Love Granger medical. Well run and Easy to get in and out of and lots of doctors and specialists and locations to choose from. We’ve had great luck with all of our providers and their staff being amazing to work with. And the billing is easier to work with compared to other health care systems we’ve worked with. We have moved most of our care to Granger medical facilities.

I have the most amazing doctor and medteam! I am listened to, they always call back quickly, I never go home feeling like I still didnt know the answers to the questions I went there to get, everything is explained in a manner that makes sense to me, best of all I know I am getting the absolute best care with phone calls directly from my doctor or his MA when needed. Their entire staff are polite and compassionate. I have multiple genetic disorders that cause a lot of problems so as a patient I am overwhelming to take on and they are happy to!

New to the area and first time visit. Check in was quick and easy. Even with a few people ahead of me wait time was less than 30 minutes. The doctor gave me a few options and discussed treatments possibilities. Everything about the visit was easy and helpful. I would return to this location in the future if urgent care was needed.

Dr. Depew is fantastic. He is patient, kind, and a great listener. He asks excellent questions to identify valid treatment options. As a new patient I was anxious about having a new doctor. I feel super comfortable at Granger and the rest of my family will be moving over as well. They were on time and the appointment was a reasonable length. I was in and out before my lunch hour was over. Great job!! Oh and I adore working with Monique. She is a gem, a keeper, a superstar for sure!!

I love and trust my OB, Dr. Burgett, with my life. He is an amazing doctor and almost selfishly don’t want to recommend him cause I know he is already so busy but truly he is an amazing OB. He cares so much for my care and has done an incredible job over the years. When switching jobs I even made it a priority to get one with insurance which had him on the panel and would not accept anything less. I really cannot express enough how wonderful he is. Be warned he is very busy so you may have wait times at doctor visits, but for a great doctor who truly cares well worth it in my mind.

Dr. Burgett was amazing! I’ve been looking for a new doctor since I moved here from North Carolina and I would recommend him 100%! He actually took time to talk to me and listened. What a great provider!

Everyone I’ve encountered at Granger Medical Riverton the 3 times we’ve been there over the past year or so has been competent, courteous, professional, and caring. I’ve appreciated every single person we’ve encountered there. The phlebotomists are especially patient and skilled with kids who have anxiety in regards to needles, so I’m giving them a specific shout out.

Granger Medical is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with, they were quick and got right to the point of what I had come in for, offering solutions for that problem that may actually work instead of prescription after prescription of medication that doesn’t do anything. They listened to me and I felt like they genuinely wanted me to be taken care of. Dr Depew is my favorite doctor, he is very genuine and doesn’t try to force a lot of extra unnecessary procedures on you. I am very happy with my care

Dr. Boam is the best in the business! He is so kind and caring and listens very intently to my conditions and concerns. This type of primary care is rare in today’s fast paced world. I’m grateful to have met him nearly 20 years ago! His assistant is amazing and always is cheerful with a smile on her face. Thank you Dr. Boam and team!

The staff was super friendly and gave me all the information I needed. I felt like I was really well taken care of. The day I went happened to be super busy, so there was a long wait but I don’t think that’s a common occurrence.

Beyond upset. Went in 8 days ago with pain in my back and chronic uti and kidney infections with no prior history. Dr. Simms wanted a ct scan ASAP. So I got one done at the hospital’s earliest appointment. I got the results 90 minutes after completing the ct scan. Called dr Simms the next day after the results were back to be told they did not have them. I called two days after my results were back and they informed me she only works two days a week and I am unable to speak to anyone else about the medication that was prescribed was making me dizzy. Faint. And nauseous. I had to wait a week to speak with her. Fast forward to today. I have yet to get a phone call 1 week after I received the results and have left a message for the medical assistant and receptionist while still being extremely uncomfortable and not taking medication that makes me super sick.Unhelpful. Unwilling to help. And beyond unprofessional.

Everyone was very warm, welcoming and made every attempt to operate in a timely manner. The PA, Bonnie Sims, is terrific. I never felt rushed or unimportant.

Great office and great experience. Saw Dr. Adam Christiansen. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. Listened to all the issues I presented and gave in-depth explanation of what could be going on with me. Personally, this was the best doctor’s office experience I’ve ever had! I know where I’ll be going from now on!

I have tried to create a better relationship with the doctor there in primary care and I find it continues to be such a negative experience. My preference would be to have medical assistant in the room to verify what I tell him so that things are not dropped out or left without being handled properly just so frustrating.i was examined physically without clothing and no other assistant present!!!

Amazing, patient, attentive staff. I came from out of state and so my health insurance didn’t work and they gave me a very reasonable cash plan. Everything was clean, the wait was short, and the doctor listened kindly to my concerns.

In the past I have met with Dr. Coleby, who is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. He has a caring attitude and is armed with the most up to date information to treat my condition. Wife visited for a one year check-up. Due to the fact that she explained how the IUD had been and some minor effects, she was charged $179 because it was no longer a check up but a complicated visit. Here’s the kicker. THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Moved to Utah a year ago, a friend recommended Brandon Hansen. Had my first visit with him last week and it was the easiest Drs appointment I’ve had in a while. He listened, talked to me and we came up with a solution together. It was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend him. Clean environment, friendly staff, I was happy over all.

I had swelling of my left leg which worried me. No appointments were available with with the PAs or the doctor so I went to Urgent Care. I was able to see Dr Jackson and he checked for possible blood clots. He couldnt find anything that would indicate blood clots but he didnt say 100%. He sent a quick a prescription to my Pharmacy.I didnt think to ask what happens after the five pills are gone and the swelling returns.He was courteous and pleasant.

I’ve been going here for several years and they are always compassionate and helpful no matter your health concerns. The have a lab and X-ray in house which makes it extra convenient. Overall they are truly awesome!!

Doctor Devenport and his team are very kind and they truly care. They work super hard to take care of their patients and I am very grateful I found them!

PA Bonnie Sims at Granger Medical Riverton is mine and my husbands family practitioner. She is amazing! She always takes her time with you, listens to what you have to say and together you make a plan of treatment. She gives off a vibe that makes you feel that you can speak to her about anything andthat shes very open-minded.Dr. Eyre at Granger Medical West Jordan is my 14-year-old daughters pediatrician. She is also amazing! She makes sure my daughter is always comfortable with any conversation, including the difficult ones and with ANY type of examination that has to be done. Remember, she is 14 and theres many difficult conversations and exams at that age...... Dr. Eyre is also very diligent with keeping my daughter up to date on all of her immunizations, including the newest ones.The last shout out that I would like to give, is to Dr. Craig Davis and his PA Jared Mathis at Granger Pain and Spine West Jordan. Theyre both fantastic! They go out of their way to make you feel at ease with their witty personalities and kind words. They make sure that you completely understand every procedure that youre going to have done and what you can expect to gain from them as well as the risks from the procedure. Their philosophy is to exhaust every possible avenue before putting you through an evasive and risky surgery. Their last resort IS surgery.The last few things about all three of these locations, is ALL of the staff members are extremely professional, courteous, helpful and friendly! From the front desk ladies to the nurses and even the phlebotomists and X-ray personnel!PA Bonnie Sims, Dr. Eyre, Dr. Craig Davis and PA Jared Mathis are fantastic medical professionals! Thank you ALL for caring and being the best you can be! Oh, and did I mention, theyre ALL almost ALWAYS, on time for their appointments!

Dr. Boam and his staff are excellent! Dr. Boam’s bedside manner is second to none. He listens to our concerns and provides diagnosis and feedback in terms that are understandable to non medical professionals! His staff is thorough, attentive, and can always be counted on to follow-up when applicable. Kudos to Dr. Boam and his staff!

The wait isn’t bad. The Dr’s are great. We’ve been coming specifically to Riverton for the last year. But my last visit I was given antibiotics to treat a UTI and called back to talk to the receptionist because I felt like I was having an allergic reaction. She told me my symptoms weren’t related and was just the UTI. Thank goodness I decided to not take the next dose and take antihistamines instead. I was having an allergic reaction. The receptionist shouldn’t give medical advice. She did say she messaged the dr, but I haven’t received anything. Just a text today asking for a review. Well here ya go! If I go back I’ll be more hesitant.

Bonnie Sims is the best provider ever. I actually work for a different Healthcare company but will always keep Bonnie as my PCP.

My familys go to urgent care. Very reasonable pricing, fast and efficient service, and a very nice facility. I have been twice personally when I was feeling very suck and the issue was remedied immediately. Couldnt be happier with them.

Walked in for stitches. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Doctor and staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Best part was the cost! Having recently been to a hospital ER, their fees were absurdly low compared to them. We will definitely be return customers when the need arises.

I’ve been going here for internal medicine for the last year but wish I had found them sooner. I see Bonnie and she’s amazing because she digs into things to help get answers and also is encouraging of lifestyle changes that impact overall wellness but that many other providers I’ve worked with in the past have ignored.

I called to make an appointment and explained a single symptom very briefly. The receptionist told me that it sounds like I have an auto-immune disease like POTS or something similar, and they dont see patients with auto-immune diseases so they wont be able to treat or test me. I dont have an auto-immune condition and I was very clear about this on the phone. Despite this, she continued to repeat that they probably wouldnt be able to help me. She wouldnt schedule me an appointment and told me she would have to check with the doctor first to see if they can help me. I was appalled that she would try to diagnose me over the phone with nothing more than a single symptom. I found a sports medicine doctor who was much more friendly and helpful over the phone and I will not be visiting Granger Medical.

Ive always been shown kindness and respect at granger medical. I never have to wait long to see Doctor Brandon. When we talk, I feel heard. The front desk workers and the nursed are wonderful. When I sit in the office there is always a whole range of people, from toddlers to elderly.

I had to switch doctors this year because of my insurance. I am always so nervous going to a new doctor. I went to Bonnie Sims and she was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. She didnt rush and took her time. Im so glad to find a new doctor.

I’ve been coming to Granger Medical since I was 16. My ob is Dr. Wilson and he’s amazing, I would never go to anyone else! My regular doctor is Dr. Davenport and he’s also amazing, I’ve visited other doctors at Granger and Dr. Davenport is very empathetic and really takes what I tell him into consideration to help me. Overall Granger is great!

The receptionist was awesome very attentive and they got me back in the room super fast and I was in and out of the InstaCare like in 30 minutes. So props there!! But on another note I felt just like a number they didnt really care about me as an individual just wanted to solve my problem and get me out. Also the doctor itself was basically leaving the room before I was even done talking to him. Like heresyour prescription on your way out the door not, how to self take care of yourself and how to prevent it, no pep talk or how long it will take to heal just heres your prescription goodbye. The doctor was back at his computer and I had to walk up to him still asking questions before I left so super unprofessional. NO privacy at all so the whole room could basically know my symptoms. Im super grateful that they knew my issue and they got me my prescription but everything else way unprofessional.

I recommend Granger Medical Riverton Utah highly. I saw Adam Christiansen for a sinus infection. I waited about 5 minutes to get in the exam room & the Dr. came in a few minutes. He was pleasant & made me feel comfortable right away. Did an exam for my symptoms & also checked my heart. He gave me a prescription & I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.

First time experience with the clinic. After filling out all paperwork, took about 30 minutes to be called back. They were kind and helpful in resolving my problem. Its been a while since Ive gone to a GP but would recommend them!

I highly recommend Granger Medical in Riverton. We see several doctors at this clinic and are very pleased with the treatment we receive. They have an on-site lab that makes getting lab work and X-rays very convenient. They have recently started expanding to the upstairs so it is even nicer and roomier.

Friendly attentive and very transparent. I was feeling nervous, embarrassed, and a little ashamed about the subject matter of my visit, but Dr. Adam Christiansen put me at ease and helped me solve my problem with no hint of judgement towards me. I’m grateful for the friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. They all had smiles on their face and it was a very warm atmosphere.

Granger Medical has saved me! This is the only place that has been able to solve some of my rare medical conditions. I see Dr. Craig Coleby and I absolutely love him. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. My only complaint is that they are scheduled very far in advance and the there is a lot of waiting time in appointments. Nonetheless, I would recommend anyone to come here!

The office staff were friendly and helpful with all questions regarding paperwork. The nurses I met were energetic, happy, and took time to help you, even though they were all obviously very busy. Dr. Hutchison was funny and put you at ease. The office was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I look forward to returning here in the future!

This clinic charged me and my insurance for an appointment I never went to. When calling this to resolve this matter in a friendly manner, I was told that the clinic manager will get back to me in a few days. This was at least a month ago and no one has called me back. I will be reporting this clinic and the doctor to DOPL for fraudulent charges.

Amazing bedside manner from the nurses to Dr. Jackson, to the sweet nurse who did my X-ray. Dr. Jackson was very thorough in his explanations and diagnosis. Very pleased.

My appointment at the Riverton office was as enjoyable as any doctor appointment can be. Starting with the front clerk, she was helpful and enjoyable to talk to! When I was called back, everything went great. Annual type 1 diabetic check-up. The PA and the nurse were very thorough and efficient, also received my flu shot without a glitch!!! After my appointment I was instructed to go to the lab for my blood work, which also was quick and painless!!! 🙂

Dr. Depew at the riverton and west valley location is seriously my favorite doctor I’ve found. When you find a good one, you keep them and spread the word. If your looking for an amazing doctor. He’s the one.
