want to do” without giving any explanations or options. Not going back to this doctor as it’s a waste of time and money to go see someone who doesn’t care about your well-being. On an unrelated note I got there on time for my appointment and waited 45 minutes before being seen.

Although I live in Herriman, Ive been with Doctor Thompson for several years now and think he is first rate. Always patient and a lot more informed and helpful than other doctors I have been to see in the past...

Always understanding and willing to go the extra mile

Well I arrived 20 min early to check in and I still haven’t seen the Dr. it has been over 45 minutes. Apparently my time is not worth that much to Dr Thompson, this might be my first and last time I see him.
